一种抗紫外线清漆,组份和质量比为:丙烯酸树脂:25~30%,纳米二氧化钛:0.5~1.5%,填料:5~10%,消泡剂:0.05~0.15%,pH调节剂0.1%-0.3%,润湿剂:0.02~0.05%,钛白粉:10~15%,去离子水:20~30%,分散剂:10-15%,成膜助剂:5-10%,防腐剂:2-8%。本发明的一种抗紫外线清漆,可以有效防止防紫外线,起到杀菌防毒的作用,且本发明耐酸耐碱,无毒害,无污染,无刺激性气味,硬度大,耐水,耐磨,成本低不易老化变色,具有广阔的社会效益。

背景技术
清漆受到紫外线的照射容易发黄变色,不仅影响美观,而且也大大降低了清漆的使用年限,因此发明一种抗紫外线的清漆是很有必要的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种安全实用的抗紫外线清漆,其价格低廉,附着力强,防紫外线,耐酸耐碱,附着力强,不易变色老化,安全环保。
其组分及重量比为:丙烯酸树脂 :25~30%,纳米二氧化钛:0.5~1.5%,填料: 5~10%,消泡剂: 0.05~ 0.15%,pH 调节剂0.1% -0.3%,润湿剂: 0.02~0.05%,钛白粉: 10~15%,去离子水 :20~30%,分散剂:10-15%,成膜助剂:5-10%,防腐剂:2-8%。
本发明无刺激性气味,无挥发性有害气体,环保无污染,安全防火,防紫外线,硬度大,耐酸碱能力强,且成本低,具有广阔的社会效益。
具体实施方式  一种抗紫外线清漆的具体组分、各组分的质量比和具体的生产工艺如下:
称取丙烯酸树脂 : 30%,纳米二氧化钛: 1.5%,填料: 10%,消泡剂: 0.15%,pH 调节剂0.3%,润湿剂: 0.05%,钛白粉: 15%,去离子水 : 30%,分散剂: 15%,成膜助剂: 10%,防腐剂: 8%,放入搅拌罐中搅拌均匀即可制成一种抗紫外线清漆。

1.一种抗紫外线清漆,组份和质量比为:丙烯酸树脂 :                              25~30%,纳米二氧化钛:0.5~1.5%,填料: 5~10%,消泡剂: 0.05~ 0.15%,pH 调节剂0.1% -0.3%,润湿剂: 0.02~0.05%,钛白粉: 10~15%,去离子水 :20~30%,分散剂:10-15%,成膜助剂:5-10%,防腐剂:2-8%。
