Abstract

本发明公开了一种保温隔热弹性填缝剂,该填缝剂由下述重量配比的物质组成:玻化微珠20~40份、丙烯酸酯合成树脂20~40份、聚丙短纤维20~30份、云母粉5~10份。其导热系数W/(mk)≤0.07,弹性拉伸模量MPa(23℃、-20℃)为>0.4或>0.6,因此本发明的有益效果是:除了具备持久、防水、耐压等一般陶瓷墙地砖填缝剂所具备的特点外,还具备保温隔热功效、和一定的弹性拉伸模量以及防火隔音功能。

保温隔热弹性填缝剂
技术领域
本发明涉及一种填缝剂,特别涉及一种保温隔热外墙专用填缝剂。
背景技术
在建筑物外墙贴上瓷砖后,需要对瓷砖之间的缝隙进行填充,以前施工是用白水泥来嵌,有时候为了配合瓷砖的颜色,施工工人自己会调一些颜料在里面。其实用这样填充是有很多弊端的,比如遇到潮湿的季节会发霉,如果去擦,肯定不能彻底清洁,而且没过多久,水泥就容易开裂、脱落、渗水。既不美观卫生,也不持久耐用。其优点是价格低廉,但白水泥的缺点是颗粒大小不均匀、易泛碱、易龟裂、易脱落、易风化、易脏,不易清洗,且色彩单一。
因此,现在人们在填充时通常采用填缝剂进行填充。填缝剂有持久、防水、耐压的特点。比白水泥保持时间长多了。具有防霉防蛀的功能,无须担心气候和环境会对墙面产生影响。从操作上看,也是比较方便的。只需将填缝剂与适量水调和后,象批水泥一样,嵌入瓷砖缝,压紧,固化后将瓷砖面上的多余物擦干净即可。目前,在建筑物外墙上基本上采用保温隔热瓷砖进行粘贴,起到保温隔热的效果。但是目前的粘缝剂除了防水、耐老化外,不具备防火、隔音、特别是保温隔热功效,从而使建筑外墙的整体保温隔热效果受到影响。因此,我们需要研发一种具备保温隔热功效的填缝剂。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种保温隔热弹性填缝剂,在防火、隔音、特别是保温隔热方面具备显著的效果。
为了达到这个目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种保温隔热弹性填缝剂,该填缝剂按如下重量配比的物质组成:
玻化微20~40份;
丙烯酸酯合成树脂20~40份;
聚丙短纤维20~30份;
云母粉5~10份。
由于玻化微珠耐老化、耐候性强、且具备优异的绝热、防火、吸音性能。而云母粉具有耐热性和不燃性以及隔热吸音性。
因此,本发明的有益效果是:除了具备持久、防水、耐压等一般填缝剂特点还具备优异的保温隔热功效以及一定的弹性拉伸模量、防火隔音功能。
具体实施方式
本发明公布了一种保温隔热弹性填缝剂,该保温隔热填缝剂为保温隔热外墙专用填缝剂,按如下重量配比的物质组成:
玻化微珠20~40份;
丙烯酸酯合成树脂20~40份;
聚丙短纤维20~30份;
云母粉5~10份。
其中,玻化微珠是一种酸性玻璃质溶岩矿物质(松脂岩矿砂),经过特种技术处理和生产工艺加工形成内部多孔、表面玻化封闭,呈球状体细径颗粒,是一种具有高性能的新型无机轻质绝热材料。由于表面玻化形成一定的颗粒强度,理化性能十分稳定,耐老化耐候性强,具有优异的绝热、防火、吸音性能。云母粉则具有独特的耐酸、耐碱化学稳定性,具有耐热性和不燃性,还具有良好的绝缘性。两者互相配合,效果更佳。加入云母粉和玻化微珠后,本发明的导热系数W/(mk)≤0.07。因此本发明有着比传统填缝剂更好的保温隔热效果。
合成树脂则具备良好的弹性,合成树脂的加入则让本发明的弹性拉伸模量Mpa(23℃、—20℃)为>0.4或>0.6。因此,本发明还具有一定的弹性拉伸模量,使本发明不会因外墙瓷砖位移而产生裂缝。
所以,本发明除了具备耐老化、防水、耐压等一般填缝剂特点外,还具备保温隔热功效以及一定的弹性拉伸模量、防火隔音效果。

1.一种保温隔热填缝剂,其特征在于,该保温隔热填缝剂由下述重量配比的物质组成:
玻化微珠 20~40份;
丙烯酸酯合成树脂 20~40份;
聚丙短纤维 20~30份;
云母粉 5~10份。
