本发明涉及涂料技术领域,尤其涉及一种钢铁行业用耐磨防水涂料。
背景技术
涂料涂覆在基材表面,除具有美观作用以外,还具有防锈、防水、防腐、耐磨和耐热性能,其涂层具有坚韧性、着色性、黏附性、易干性和一定的光泽,可广泛应用于钢铁制造、冶金、石油工业、天然气开采、航空航天等工业领域,目前钢铁制造行业虽已生产出多种涂料仍满足不了需求,如何制备一种耐磨性能好,热稳定性、力学性能优异的涂料成为目前需要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种钢铁行业用耐磨防水涂料,耐磨、耐热性好,力学性能优异。
本发明提出的一种钢铁行业用耐磨防水涂料,其原料按重量份包括:聚酯树脂20-40份,缩二脲5-15份,氧化镁1-2份,丙二醇甲醚15-35份,锆英粉1-4份,石英粉4-8份,黏土1-3份,改性蒙脱土5-15份,沉淀硫酸钡2-4份。
优选地,改性蒙脱土采用如下工艺制备:将碳酸钠、氯化钠、氯化锌、稀土混合研磨均匀,加入水搅拌均匀,加入蒙脱土、玉米蛋白粉、羧甲基纤维素钠混合研磨均匀,调节体系pH值至9-10,放入水浴振动器中,加入碱性蛋白酶酶解,灭酶,调节体系pH值至中性,加入干酵母发酵,杀菌,喷雾干燥,得到改性蒙脱土。
优选地,改性蒙脱土采用如下工艺制备:按重量份将0.5-1.5份碳酸钠、1-2份氯化钠、1-2份氯化锌、0.5-1份稀土混合研磨均匀,加入20-40份水搅拌均匀,加入12-22份蒙脱土、5-12份玉米蛋白粉、0.5-1.5份羧甲基纤维素钠混合研磨均匀,调节体系pH值至9-10,放入水浴振动器中,加入碱性蛋白酶酶解,灭酶,调节体系pH值至中性,加入干酵母发酵,杀菌,喷雾干燥,得到改性蒙脱土。

优选地,改性蒙脱土和丙二醇甲醚的重量比为8-12:20-30。
优选地,改性蒙脱土、石英粉、锆英粉、黏土、沉淀硫酸钡的重量比为8-12:5-7:2-3:1.5-2.5:3-3.5。
优选地,其原料按重量份包括:聚酯树脂25-35份,缩二脲8-12份,氧化镁1.2-1.8份,丙二醇甲醚20-30份,锆英粉2-3份,石英粉5-7份,黏土1.5-2.5份,改性蒙脱土8-12份,沉淀硫酸钡3-3.5份。
本发明采用聚酯树脂、缩二脲与改性蒙脱土相互配合,制品固含量高,耐热性好;而采用一定工艺制备的改性蒙脱土粘结强度极高,透气性能好,传热速度加快,热稳定性能优异,力学性能好,其中的玉米蛋白粉经过碱性蛋白酶酶解、干酵母发酵后,溶解度好,乳化性能优异,且无不良气味;改性蒙脱土与丙二醇甲醚的相容性极好,与缩二脲、聚酯树脂合理配比,涂刷时涂膜均匀,且粘附强度极高;改性蒙脱土与石英粉、锆英粉、黏土、沉淀硫酸钡协同作用,耐磨强度极高,力学性能极好。

实施例1
本发明提出的一种钢铁行业用耐磨防水涂料,其原料按重量份包括:聚酯树脂20份,缩二脲15份,氧化镁1份,丙二醇甲醚35份,锆英粉1份,石英粉8份,黏土1份,改性蒙脱土15份,沉淀硫酸钡2份。

