一种防水卷材用基层处理剂,所述基层处理剂的组分及各组分所占比重如下:丙烯酸丁酯22‑25份,苯乙烯21‑23份,丙烯酸0.5‑1份,改性剂2‑5份,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚2‑5份,十二烷基硫酸钠0.8‑1份,过硫酸钠0.5‑1份,碳酸氢钠0.5‑1份,去离子水50‑53份,光稳定剂0.5‑1份,颜料2‑3份份,氨水适量。本发明解决了一般自粘卷材基层处理剂干燥时间长,剥离强度低,高VOC含量等问题,其表干时间短,剥离强度高,适应环境温度范围广、环保、无毒、无安全隐患等优点。

Description

防水卷材用基层处理剂及其生产方法
技术领域
本发明涉及了一种防水卷材用基层处理剂及其生产方法,具体的说是一种适用于自粘卷材用的基层处理剂。
背景技术
目前,自粘卷材配套使用的基层处理剂分为两种,一种是溶剂型基层处理剂,一种是水乳沥青型基层处理剂。由于溶剂型处理剂使用的溶剂一般为苯、甲苯、二甲苯以及高标号溶剂油,这类基层处理剂不仅危害工人的身体健康,而且对环境有不良影响,有安全消防隐患。水乳沥青型基层处理剂由于基层渗透性较差,且与防水卷材粘接力较小,易发生界面破坏,影响施工效果。其他市售基层处理剂稀释稳定性,冻融稳定性,耐候性以及储存稳定性较差,吸水率高,这将直接影响使用效果。
发明内容
本发明目的是针对背景技术中提及的技术缺陷,针对传统基层处理剂不环保、有安全隐患、低温性能差、高VOC含量等问题,一是提供一种耐候性好,施工温度范围广自粘卷材基层处理剂,二是提供这种基层处理剂的生产方法。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种防水卷材用基层处理剂,所述基层处理剂的组分及各组分所占比重如下:丙烯酸丁酯22-25份,苯乙烯21-23份,丙烯酸0.5-1份,改性剂2-5份,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚2-5份,十二烷基硫酸钠0.8-1份,过硫酸钠0.5-1份,碳酸氢钠0.5-1份,去离子水50-53份,光稳定剂0.5-1份,颜料2-3份份,氨水适量。
改性剂为乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷。
防水卷材用基层处理剂的生产方法,按照以下组分和配比准备材料:丙烯酸丁酯22-25份,苯乙烯21-23份,丙烯酸0.5-1份,改性剂2-5份,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚2-5份,十二烷基硫酸钠0.8-1份,过硫酸钠0.5-1份,碳酸氢钠0.5-1份,去离子水50-53份,光稳定剂0.5-1份,颜料2-3份份,氨水适量;
按照以下步骤进行制作:
A、预乳化液制作
a.1将壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚和十二烷基硫酸钠按照配比充分混合均匀,形成复合乳化剂;
a.2将四分之三的复合乳化剂加入10份去离子水中,搅拌溶解;
a.3然后向上述溶液中加入丙烯酸丁酯、苯乙烯、丙烯酸,强力搅拌30min,制成预乳化液,备用;
B、引发剂溶液制作
b.1将过硫酸钠加入到2份去离子水中,充分溶解制成引发剂溶液,备用;
C、改性共混
c.1将碳酸氢钠、剩余份数去离子水和剩余的复合乳化剂在容器中混合搅拌溶解,升温至60℃;
c.2向上述混合物中加入1/3的引发剂溶液,在30min内滴加1/5的预乳化液,在75-82℃保温,至液体反应变蓝;
c.3将改性剂混入剩余预乳化液中,在2-3h内将预乳化液和剩余的引发剂溶液缓慢加入到反应釜中;
c.4加完后保温反应1-2h;
c.5降温40℃以下,向反应后的溶液中加入氨水,用氨水调节pH值至7-8;
c.6加入颜料搅拌30min,放料生产。
本发明采用上述方案,与现有技术相比,解决了一般自粘卷材基层处理剂干燥时间长,剥离强度低,高VOC含量等问题,其表干时间短,剥离强度高,适应环境温度范围广、环保、无毒、无安全隐患等优点。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方案对本发明作进一步阐述。
以下实施方案用于说明本发明 ,但不能用来限制本发明的保护范围。本发明所公开的这种处理剂,组分及各组分所占比重如下:丙烯酸丁酯25份,苯乙烯23份,丙烯酸1份,改性剂3份,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚3份,十二烷基硫酸钠1份,过硫酸钠0.5份,碳酸氢钠0.5份,去离子水50份,光稳定剂0.5份,颜料3份,氨水适量。其中的改性剂选用乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷(DB-151)。
作为优选方案,上述各组分选用以下厂家的产品:
丙烯酸丁酯(BA)—天津市化学试剂研究所;
苯乙烯(St)—天津市大茂化学试剂厂;
丙烯酸(AA)—国药集团化学试剂有限公司;
乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷(DB-151)—应城市德邦化工新材料有限公司;
壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(OP-10)—上海山浦化工有限公司;
十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)—国药集团化学试剂有限公司;
过硫酸钠(AP)—爱建德固赛上海引发剂有限公司;
氨水,选用质量分数为28% 的配比—天津市化学试剂研究所;
碳酸氢钠—国药集团化学试剂有限公司;
去离子水 —自制,常规制法即可;
颜料 —河北英蓝化工有限公司的酞青蓝。
这种处理剂的具体生产工艺。
1、预乳化液制作
1.1将OP-10和SDS充分混合均匀,形成复合乳化剂;
1.2将四分之三的复合乳化剂加入10份去离子水中,搅拌溶解;
1.3然后加入BA、St、AA,强力搅拌30min,制成预乳化液。
2、引发剂溶液制作
2.1将AP加入到2份去离子水中,充分溶解制成引发剂溶液。
3、改性共混
3.1加入碳酸氢钠、剩余份数去离子水和剩余的复合乳化剂搅拌溶解,并将容器升温至60℃;
3.2加入1/3计量的引发剂溶液,在30min内连续均匀的滴加总量1/5的预乳化液,并在75-82℃保温反应至液体变蓝;
3.3将DB-151混入剩余预乳化液中,在2-3h内将预乳化液和剩余的引发剂溶液缓慢加入到反应釜中;
3.4加完后保温反应1-2h;
3.5降温40℃以下,用氨水调节pH值至7-8;
3.6加入颜料搅拌30min,放料生产。

