背景技术
面包是一种以小麦粉为主要原料,以酵母、鸡蛋、油脂、果仁等辅料,加水调制成面团,经过发酵、整形、成型、焙烤、冷却等过程加工而成的焙烤食品。在淀粉与鸡蛋搅拌的过程中,只有控制好淀粉与鸡蛋等辅料的比例,经过充分搅拌才能使焙烤出来的面包更加松软可口。申请号为201420846118.1的中国专利,公开了一种淀粉搅拌机,包括搅拌桶,所述搅拌桶内设有搅拌部件,其特征在于:所述搅拌桶内部设有环状刷架,所述环状刷架上设有与搅拌桶内壁相接触的清理部件,所述搅拌桶的桶壁上套设有若干倒置的U型支架,所述支架一端与刷架连接,另一端连接有驱动部件,所述驱动部件驱动支架沿搅拌桶轴向滑动初始状态时,刷架位于搅拌桶底部。上述专利存在不能精准控制每种配料的混合比例的缺点,影响面包的口感。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种面包生产用淀粉自动搅拌罐。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:
一种面包生产用淀粉自动搅拌罐,包括搅拌罐、加料管,所述搅拌罐上面设置有电机,所述电机旁边设置有所述加料管,所述加料管上述设置有电子计量器,所述搅拌罐侧面是设置有观察窗,所述搅拌罐上面设置有加液管,所述加液管上设置有电磁流量计,所述搅拌罐侧面设置有控制箱,所述控制箱上设置有显示屏,所述显示屏下面设置有操作按钮,所述电机下面设置有主轴,所述主轴上设置有搅拌桨,所述搅拌桨上设置有斜刺,所述主轴下面设置有稠度检测计,所述稠度检测计下面设置有螺旋挤出杆,所述螺旋挤出杆下面设置有电磁卸料阀。
上述结构中,所述控制箱根据配料比例控制加料过程,固体配料通过所述加料管定量加入所述搅拌罐内,液体配料通过所述加液管定量加入所述搅拌罐内,所述搅拌桨和所述斜刺对配料进行搅拌,通过所述稠度检测计检测混合物的粘稠度,当粘稠度达到混合标准时,所述控制箱控制所述电磁卸料阀打开放出混合好的面团。
为了混合淀粉,所述电机通过螺栓安装在所述搅拌罐上面,所述加料管焊接在所述搅拌罐上面,所述电子计量器通过螺钉安装在所述加料管上,所述观察窗镶嵌在所述搅拌罐侧面,所述加液管焊接在所述搅拌罐侧面,所述电磁流量计通过管箍安装在所述加液管上。

上述结构中,控制箱14根据配料比例控制加料过程,固体配料通过加料管2定量加入搅拌罐11内,液体配料通过加液管16定量加入搅拌罐11内,搅拌桨4和斜刺7对配料进行搅拌,通过稠度检测计8检测混合物的粘稠度,当粘稠度达到混合标准时,控制箱14控制电磁卸料阀10打开放出混合好的面团。
为了混合淀粉,电机1通过螺栓安装在搅拌罐11上面,加料管2焊接在搅拌罐11上面,电子计量器3通过螺钉安装在加料管2上,观察窗6镶嵌在搅拌罐11侧面,加液管16焊接在搅拌罐11侧面,电磁流量计15通过管箍安装在加液管16上,控制箱14镶嵌在搅拌罐11侧面,显示屏13镶嵌在控制箱14上,操作按钮12镶嵌在显示屏13下面,主轴5通过法兰安装在电机1下面,主轴5为空心轴,搅拌桨4通过螺栓安装在主轴5上,搅拌桨4共有四层,斜刺7焊接在搅拌桨4上,稠度检测计8通过螺钉安装在主轴5下部,稠度检测计8通过导线与控制箱14相连接,螺旋挤出杆9通过离合器安装在主轴5下面,电磁卸料阀10通过螺栓安装在搅拌罐11底部。
