发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种安全可靠,性能优越的环保纳米防紫外线墙面漆,其价格低廉,附着力强,防紫外线,耐酸耐碱,安全环保。
其组分及重量比为:纯丙乳液 : 20~30%,硅溶胶 : 0.5~2%,纳米氧化锌:0.5~2%,亲水性丙烯酸酯分散剂: 0.5~1%,聚醚改性硅氧烷类消泡剂: 0.05~ 0.06%,pH 调节剂0.1% ,,聚氨酯类增稠剂: 0.1~0.3%,润湿剂: 0.02~0.05%,钛白粉: 15~20%,高岭土: 5~10%,重钙: 6~10%,去离子水 :20~30%,分散剂:10-20%,纳米氧化钛:10-50%,成膜助剂:5-10%,消泡剂:2-8%。
本发明无毒害,无污染,安全防火,防紫外线,硬度大,耐酸碱能力强,成本低,干燥快,经久耐用,具有广阔的社会效益。
具体实施方式 一种环保纳米防紫外线墙面漆的具体组分、各组分的质量比和具体的生产工艺如下:
称取纯丙乳液30%,硅溶胶2%,纳米氧化锌 2%,亲水性丙烯酸酯分散剂1%,聚醚改性硅氧烷类消泡剂0.06%,pH 调节剂0.1% ,聚氨酯类增稠剂0.3%,润湿剂0.05%,钛白粉:20%,高岭土10%,重钙10%,去离子水30%,分散剂20%,纳米氧化钛50%,成膜助剂10%,消泡剂8%,放入搅拌罐中搅拌均匀即可制成环保纳米防紫外线墙面漆。

1.一种环保纳米防紫外线墙面漆,组份和质量比为:纯丙乳液 :20~30%,硅溶胶 : 0.5~2%,纳米氧化锌:0.5~2%,亲水性丙烯酸酯分散剂:0.5~1%,聚醚改性硅氧烷类消泡剂: 0.05~ 0.06%,pH 调节剂0.1% ,,聚氨酯类增稠剂: 0.1~0.3%,润湿剂: 0.02~0.05%,钛白粉: 15~20%,高岭土: 5~10%,重钙: 6~10%,去离子水 :20~30%,分散剂:10-20%,纳米氧化钛:10-50%,成膜助剂:5-10%,消泡剂:2-8%。
