本发明公开了一种纳米防锈涂料,包括如下含量比例的成分:水分散性二氧化硅30~48份;四氯间苯二腈10~16份;纳米钙12~16份;羧甲基纤维素钠3~4份;橡胶乳8~12份;磷酸铁3~5份;成膜助剂2~6份;硅溶胶3~8份;去离子水60~80份。通过上述方式,本发明一种纳米防锈涂料,渗透性强,成膜效果好,而且漆膜柔软易于附着;同时该涂料不含有亚硝酸盐和铬酸盐成分,对人体的危害大幅度的降低。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料领域,特别是一种纳米防锈涂料。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,你们对居室的建筑质量,对建筑工程的防水防漏提出了更高的要求。纳米防水涂料是自然渗透型防护剂,是无机硅酸盐、活性二氧化硅、专用催化剂及其他功能助剂通过纳米技术配制而成的新一代水性、环保、抗裂型防水剂。纳米防锈涂料可以保护金属表面免受大气、海水等的化学或电化学腐蚀的涂料。在金属表面涂上防锈涂料能够有效的避免大气中各种腐蚀性物质的直接入侵,使得最大化的延长金属使用期限。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种纳米防锈涂料,解决了防锈涂料挥发有害气体,以及成膜性差易起壳的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种纳米防锈涂料,包括如下含量比例的成分:
水分散性二氧化硅 30~48份
四氯间苯二腈 10~16份
纳米钙 12~16份
羧甲基纤维素钠 3~4份
橡胶乳 8~12份
磷酸铁 3~5份
成膜助剂 2~6份
硅溶胶 3~8份
去离子水 60~80份。
本发明的有益效果是:提供一种纳米防锈涂料,渗透性强,成膜效果好,而且漆膜柔软易于附着;同时该涂料不含有亚硝酸盐和铬酸盐成分,对人体的危害大幅度的降低。
