本发明公开一种聚乙烯膜吹膜装置,具体涉及塑料膜加工技术领域。包括塑料熔浆盘、进液管、吹气盘、出气孔、出气引导槽、挡风板、吹气孔,所述塑料熔浆盘设置在吹气盘下端,进液管的两端分别连接塑料熔浆盘和吹气盘,出气引导槽设置在吹气盘顶部,出气孔设置在出气引导槽之间,挡风板设置在吹气盘顶部,吹气盘的底部上设置有吹气孔。本发明具有结构简单,可使塑料熔浆均匀注入、吹气均匀以及可防止外部空气流动影响吹膜质量,提高塑料熔浆的吹动顺畅,从而提高塑料膜质量等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及塑料膜加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种聚乙烯膜吹膜装置。
背景技术
传统的塑料膜吹气装置进气孔以及吹气孔为单孔,这样容易导致塑料熔浆不能均匀注入,吹气不均匀以及塑料熔浆的吹动不顺畅,从而对吹膜的产品会产生一定的质量影响。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供一种聚乙烯膜吹膜装置,其具有结构简单,可使塑料熔浆均匀注入、吹气均匀以及可防止外部空气流动影响吹膜质量,提高塑料熔浆的吹动顺畅,从而提高塑料膜质量优点。
本发明通过以下技术手段解决上述技术问题:一种聚乙烯膜吹膜装置,包括塑料熔浆盘、进液管、吹气盘、出气孔、出气引导槽、挡风板、吹气孔,其特征在于:所述塑料熔浆盘设置在吹气盘下端,进液管的两端分别连接塑料熔浆盘和吹气盘,出气引导槽设置在吹气盘顶部,出气孔设置在出气引导槽之间,挡风板设置在吹气盘顶部,吹气盘的底部上设置有吹气孔。
优选地,所述出气引导槽设置有两个,保证更好的引导吹出的塑料膜。
优选地,所述挡风板设置在吹气盘顶部且在出气引导槽的外部,防止外部空气流动影响吹膜质量。
优选地,所述挡风板的高度大于出气引导槽的高度,有利于防止外部空气流动影响吹膜质量。
优选地,所述挡风板上端还设置有散热孔,有利于对吹出的塑料膜快速散热。
本发明的优点在于:结构简单,可使塑料熔浆均匀注入、吹气均匀以及可防止外部空气流动影响吹膜质量,提高塑料熔浆的吹动顺畅,从而提高塑料膜质量等优点。

如图1‐2所示,一种聚乙烯膜吹膜装置,包括塑料熔浆盘1、进液管2、吹气盘3、出气孔4、出气引导槽5、挡风板6、吹气孔7,其特征在于:所述塑料熔浆盘1设置在吹气盘3下端,进液管2的两端分别连接塑料熔浆盘1和吹气盘3,出气引导槽5设置在吹气盘3顶部,出气孔4设置在出气引导槽5之间,挡风板6设置在吹气盘3顶部,吹气盘3的底部上设置有吹气孔7。
优选地,所述进液管2至少设置有四个,可保证塑料熔浆均匀注入。
优选地,所述进液管2等距分布在塑料熔浆盘1上,可保证塑料熔浆均匀注入。
优选地,所述出气引导槽5为圆环型结构状,可保证对塑料熔浆吹动顺畅、均匀。
优选地,所述出气引导槽5设置有两个,保证更好的引导吹出的塑料膜。
优选地,所述挡风板6设置在吹气盘3顶部且在出气引导槽5的外部,防止外部空气流动影响吹膜质量。
优选地,所述挡风板6的高度大于出气引导槽5的高度,有利于防止外部空气流动影响吹膜质量。
优选地,所述挡风板6上端还设置有散热孔8,有利于对吹出的塑料膜快速散热。

1.一种聚乙烯膜吹膜装置,包括塑料熔浆盘(1)、进液管(2)、吹气盘(3)、出气孔(4)、出气引导槽(5)、挡风板(6)、吹气孔(7),所述塑料熔浆盘(1)设置在吹气盘(3)下端,进液管(2)的两端分别连接塑料熔浆盘(1)和吹气盘(3),出气引导槽(5)设置在吹气盘(3)顶部,出气孔(4)设置在出气引导槽(5)之间,挡风板(6)设置在吹气盘(3)顶部,吹气盘(3)的底部上设置有吹气孔(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的聚乙烯膜吹膜装置,其特征在于:所述出气引导槽(5)设置有两个。
3.根据权利要求1所述的聚乙烯膜吹膜装置,其特征在于:所述挡风板(6)设置在吹气盘(3)顶部且在出气引导槽(5)的外部。
4.根据权利要求1所述的聚乙烯膜吹膜装置,其特征在于:所述挡风板(6)的高度大于出气引导槽(5)的高度。
5.根据权利要求1所述的聚乙烯膜吹膜装置,其特征在于:所述挡风板(6)上端还设置有散热孔(8)。
