背景技术
管件内外螺纹攻丝机是管件生产厂家普遍采用的一种加工设备,通常采用单头式或者三头攻牙式攻牙,一般是通过单一向攻牙提供进给动力,通过驱动电机加齿轮提供旋转动力,从而完成管件攻牙作业。丝锥所在的主轴一般采用花键类设计,但由于在攻丝过程中动力扭矩极大,主轴受到的摩擦也很大,而且由于攻丝机构中没有保护类装置,因此攻牙过程中巨大的冲击力非常容易折断丝锥进而损坏机床,很容易造成机床零部件的损坏。以目前的三头攻丝机为例,它的最大缺陷是攻丝机构的动力无法独立控制,也没有保护装置,丝锥的工作是同时进行的,而不分先后同时工作会使三只丝锥产生碰撞,只能靠磨短丝锥才能正常工作,但是难以保证攻丝的精确度,因此存在报废率高、故障率高、生产效率低下、耗能大、人工成本高等缺陷。
发明内容
本发明专利所要解决的问题是现有的管件攻丝机故障率高、自动化程度低和耗能高的问题。

本发明中各攻丝机构可以独立动作,可以同步或间隔地对工件进行加工,自动化程度高,丝锥的进给通过第一齿轮在滑动齿轮上的滑动来完成,并由限位开关控制攻丝距离,大大提高了加工精度,而且主轴上设有锥面轴肩,与两端设有内凹锥面的推杆配合,由于在攻丝过程中丝锥受到的阻力较大,相应地,空心推杆对主轴的推力也大,空心推杆相对主轴会发生微小的与进给方向相同的位移,与压盖的紧密度降低,因此当推力过大时碟簧和压盖对空心推杆的压力就会大幅减小,导致空心推杆无法对主轴的轴肩施加更大的推力,只能绕主轴打滑转圈,从而有效避免丝锥受到的阻力过大造成折断,降低了丝锥和机床的故障率,操作方便,加工过程稳定,加工精确度高,大大提高了生产效率,节约了大量成本,具有很好的实用性。

具体实施方式
本发明提供了一种全自动管件攻丝机,故障率低,加工精度高。下面结合具体实施例和说明书附图对本发明予以详细说明。
如图1和图2所示,本发明提供的全自动管件攻丝机包括电机100、传动机构600、装载机构、攻丝机构400以及电气控制屏500,装载机构包括机械手200和夹持架300。本实施例中攻牙机构400共设置三组,水平方向上左右对称各一组,中间竖直设置一组。利用电气控制屏500可以控制设备的启闭和各个机构的工作参数。
如图5和图6所示,机械手200包括底座210、滑动轴220和抓手230,第一气缸240竖直设置在滑动轴220上,用于控制滑动轴220的高度,第二气缸250的一端设有活动节251,活动节251伸入底座210内,与滑动轴220的底部连接,用于控制滑动轴220的转动。启动后,第一气缸240下降使抓手230接触工件,抓手230抓取工件后,第一气缸240上升带动抓手230上升,第二气缸250旋转抓手230,第一气缸240再次下降,抓手230将工件放在夹持架上。等工件加紧后,抓手230放开工件,第一气缸240再次上升,准备下一次工件的拿取,待工件加工完成后放入下一个工件,重复以上流程保证不间断全自动生产的进行。
夹持架300上设有工件卡位310、第一油缸320和第二油缸330,第一油缸310设在工件卡位310的一侧,用于夹紧工件,第二油缸330设在夹持架300的底部,用于移动夹持架300的位置。夹持架300的设计可以满足多品种管件类的加工,能根据管件自身的尺寸和结构来确定夹紧程度和工件卡位310的位置,具有很高的实用性。
