本发明公开了一种高效防水抗渗剂,由以下材料按质量配比制成:乳化石蜡45‑55份、甲基硅酸钠8‑13份、改性聚乙烯醇35‑45份;加工方法:1)在烧缸内加入水50份,再放入改性聚乙烯醇35‑45份,加热搅拌,使改性聚乙烯醇完全溶解为溶液,然后冷却至室温;2)按质量配比,在上述溶液中加入乳化石蜡45‑55份和甲基硅酸钠8‑13份搅拌均匀即可。抗渗剂呈现乱向分布的立体结构,密布于混凝土层的高分子结构,并完全堵塞混凝土的毛细通道,高混凝土的抗渗能力,可替代防水用铺设的丙仑及所刷聚干脂等;并且造价低、施工工艺简单,耐磨。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种防水材料,尤其是一种高效防水抗渗剂。
背景技术
目前,现有防渗剂,外观为均匀液体,以水为分散解质,加入各种色浆和助剂可制成多用途彩色基料,与硅酸盐粉末、砂粒等具有良好的粘结力,具有快干、不燃、成膜后防水,适用于亚光、无光、厚质砂浆涂料以及彩色地坪、石棉板、TK板、混凝土等表面防渗、罩面涂层以及石材玻化砖背面。使用时把防渗剂用泥板抹在所需的基层表面即可。
然而这类防渗剂由于是在基层表面覆盖,时间长了有磨损、起层问题。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种高效防水抗渗剂,可以有效解决防水抗渗剂磨损和起层问题。
本发明采用的技术方案,一种高效防水抗渗剂,由以下材料按质量配比制成:
乳化石蜡45-55份 甲基硅酸钠8-13份 改性聚乙烯醇35-45份;
加工方法:1)在烧缸内加入水50份,再放入改性聚乙烯醇35-45份,加热搅拌,使改性聚乙烯醇完全溶解为溶液,然后冷却至室温;
2)按质量配比,在上述溶液中加入乳化石蜡45-55份和甲基硅酸钠8-13份搅拌均匀即可。
使用时将上述防水抗渗剂用水20倍稀释,再与水泥和砂子混合搅拌即可。
采用上述技术方案,在抗渗剂与混凝土层反应过程中,其主要成分中高分子化合物的原子连接成线形并 带有较长分支部网状,抗渗剂一般呈现乱向分布的立体结构,密布于混凝土层的高分子结构,并完全堵塞混凝土的毛细通道,使水泥具有憎水性,提高混凝土的抗渗能力,增加其密实度和抗渗性。非常适用于办公楼、住宅楼卫生间、厨房、洗刷间管道孔洞的填堵,地面防水等 ;可替代防水用铺设的丙仑及所刷聚干脂等 ;造价低、施工工艺简单,耐磨。
具体实施方式
实施例1
乳化石蜡50千克 甲基硅酸钠10千克 改性聚乙烯醇40千克;
加工方法:1)在烧缸内加入水50千克,再放入改性聚乙烯醇40千克,加热搅拌,使改性聚乙烯醇完全溶解为溶液,然后冷却至室温;
2)按质量配比,在上述溶液中加入乳化石蜡50千克和甲基硅酸钠10千克搅拌均匀即可。
实施例2
乳化石蜡45千克 甲基硅酸钠10千克 改性聚乙烯醇45千克;
加工方法:1)在烧缸内加入水50千克,再放入改性聚乙烯醇45千克,加热搅拌,使改性聚乙烯醇完全溶解为溶液,然后冷却至室温;
2)按质量配比,在上述溶液中加入乳化石蜡45千克和甲基硅酸钠10千克搅拌均匀即可。

1.一种高效防水抗渗剂,其特征在于由以下材料按质量配比制成:
乳化石蜡45-55份 甲基硅酸钠8-13份 改性聚乙烯醇35-45份;
加工方法:1)在烧缸内加入水50份,再放入改性聚乙烯醇35-45份,加热搅拌,使改性聚乙烯醇完全溶解为溶液,然后冷却至室温;
2)按质量配比,在上述溶液中加入乳化石蜡45-55份和甲基硅酸钠8-13份搅拌均匀即可。
