Abstract

本发明公开了一种砂型铸造用耐火涂料,涉及涂料技术领域,包括底涂料和面涂料,所述底涂料以环氧树脂和氟碳树脂为主要原料,面涂料以酚醛树脂和丙烯酸树脂为主要原料,并辅以填料和多种功能助剂。本发明采用底涂料和面涂料结合方式制得砂型铸造用耐火涂料,底涂料直接喷涂于型砂上,所形成的底涂层附着力强,具有优异的抗粘砂性和抗金属液渗透性,并且能与面涂料有效配合,使所形成的面涂层具有优异的耐热性、化学稳定性和抗金属液冲刷性,从而提高铸件质量。

技术领域:
本发明涉及涂料技术领域,具体涉及一种砂型铸造用耐火涂料。
背景技术:
砂型铸造是一种生产铸件的铸造方法,钢、铁和大多数有色合金铸件都可用砂型铸造方法获得。由于砂型铸造所用的造型材料价廉易得,铸型制造简便,对铸件的单件生产、成批生产和大量生产均能适应,长期以来,一直是铸造生产中的基本工艺。在砂型铸造中,为了提高铸件的表面质量,通常在砂型表面涂以耐火涂料,以改善其表面耐热性、化学稳定性、抗金属液冲刷性和抗粘砂性等性能。目前使用的泵砂型铸造用耐火涂料虽然基本能满足这些性能,但制成的泵体表面质量粗糙,需要经过多次打磨处理后才能进行装配,增加了劳动量,不适合工业化大规模生产。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种能够防止粘砂和提高铸件表面质量的砂型铸造用耐火涂料。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种砂型铸造用耐火涂料,包括底涂料和面涂料,所述底涂料由如下重量份数的原料制成:
环氧树脂80-90份、氟碳树脂20-25份、氢化松香15-20份、火山灰10-15份、海泡石粉8-13份、棕榈蜡7-11份、灰钙粉5-9份、二甲基硅油5-9份、羟乙基甲基纤维素3-6份、纳米氧化铝2-4份、偏苯三酸酐2-4份、乙撑基双硬酯酰胺1-2份、水800-1000份;
所述面涂料由如下重量份数的原料制成:
酚醛树脂70-80份、丙烯酸树脂30-35份、聚合松香12-17份、陶瓷微粉10-15份、海泡石粉7-12份、羟基硅油7-12份、硫酸钙晶须5-10份、碳纤维4-8份、聚丙烯酸丁酯3-5份、钛酸四丁酯2-3份、氧化镧1-2份、醋酸丁酯200-300份、环己酮300-400份。
所述海泡石粉使用前经过改性处理,其处理方法为:向100-120份海泡石粉中加入6-10份纳米石墨粉和3-5份纳米胶粉,先加热至70-80℃研磨10min,再加热至100-110摄氏度研磨5min,待自然冷却至40-50℃后加入2-4份聚丙烯酸钠和7-12份硬脂酸,保温研磨15min,最后将所得混合物在300-350℃下煅烧3h。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用底涂料和面涂料结合方式制得砂型铸造用耐火涂料,底涂料直接喷涂于型砂上,所形成的底涂层附着力强,具有优异的抗粘砂性和抗金属液渗透性,并且能与面涂料有效配合,使所形成的的面涂层具有优异的耐热性、化学稳定性和抗金属液冲刷性,从而提高铸件质量。
具体实施方式:
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
底涂料由如下重量份数的原料制成:环氧树脂80份、氟碳树脂25份、氢化松香15份、火山灰10份、海泡石粉8份、棕榈蜡10份、灰钙粉6份、二甲基硅油6份、羟乙基甲基纤维素5份、纳米氧化铝2份、偏苯三酸酐3份、乙撑基双硬酯酰胺1份、水800份;
面涂料由如下重量份数的原料制成:酚醛树脂80份、丙烯酸树脂35份、聚合松香12份、陶瓷微粉12份、海泡石粉10份、羟基硅油7份、硫酸钙晶须8份、碳纤维4份、聚丙烯酸丁酯5份、钛酸四丁酯2份、氧化镧1份、醋酸丁酯300份、环己酮400份。
海泡石粉的改性处理:向100份海泡石粉中加入6份纳米石墨粉和3份纳米胶粉,先加热至70-80℃研磨10min,再加热至100-110摄氏度研磨5min,待自然冷却至40-50℃后加入4份聚丙烯酸钠和8份硬脂酸,保温研磨15min,最后将所得混合物在300-350℃下煅烧3h。
实施例2
底涂料由如下重量份数的原料制成:环氧树脂90份、氟碳树脂20份、氢化松香20份、火山灰12份、海泡石粉10份、棕榈蜡8份、灰钙粉8份、二甲基硅油8份、羟乙基甲基纤维素3份、纳米氧化铝3份、偏苯三酸酐2份、乙撑基双硬酯酰胺2份、水1000份;
面涂料由如下重量份数的原料制成:酚醛树脂70份、丙烯酸树脂30份、聚合松香15份、陶瓷微粉10份、海泡石粉7份、羟基硅油9份、硫酸钙晶须5份、碳纤维6份、聚丙烯酸丁酯3份、钛酸四丁酯2份、氧化镧1份、醋酸丁酯200份、环己酮300份。
海泡石粉的改性处理:向120份海泡石粉中加入8份纳米石墨粉和4份纳米胶粉,先加热至70-80℃研磨10min,再加热至100-110摄氏度研磨5min,待自然冷却至40-50℃后加入3份聚丙烯酸钠和10份硬脂酸,保温研磨15min,最后将所得混合物在300-350℃下煅烧3h。

环氧树脂80-90份、氟碳树脂20-25份、氢化松香15-20份、火山灰10-15份、海泡石粉8-13份、棕榈蜡7-11份、灰钙粉5-9份、二甲基硅油5-9份、羟乙基甲基纤维素3-6份、纳米氧化铝2-4份、偏苯三酸酐2-4份、乙撑基双硬酯酰胺1-2份、水800-1000份;
所述面涂料由如下重量份数的原料制成:
酚醛树脂70-80份、丙烯酸树脂30-35份、聚合松香12-17份、陶瓷微粉10-15份、海泡石粉7-12份、羟基硅油7-12份、硫酸钙晶须5-10份、碳纤维4-8份、聚丙烯酸丁酯3-5份、钛酸四丁酯2-3份、氧化镧1-2份、醋酸丁酯200-300份、环己酮300-400份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的砂型铸造用耐火涂料,其特征在于:所述海泡石粉使用前经过改性处理,其处理方法为:向100-120份海泡石粉中加入6-10份纳米石墨粉和3-5份纳米胶粉,先加热至70-80℃研磨10min,再加热至100-110摄氏度研磨5min,待自然冷却至40-50℃后加入2-4份聚丙烯酸钠和7-12份硬脂酸,保温研磨15min,最后将所得混合物在300-350℃下煅烧3h。