改性蒙脱土采用如下工艺制备:将碳酸钠、氯化钠、氯化锌、稀土混合研磨均匀,加入水搅拌均匀,加入蒙脱土、玉米蛋白粉、羧甲基纤维素钠混合研磨均匀,调节体系pH值至9-10,放入水浴振动器中,加入碱性蛋白酶酶解,灭酶,调节体系pH值至中性,加入干酵母发酵,杀菌,喷雾干燥,得到改性蒙脱土。
实施例3
本发明提出的一种钢铁行业用耐磨防水涂料,其原料按重量份包括:聚酯树脂25份,缩二脲12份,氧化镁1.2份,丙二醇甲醚30份,锆英粉2份,石英粉7份,黏土1.5份,改性蒙脱土12份,沉淀硫酸钡3份。
改性蒙脱土采用如下工艺制备:按重量份将1.5份碳酸钠、1份氯化钠、2份氯化锌、0.5份稀土混合研磨均匀,加入40份水搅拌均匀,加入12份蒙脱土、12份玉米蛋白粉、0.5份羧甲基纤维素钠混合研磨均匀,调节体系pH值至9-10,放入65℃水浴振动器中,加入碱性蛋白酶酶解,灭酶,调节体系pH值至中性,加入干酵母发酵1min,杀菌,喷雾干燥,得到改性蒙脱土。
实施例4
本发明提出的一种钢铁行业用耐磨防水涂料,其原料按重量份包括:聚酯树脂35份,缩二脲8份,氧化镁1.8份,丙二醇甲醚20份,锆英粉3份,石英粉5份,黏土2.5份,改性蒙脱土8份,沉淀硫酸钡3.5份。
改性蒙脱土采用如下工艺制备:按重量份将0.5份碳酸钠、2份氯化钠、1份氯化锌、1份稀土混合研磨均匀,加入20份水搅拌均匀,加入22份蒙脱土、5份玉米蛋白粉、1.5份羧甲基纤维素钠混合研磨均匀,调节体系pH值至9-10,放入55℃水浴振动器中,加入碱性蛋白酶酶解,灭酶,调节体系pH值至中性,加入干酵母发酵4min,杀菌,喷雾干燥,得到改性蒙脱土。
实施例5
本发明提出的一种钢铁行业用耐磨防水涂料,其原料按重量份包括:聚酯树脂30份,缩二脲10份,氧化镁1.5份,丙二醇甲醚25份,锆英粉2.5份,石英粉6份,黏土2份,改性蒙脱土10份,沉淀硫酸钡3.2份。
改性蒙脱土采用如下工艺制备:按重量份将1份碳酸钠、1.5份氯化钠、1.6份氯化锌、0.8份稀土混合研磨均匀,加入30份水搅拌均匀,加入17份蒙脱土、8份玉米蛋白粉、1份羧甲基纤维素钠混合研磨均匀,调节体系pH值至9-10,放入60℃水浴振动器中,加入碱性蛋白酶酶解,灭酶,调节体系pH值至中性,加入干酵母发酵2.5min,杀菌,喷雾干燥,得到改性蒙脱土。

2.根据权利要求1所述的钢铁行业用耐磨防水涂料,其特征在于,改性蒙脱土采用如下工艺制备:将碳酸钠、氯化钠、氯化锌、稀土混合研磨均匀,加入水搅拌均匀,加入蒙脱土、玉米蛋白粉、羧甲基纤维素钠混合研磨均匀,调节体系pH值至9-10,放入水浴振动器中,加入碱性蛋白酶酶解,灭酶,调节体系pH值至中性,加入干酵母发酵,杀菌,喷雾干燥,得到改性蒙脱土。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的钢铁行业用耐磨防水涂料,其特征在于,改性蒙脱土采用如下工艺制备:按重量份将0.5-1.5份碳酸钠、1-2份氯化钠、1-2份氯化锌、0.5-1份稀土混合研磨均匀,加入20-40份水搅拌均匀,加入12-22份蒙脱土、5-12份玉米蛋白粉、0.5-1.5份羧甲基纤维素钠混合研磨均匀,调节体系pH值至9-10,放入水浴振动器中,加入碱性蛋白酶酶解,灭酶,调节体系pH值至中性,加入干酵母发酵,杀菌,喷雾干燥,得到改性蒙脱土。

6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的钢铁行业用耐磨防水涂料,其特征在于,改性蒙脱土和丙二醇甲醚的重量比为8-12:20-30。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的钢铁行业用耐磨防水涂料,其特征在于,改性蒙脱土、石英粉、锆英粉、黏土、沉淀硫酸钡的重量比为8-12:5-7:2-3:1.5-2.5:3-3.5。
