本发明公开了一种可吸收的防粘连膜,它包括按照重量份数计的如下组分:聚‑β‑羟基丁酸酯35‑45份、罗非鱼鳞胶原4‑16份、金盏花油6‑10份、川芎粉14‑20份、琼脂3‑11份、莫匹罗星5‑11份、椰子油酸单乙醇酰胺6‑14份、可可脂5‑8份、白芷粉10‑20份、二氧化钛2‑8份、天花粉3‑5份、芦荟素3‑7份。本发明的一种可吸收的防粘连膜具有消炎止痛的功效,生物相容性好,可降解,使用方便,生物可降解性良好,对组织无刺激,对人体无毒无害,可以广泛应用与医疗领域。

技术领域
本发明属于生物医用材料领域,具体涉及一种可吸收的防粘连膜。
背景技术
生物材料是用于人体组织和器官的诊断、修复或增进其功能的一类高技术材料,即用于取代、修复活组织的天然或人造材料,其作用药物不可替代。生物材料能执行、增进或替换因疾病、损伤等失去的某种功能,而不能恢复缺陷部位。自90年代后期以来,世界生物材料科学和技术迅速发展,即使在当今全球经济低迷的大环境下,生物材料依然保持着每年13%高速增长,充分体现了其强大的生命力和广阔的发展前景。现代医学正向再生和重建被损坏的人体组织和器官、恢复和增进人体生理功能、个性化和微创治疗等方向发展。传统的无生命的医用金属、高分子、生物陶瓷等常规材料已不能满足医学发展的要求,生物医学材料科学与工程面临着新的机遇与挑战。未来,生物医用材料的市场占有率大有可能将赶上药物。因此,加强生物医用材料的临床应用研究和推广应用,重点发展我国生物医用材料的研究、开发、生产、营销紧密结合的一体化体系是当务之急。实际上,国家当前在生物材料科学基础研究方面已经取得了重大突破进展,走在了世界先进行列,但产业化水平尚待提高,产业规模小、发展相对滞后,还不能满足全民医疗保健的实际需要。在国家政策、经济的大力支持下,我国生物材料的产业化发展将提速。企业应增强自主创新的能力,进一步解决依靠进口的局面,同时加大出口力度,实现跨越发展,扩大中国生物材料产品在国际上的影响力。
生物材料应用广泛,品种很多,其分类方法也很多。生物材料包括金属材料(如碱金属及其合金等)、无机材料(生物活性陶瓷,羟基磷灰石等)和有机材料三大类。有机材料中主要是高分子集合物材料,高分子材料通常按材料属性分为合成高分子材料(聚氨酯、聚酯、聚乳酸、聚乙醇酸、乳酸乙醇酸共聚物及其他医用合成塑料和橡胶等)、天然高分子材料(如胶原、丝蛋白、纤维素、壳聚糖等);根据材料的用途,这些材料又可以分为生物惰性(bioinert)、生物活性(bioactive)或生物降解(biodegradable)材料,高分子聚合物中,根据降解产物能否被机体代谢和吸收,降解型高分子又可分为生物可吸收性和生物不可吸收性。根据材料与血液接触后对血液成分、性能的影响状态则分为血液相容性聚合物和血液不相容性。根据材料对机体细胞的亲和性和反映情况,可分为生物相容性和生物不相容性聚合物等。防粘连膜就属于高分子材料中的一种,防粘连膜是一种常见的医药耗材,用以防止术后与组织修复无关的不良粘连,以免造成组织变形、阻塞、扭曲、引发严重的后果,例如引起疼痛甚至生物组织的功能性障碍,在严重的情况下甚至还需要另外的手术剥离不良粘连。因此,对于粘连膜的性能提出了很高的要求,一方面,需要粘连膜具有良好的弹性,不损伤组织;另一方面,需要粘连膜容易分离,而且具有良好的机械性能。术后粘连是腹腔、盆腔、心脏等部位手术治疗中最常见、最棘手的问题,它不仅会引起严重的并发症,同时也是二次手术后并发症出现概率明显上升的主要原因。通常,在手术伤口缝合之前,外科医生会将一层具有物理隔离作用的防粘连膜放在经过手术的组织或器官之间,从而防止组织与器官粘连的发生。然而现有的防粘连膜存在一些不足,如不可降解使用后难处理等。因此,需要研发出一种可吸收的防粘连膜。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可吸收的防粘连膜。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种可吸收的防粘连膜,包括按照重量份数计的如下组分:聚-β-羟基丁酸酯35-45份、罗非鱼鳞胶原4-16份、金盏花油6-10份、川芎粉14-20份、琼脂3-11份、莫匹罗星5-11份、椰子油酸单乙醇酰胺6-14份、可可脂5-8份、白芷粉10-20份、二氧化钛2-8份、天花粉3-5份、芦荟素3-7份。
其还包含羧甲基纤维素钠5-10份。
其还包含玉米淀粉20-25份。
其还包含乙酸乙酯3-5份。
其制备方法为:按重量份称取各原料,将原料加入容器中,于室温下超声1-6h后,然后加热至80-110℃,搅拌1-3h后,静置24h脱泡,倒在玻璃模具内,使膜液自然流平,水平置于鼓风干燥箱中30-50℃恒温干燥3-12小时,将模具取出,冷却,室温下放置12小时,揭膜,即得可吸收的防粘连膜。
有益效果:本发明的一种可吸收的防粘连膜具有消炎止痛的功效,生物相容性好,可降解,使用方便,生物可降解性良好,对组织无刺激,对人体无毒无害,可以广泛应用与医疗领域。