如图3、图4、图7和图8所示,攻丝机构400包括主轴420、丝锥夹头410、控制主轴420移动的进给装置440和限位装置430以及攻丝保护装置450,丝锥夹头410设置在主轴420的最前端,丝锥夹头410的前端还设有活动丝锥圈411和螺母412,另外还设有钢球413,用于固定丝锥。丝锥可以根据需要选择合适的型号,可以对多种管件加工。主轴420靠近丝锥的一端转动设置在主轴箱710的支撑座上,主轴420上设有滑动轴套415,滑动轴套415外设有双轴承416,双轴承416设置在支承座上,以便保证主轴420转动的灵活度,封盖穿过主轴420并与主轴箱710紧密配合,且封盖中设有油封414,以保证主轴420的润滑和清洁。
主轴420贯穿主轴箱710和变速齿轮箱720,主轴420的中部设有第一齿轮421。传动机构600包括设有皮带轮620的传动轴,皮带轮620用于与电机100联动,传动轴上还设有滑动齿轮610。第一齿轮421与滑动齿轮610啮合,变速齿轮箱720中的齿轮组构成传动机构600,用于调节主轴420的转速,电机100开启后,通过传动机构600使主轴420按预定转速转动,并可以根据丝锥的进给和退回设置不同的传动方式,使丝锥缓慢进给、快速回退,提高加工效率。
进给装置440包括气缸、滑动设置在气缸内部的活塞轴445,气缸包括缸套441、左盖板442、套环444和右盖板443,左盖板442与主轴箱固定。气缸和活塞轴445用来控制主轴420的移动位移,使主轴420带动丝锥完成进给和退回动作。
攻丝保护装置450包括空心推杆454和匹配的压盖451,主轴420上设有呈锥面的轴肩423,空心推杆454的两端都向内凹形成锥面,并分别与轴肩423的外侧面、压盖451的内侧面匹配,压盖451与主轴420为花键连接并用螺母453固定轴向位置,螺母453与压盖451之间还通过两个碟簧452来维持力度的稳定性。主轴420的后端还设有防尘罩460,防尘罩460与右盖板443固定连接。空心推杆454转动设置在活塞轴445的中心,且设有套环444用来保证空心推杆454与活塞轴445在纵向移动时保持同步,活塞轴445内设有等牙螺母和等牙螺杆,用于精确控制主轴420和丝锥的进给距离。在生产过程中当丝锥攻丝时,会受到来自工件的很大的阻力,空心推杆454向前推动主轴420的力也会增大,空心推杆454相对主轴420会发生微小的与进给方向相同的位移,与压盖451的紧密度降低,因此当推力过大时碟簧452和压盖451对空心推杆454的压力大程度减小,导致空心推杆454无法对主轴的轴肩423施加更大的推力,只能绕主轴420打滑转圈,从而有效避免丝锥受到的阻力过大造成折断,降低故障率。
限位装置430包括限位行程杆431、设置在限位行程杆431上的限位开关432,限位开关432上设有第一卡位和第二卡位,分别对应主轴420向前进给和向后退回的极限位置。主轴420上在第一齿轮421的后侧面上设有轴承座422,轴承座422不随主轴420转动,只在纵向移动上与主轴420保持同步。限位行程杆431的内端伸入主轴箱,并通过轴承座422与主轴420联动。
设备启动后,传动轴通过皮带轮620与电机100联动,并通过滑动齿轮610与第一齿轮421啮合实现主轴的转动。进行攻丝时,活塞轴445在内部的等牙螺杆和等牙螺母的作用下产生纵向位移,空心推杆454与活塞轴445保持同步移动,通过锥面对主轴420施加推力,使丝锥向前移动对工件进行攻丝,与此同时第一齿轮421在滑动齿轮610上滑动保持进给的稳定性。攻丝完成后,活塞轴445带动空心推杆454、主轴420向后退回。其中进给和回退距离由限位开关432控制,当限位行程杆431的卡位点进入第一卡位后,主轴420向前移动到极限位置,停止攻丝,电气控制系统驱动电机100反转使丝锥反转,并从工件内部退出;当限位行程杆431的卡位点进入第二卡位后,主轴420向后退回到极限位置,停止后退,而后丝锥正转为下一次攻丝做准备。
