Abstract

本发明一种叉车合金消声器制造方法,包括有以下操作步骤:采用分层浇注工艺,钢水出炉温度为1470℃~1500℃,上层浇注温度为1430℃~1450℃,并按照1.3‑1.5Kg/秒的平均流量进行均速浇注,下层旋转浇注温度为1500℃~1530℃,旋转线速度控制在12~15m/s,在铸造模具的型腔内壁上覆盖薄层硅粉,薄层硅粉的厚度为100‑130um,硅粉的粒度控制为265‑300目,温度控制在140‑160℃,成型后利用精密车床车削出转子外形尺寸;本发明抗拉强度和低温冲击等性能远好于高锰钢,叉车合金消声器制造方法的使用寿命能大大提高,不会对后部的冷加工产生不利影响,改善了叉车合金消声器各项力学性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及合金钢制备领域,特别涉及一种叉车合金消声器制造方法。
背景技术
叉车消声器不仅在结构强度与功能上有较高的要求,同时在机械加工上同样重要,这样的要求不仅是满足汽车使用上的基本条件,同时也是安全可靠延长使用寿命的保障。
现有技术中,生产叉车消声器钢材为普通的中低含量合金钢,因这些叉车消声器在使用功能上一般是频繁的运动部件,磨损率很高,更换频繁,增加了维护成本;寻找到一种提高硬度和耐磨性能,同时零件表面耐热性能高的中低含量的合金钢就显的非常重要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种叉车合金消声器制造方法,叉车合金消声器制造方法的抗拉强度和低温冲击等性能远好于高锰钢,叉车合金消声器制造方法的使用寿命能大大提高,不会对后部的冷加工产生不利影响,改善了排气系统的各项性能。
本发明的技术方案如下:
叉车合金消声器制造方法,包括有以下操作步骤:
(1)采用分层浇注工艺,钢水出炉温度为1470℃~1500℃,上层浇注温度为1430℃~1450℃,并按照1.3-1.5Kg/秒的平均流量进行均速浇注,下层旋转浇注温度为1500℃~1530℃,旋转线速度控制在12~15m/s,在铸造模具的型腔内壁上覆盖薄层硅粉,薄层硅粉的厚度为100-130um,硅粉的粒度控制为265-300目,温度控制在140-160℃,成型后利用精密车床车削出转子外形尺寸;
(2)铸造成型后进行热处理,在环境温度≤8℃,空气湿度≥85%时,工件预热到110-130℃后进行淬火处理,淬火温度为200℃~300℃,淬火介质为三硝水溶液由22%硝酸钠、28%亚硝酸铜、18%硝酸钾、32%去离子水组成;
(3)配置油漆,油漆以重量份计由下列组份组成:石英粉3-5份,空心玻璃微珠1-2份,水玻璃10-15 份,石墨粉10-15 份,木质素磺酸1-2 份,聚乙烯醇11-13份,羧甲基纤维素钠0.8-1.2 份,苯甲酸钠1.4-1.6 份,纳米级陶瓷粉末1-2 份,钛白粉0.5-0.8 份,磷酸三钠0.5-1.2份,坡缕石粘土2-3份,树脂50-55 份;
(4) 喷涂时喷涂压力为0.4~0.5MPa,静电电压为10~20KV,喷涂距离30cm,喷枪移动速度60~70 cm/s。
所述油漆以重量份计由下列组份组成:石英粉4份,空心玻璃微珠1.5份,水玻璃12份,石墨粉12 份,木质素磺酸1.5份,聚乙烯醇12份,羧甲基纤维素钠1份,苯甲酸钠1.5 份,纳米级陶瓷粉末1.5 份,钛白粉0.6份,磷酸三钠0.8份,坡缕石粘土2.5份,树脂52份。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:
本发明通过控制合金钢内各合金成分配比;同时通过在冶炼、浇注过程中对P、S等有害成分比例的控制;叉车合金消声器制造方法的抗拉强度和低温冲击等性能远好于高锰钢,叉车合金消声器制造方法的使用寿命能大大提高,不会对后部的冷加工产生不利影响,改善了排气系统的各项性能。

屈服强度σs(Mpa):≥927
伸长率δ5(%):≥13.6
断面收缩率ψ(%):≥41.2
冲击功Akv(J):≥48。

Claims (2)

1.叉车合金消声器制造方法,其特征在于,包括有以下操作步骤:
(1)采用分层浇注工艺,钢水出炉温度为1470℃~1500℃,上层浇注温度为1430℃~1450℃,并按照1.3-1.5Kg/秒的平均流量进行均速浇注,下层旋转浇注温度为1500℃~1530℃,旋转线速度控制在12~15m/s,在铸造模具的型腔内壁上覆盖薄层硅粉,薄层硅粉的厚度为100-130um,硅粉的粒度控制为265-300目,温度控制在140-160℃,成型后利用精密车床车削出转子外形尺寸;