实施例1
本实施例的可吸收的防粘连膜,包括按照重量份数计的如下组分:聚-β-羟基丁酸酯35份、罗非鱼鳞胶原4份、金盏花油6份、川芎粉14份、琼脂3份、莫匹罗星5份、椰子油酸单乙醇酰胺6份、可可脂5份、白芷粉10份、二氧化钛2份、天花粉3份、芦荟素3份。
实施例2
本实施例的可吸收的防粘连膜,包括按照重量份数计的如下组分:聚-β-羟基丁酸酯45份、罗非鱼鳞胶原16份、金盏花油10份、川芎粉14-20份、琼脂11份、莫匹罗星11份、椰子油酸单乙醇酰胺14份、可可脂8份、白芷粉20份、二氧化钛8份、天花粉5份、芦荟素7份、羧甲基纤维素钠10份。

本实施例的可吸收的防粘连膜,包括按照重量份数计的如下组分:聚-β-羟基丁酸酯35份、罗非鱼鳞胶原4份、金盏花油6份、川芎粉14份、琼脂3份、莫匹罗星5份、椰子油酸单乙醇酰胺6份、可可脂5份、白芷粉10份、二氧化钛2份、天花粉3份、芦荟素3份、羧甲基纤维素钠5份、玉米淀粉20份。

本实施例的可吸收的防粘连膜,包括按照重量份数计的如下组分:聚-β-羟基丁酸酯45份、罗非鱼鳞胶原16份、金盏花油10份、川芎粉14-20份、琼脂11份、莫匹罗星11份、椰子油酸单乙醇酰胺14份、可可脂8份、白芷粉20份、二氧化钛8份、天花粉5份、芦荟素7份、羧甲基纤维素钠10份、玉米淀粉25份、乙酸乙酯5份。

1.一种可吸收的防粘连膜,其特征在于包括按照重量份数计的如下组分:聚-β-羟基丁酸酯35-45份、罗非鱼鳞胶原4-16份、金盏花油6-10份、川芎粉14-20份、琼脂3-11份、莫匹罗星5-11份、椰子油酸单乙醇酰胺6-14份、可可脂5-8份、白芷粉10-20份、二氧化钛2-8份、天花粉3-5份、芦荟素3-7份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可吸收的防粘连膜,其特征在于:其还包含羧甲基纤维素钠5-10份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的可吸收的防粘连膜,其特征在于:其还包含玉米淀粉20-25份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的可吸收的防粘连膜,其特征在于:其还包含乙酸乙酯3-5份。