本发明中各攻丝机构可以独立动作,可以同步或间隔地对工件进行加工,自动化程度高,丝锥的进给通过第一齿轮在滑动齿轮上的滑动来完成,保证了攻丝过程的稳定性,并由限位开关控制攻丝距离,大大提高了加工精度,而且主轴上设有锥面轴肩,与两端设有内凹锥面的空心推杆配合,由于在攻丝过程中丝锥受到的阻力较大,相应地,空心推杆对主轴的推力也大,空心推杆相对主轴会发生微小的与进给方向相同的位移,与压盖的紧密度降低,因此当推力过大时碟簧和压盖对空心推杆的压力就会大幅减小,导致空心推杆无法对主轴的轴肩施加更大的推力,只能绕主轴打滑转圈,从而有效避免丝锥受到的阻力过大造成折断,降低了丝锥和机床的故障率。
本发明不局限于上述最佳实施方式,任何人应该得知在本发明的启示下作出的结构变化,凡是与本发明具有相同或相近的技术方案,均落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (7)

1.全自动管件攻丝机,包括电机、传动机构、装载机构、攻丝机构以及电气控制屏,所述装载机构包括机械手和夹持架,所述攻丝机构包括主轴、固定在所述主轴的前端的丝锥夹头、控制所述主轴移动的进给装置和限位装置,所述主轴贯穿主轴箱的两侧面,其特征在于:
所述机械手包括底座、滑动轴和抓手,控制所述滑动轴高度的第一气缸竖直设置在所述滑动轴上,第二气缸的一端设有用于控制所述滑动轴转动的活动节,所述活动节与所述滑动轴的底部连接;
所述攻丝机构上设有攻丝保护装置,所述攻丝保护装置包括空心推杆和匹配的压盖,所述主轴上设有呈锥面的轴肩,所述空心推杆的两端都向内凹形成锥面,并分别与所述轴肩的外侧面、所述压盖的内侧面匹配,所述压盖与所述主轴为花键连接并用螺母固定轴向位置;
所述传动机构包括设置在传动轴上的皮带轮和滑动齿轮,所述传动轴通过皮带轮与所述电机联动,所述主轴的中部设有第一齿轮,所述第一齿轮与所述滑动齿轮啮合,所述第一齿轮的后侧面上设有轴承座;
所述限位装置包括限位行程杆、设置在所述限位行程杆上的限位开关,所述限位行程杆的内端伸入所述主轴箱,并通过所述轴承座与所述主轴在纵向移动上联动;
所述攻丝机构的数目为3组,其中水平方向上左右对称各一组,中间竖直设置一组,各所述攻丝机构分别配备一所述电机和所述电气控制屏。
2.如权利要求1所述的全自动管件攻丝机,其特征在于,所述进给装置包括气缸和滑动设置在所述气缸内部的活塞轴,所述空心推杆转动设置在所述活塞轴的中心。
3.如权利要求2所述的全自动管件攻丝机,其特征在于,所述活塞轴内设有等牙螺母和等牙螺杆。
4.如权利要求3所述的全自动管件攻丝机,其特征在于,所述气缸包括缸套、左盖板和右盖板,所述左盖板与所述主轴箱固定。
5.如权利要求1所述的全自动管件攻丝机,其特征在于,所述限位开关上设有第一卡位和第二卡位。
6.如权利要求1所述的全自动管件攻丝机,其特征在于,所述夹持架上设有工件卡位、第一油缸和第二油缸,所述第一油缸设在所述工件卡位的一侧,用于夹紧工件,所述第二油缸设在所述夹持架的底部,用于移动所述夹持架的位置。
7.如权利要求4所述的全自动管件攻丝机,其特征在于,所述主轴的后端还设有防尘罩,所述防尘罩与所述右盖板固定连接。
