技术领域
本发明涉及一种果蔬干雾控湿保鲜集装箱,属于集装运输技术领域。
背景技术
冷藏集装箱是指具有一定隔热性能、能保持一定低温、适用于各类食品冷藏储运输而进行特殊设计的集装箱,能经受恶劣的运输条件。冷藏集装箱在更换运输工具时,不需要重新装卸食品,不但装卸速度很快,使整个运输时间明显缩短,降低了运输费用,而且箱内温度可以在一定的范围内调节,能适应各种易腐食品的冷藏运输要求,避免了温度波动对食品质最的影响,因此越来越多地应用在果蔬的海上运输等。
但冷藏集装箱内的制冷系统会除去集装箱内的空气中的水分,干燥的空气使果蔬中的水分蒸发(将导致果蔬失重,损失其经济价值),而果蔬中的水分保持是维持其新鲜度和营养品质价值的最重要因素,因此在果蔬贮运过程中一般要保持环境湿度在80%以上,甚至95%以上,以控制失水。在冷藏集装箱中,传统的果蔬加湿的方法主要采用超声波雾化加湿或保鲜膜包装保湿。但超声波雾化加湿的缺点是往贮藏环境中喷发大量湿气的同时会带入热空气,热空气遇低温易造成水雾凝结,水雾凝结至果蔬表面易引起病原菌的滋生繁殖;而采用保鲜膜单果或者整箱包装后的保湿操作复杂,人力成本高,保鲜膜透气性差易对果蔬造成不利影响,且大量塑料包装材料使用后处理麻烦、不环保。
发明内容
本发明要解决技术问题是:克服上述技术的缺点,针对淡水缺乏、运输周期长的海上运输等情况,提供一种可以长期保持果蔬中的水分和重量从而保证了冷藏运输果蔬的新鲜度的集装箱。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提出的技术方案是:一种果蔬干雾控湿保鲜集装箱,包括箱体和制冷机组,所述制冷机组包括压缩机、蒸发器和冷凝器,所述蒸发器位于箱体内;还包括用于收集所述制冷机组的冷凝水的水箱,所述箱体内靠近蒸发器处设有干雾雾化喷头,所述干雾雾化喷头包括气体腔、液体腔、混合腔和喷嘴,所述液体腔的液体入口与水箱连通,所述干雾雾化喷头的喷嘴朝向蒸发器从而使所述干雾雾化喷头生成的干雾随所述制冷机组的冷风排出。
本发明中所述干雾雾化喷头通过压缩空气(一般空气压缩机相连)来产生干雾,所述干雾雾化喷头包括气体腔、液体腔、混合腔和喷嘴,这些均为现有技术,不再赘述。
本发明在使用时,通过水箱收集冷藏集装箱内的制冷机组的冷凝水,利用冷凝水给干雾雾化喷头供水,从而克服了在海上运输等淡水资源缺乏的情况下,也能够利用干雾雾化喷头喷出的干雾给集装箱内保持果蔬冷藏所需的高湿度。而将所述干雾雾化喷头的喷嘴朝向蒸发器可以利用所述制冷机组排出的冷风使干雾迅速扩散至整个集装箱。
所述干雾为大小不超过10μm的雾滴,雾滴的大小一般为2~10μm,可迅速均匀扩散,这样雾滴在到达地面之前就已经蒸发进入空气,即使在高达98%的湿度下果蔬也不会被浸湿,使集装箱内呈“干燥”状态,果蔬及其包装物表面不积水,因此能够防止高湿度引起的落水、滴水现象,果蔬的表面依然是干燥的,不容易腐烂。另外,高湿度使得集装箱内的空气无法吸纳果蔬中的水分,可以保证果蔬的重量和新鲜品质,将水分锁定在果蔬内部,从而保证了冷藏果蔬的新鲜度。该集装箱可以长期保持果蔬运输过程中的水分和重量从而保证了冷藏运输果蔬的新鲜度,适用于果蔬海陆运输的保湿保鲜,特别适用于淡水缺乏的海上运输等。
为了进一步改进集装箱的保鲜效果,上述技术方案的改进是:还包括负离子发生装置,所述负离子发生装置包括直流负高压发生器和负离子释放尖端,所述负离子释放尖端设置在所述气体腔内并靠近混合腔处。负离子有很高的活性,这样可以利用负氧离子来降低果蔬中代谢酶的活性,并降低了空气中氧气的含量,从而降低果蔬的呼吸强度,阻止了果蔬贮藏期间催熟剂乙烯、乙醇等的积累,从而延长了果蔬的保鲜期。