1. 一种防水卷材用基层处理剂,其特征在于,所述基层处理剂的组分及各组分所占比重如下:丙烯酸丁酯22-25份,苯乙烯21-23份,丙烯酸0.5-1份,改性剂2-5份,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚2-5份,十二烷基硫酸钠0.8-1份,过硫酸钠0.5-1份,碳酸氢钠0.5-1份,去离子水50-53份,光稳定剂0.5-1份,颜料2-3份份,氨水适量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防水卷材用基层处理剂,其特征在于,所述的改性剂为乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷。
3.一种权利要求1-2任一项所述的防水卷材用基层处理剂的生产方法,其特征在于,按照以下组分和配比准备材料:丙烯酸丁酯22-25份,苯乙烯21-23份,丙烯酸0.5-1份,改性剂2-5份,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚2-5份,十二烷基硫酸钠0.8-1份,过硫酸钠0.5-1份,碳酸氢钠0.5-1份,去离子水50-53份,光稳定剂0.5-1份,颜料2-3份份,氨水适量;
按照以下步骤进行制作:

c.3将改性剂混入剩余预乳化液中,在2-3h内将预乳化液和剩余的引发剂溶液缓慢加入到反应釜中;
c.4加完后保温反应1-2h;
c.5降温40℃以下,向反应后的溶液中加入氨水,用氨水调节pH值至7-8;
c.6加入颜料搅拌30min,放料生产。
