背景技术
传统的填缝剂容易老化,防水性能较差,耐压性能较差,不具备保温隔热的功效,而且成本较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供一种保温填缝剂,解决上述现有技术问题中的一个或者多个。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供一种保温填缝剂,按质量份数包括重铬酸钠1-5份,氟化氢铵3-10份,玻化微珠20-80份,丙烯酸酯合成树脂30-70份,聚丙短纤维40-80份,云母粉5-25份,滑石粉10-40份。
生产时,将上述物料加入搅拌桶中,搅拌均匀,即可制得成品。
本发明的填缝剂具备较好的耐老化、防水和耐压性能,还具备保温隔热功效,防火隔音效果好,且降低了综合成本。
具体实施方式
实施例1:按质量份数包括重铬酸钠1份,氟化氢铵3份,玻化微珠20份,丙烯酸酯合成树脂30份,聚丙短纤维40份,云母粉5份,滑石粉10份。
实施例2:按质量份数包括重铬酸钠3份,氟化氢铵6份,玻化微珠50份,丙烯酸酯合成树脂50份,聚丙短纤维60份,云母粉15份,滑石粉25份。
实施例3:按质量份数包括重铬酸钠5份,氟化氢铵10份,玻化微珠80份,丙烯酸酯合成树脂70份,聚丙短纤维80份,云母粉25份,滑石粉40份。
生产时,将上述物料加入搅拌桶中,搅拌均匀,即可制得成品。
综上所述,本发明的填缝剂具备较好的耐老化、防水和耐压性能,还具备保温隔热功效,防火隔音效果好,且降低了综合成本。