本发明将负离子释放尖端设置在所述气体腔内并靠近混合腔处,而气体腔通常与空气压缩机相连,因此此处的气压较高,而空气湿度又很大。当空气压强增大时,空气密度升高,电子的碰撞次数增加从而增大电离概率,因此更容易生成负离子。而如果湿度又较大,在水分子的作用下,电子被水分子吸附形成负氧离子的概率增大,从而可以保证释放尖端充分释放负离子。此外,将负离子释放尖端设置在所述气体腔内并靠近混合腔处,还可以利用喷嘴处的高压气体使负离子以极快的速度进行扩散,并在被喷嘴喷出后利用制冷机组的冷风进一步提高了扩散的速度,即提高了果蔬的保鲜效果。

具体实施方式
实施例一
本实施例的果蔬干雾控湿保鲜集装箱,如图1和图2所示,包括箱体1和制冷机组,制冷机组包括压缩机、蒸发器2和冷凝器(压缩机和冷凝器图中未示出),蒸发器2位于箱体1内,并通过鼓风机把冷风吹入箱体内。制冷机组的冷凝水通过水箱3收集。
箱体1内靠近蒸发器2处设有干雾雾化喷头8,干雾雾化喷头8包括气体腔8-4、液体腔8-2、混合腔8-5和喷嘴8-6,液体腔8-2的液体入口8-1通过第一管道5与水箱3连通,水箱3内设有水泵为干雾雾化喷头8供水。气体腔8-4的气体入口8-3与空气压缩机相连。干雾雾化喷头8的喷嘴8-6朝向蒸发器2从而使干雾雾化喷头8生成的干雾随制冷机组的冷风排出,迅速扩散至整个箱体1。
本实施例还可以作以下改进:
1)箱体1内设有湿度传感器。所述湿度传感器可以与控制器连接,通过控制器可以自动精确控制和调节集装箱内的湿度,使集装箱始终保持统一的湿度,确保果蔬保鲜的效果。
2)水箱3的进水口处设有过滤装置。过滤装置可以滤除冷凝水中的杂质,防止干雾雾化喷头8堵塞。
3)水箱3上设有溢流管。
4)箱体1通过隔板6分成第一箱体和第二箱体,蒸发器2和干雾雾化喷头8位于第一箱体内,蒸发器2自上向下倾斜设置,第一箱体的底部设有集水槽7,集水槽7通过第二管道4与水箱3连通;第一箱体上设有供风导板(图中未示出),制冷机组产生的冷风通过供风导板进入第二箱体。
实施例二
本实施例是在实施例一基础上的改进,其不同之处在于:如图3所示,还包括负离子发生装置,负离子发生装置包括直流负高压发生器(图中未示出)和负离子释放尖端9,负离子释放尖端9设置在气体腔8-4内并靠近混合腔8-5处。
本发明不局限于上述实施例所述的具体技术方案,除上述实施例外,本发明还可以有其他实施方式。凡采用等同替换形成的技术方案,均为本发明要求的保护范围。
Claims (4)
1.一种果蔬干雾控湿保鲜集装箱,包括箱体和制冷机组,所述制冷机组包括压缩机、蒸发器和冷凝器,所述蒸发器位于箱体内;其特征在于:还包括负离子发生装置以及用于收集所述制冷机组的冷凝水的水箱,所述水箱上设有溢流管;所述箱体内靠近蒸发器处设有干雾雾化喷头,所述干雾雾化喷头包括气体腔、液体腔、混合腔和喷嘴,所述液体腔的液体入口与水箱连通,所述干雾雾化喷头的喷嘴朝向蒸发器从而使所述干雾雾化喷头生成的干雾随所述制冷机组的冷风排出;
所述负离子发生装置包括直流负高压发生器和负离子释放尖端;所述负离子释放尖端设置在所述气体腔内并靠近混合腔处。
2.根据权利要求1所述的果蔬干雾控湿保鲜集装箱,其特征在于:所述箱体内设有湿度传感器。
3.根据权利要求1所述的果蔬干雾控湿保鲜集装箱,其特征在于:所述水箱的进水口处设有过滤装置。
4.根据权利要求1-3之任一项所述的果蔬干雾控湿保鲜集装箱,其特征在于:所述箱体通过隔板分成第一箱体和第二箱体,所述蒸发器和干雾雾化喷头位于第一箱体内,所述蒸发器自上向下倾斜设置,所述第一箱体的底部设有集水槽,所述集水槽与水箱连通;所述第一箱体上设有供风导板,所述制冷机组产生的冷风通过供风导板穿过隔板进入第二箱体。
