一种防强光编织袋用丝
技术领域:
本发明涉及编织袋加工生产技术领域,具体涉及一种防强光编织袋用丝。
背景技术:
编织袋,又称蛇皮袋。是塑料的一种,包装用,其原料一般是聚乙烯、聚丙烯等各种化学塑料原料。
编织密度是指100mm×100mm编织物内,经纬纱的根数。国家标准GB/T8946-1998中规定,“将袋摊平,在袋子的上,下两个对角处圈定100mm×100mm两方块,方块外边与袋边线相距100mm,目测方块的经,纬根数,取平均值,计数时当讫点最后不足一根时,按一根计。”国家标准中规定了编织密度的同时,规定了密度公差。编织密度主要取决于包装产品,由用户决定。
而由于编织袋在使用的时候经常容易遭受风吹日晒,日晒时间长久容易造成其损伤,导致使用寿命减短,带来不必要的麻烦。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有的技术缺陷提供一种方法合理、抗老化、韧性好、耐日晒的一种防强光编织袋用丝。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种防强光编织袋用丝,其特征在于:由以下重量份的材料制成,
聚丙烯55份、聚乙烯4份、粘土8份、银粉0.5份、云母粉3份、氧化锌粉末2份、纳米石墨0.5份、抗氧剂103512份、甲苯二异氰酸酯3份、聚乙烯蜡1份、线性低密度聚乙烯4份、二月桂酸二丁基锡1.5份、巴西棕榈蜡3份、羟基硅油1.5份、玻璃微珠1份、促进剂TMTD0.5份、萜烯树脂2.5份、木质素磺酸钠1份;
包括以下制备步骤,
Ⅰ将上述的材料按照生产的需要配置好量;
Ⅱ将配置好的材料放入熔融设备中,按照常规的方法进行加热熔炼、混合;
Ⅲ将熔融好的材料放入挤塑设备中挤压出膜;
Ⅳ挤压出膜后将材料放入8-16℃的水中进行10-15分钟的水冷;
Ⅴ将水冷后的材料放入分丝设备中进行分丝,然后逐一进行拉丝处理;
Ⅵ将拉丝后的材料用橡胶辊筒进行收卷。
本发明的有益效果为:①材料成本低、使用费用少;
②工艺简单明了、制作方便;
③防老、抗压、耐磨、抗暴晒、使用寿命长。

包括以下制备步骤,
Ⅰ将上述的材料按照生产的需要配置好量;

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防强光编织袋用丝,其特征在于:包括以下制备步骤,
Ⅰ将上述的材料按照生产的需要配置好量;
Ⅱ将配置好的材料放入熔融设备中,按照常规的方法进行加热熔炼、混合;
Ⅲ将熔融好的材料放入挤塑设备中挤压出膜;
Ⅳ挤压出膜后将材料放入8-16℃的水中进行10-15分钟的水冷;
Ⅴ将水冷后的材料放入分丝设备中进行分丝,然后逐一进行拉丝处理;
Ⅵ将拉丝后的材料用橡胶辊筒进行收卷。
