背景技术
泌尿系统结石是临床医学上常见疾病，并且近几年随着人们生活压力的不断增加，发病率呈逐年上升趋势，严重威胁人们的健康。临床上对泌尿结石多以镇痛、解痉、利尿类西药为主，虽能明显改善患者的症状，但是长期疗效欠佳，并且不容忽视的是西药的副作用大。临床上常用中药主要有排石颗粒、肾石通颗粒、石淋通颗粒等，它们具有结石排除不确定性，起效慢，疗程长等缺点，随着结石梗阻时间的延长，极易造成尿路直接损伤、感染和梗阻，甚至发生恶变，患者预后较差。

本发明克服了上述存在的缺陷，目的是以清热利湿为主要原则，为泌尿系统排石，提供一种具有疗效显著，无副作用和不良反应的治疗泌尿系统结石的中药制剂。

制备方法：

制备本发明治疗泌尿系统结石的中药制剂，按照“君臣佐使”的原则，相互之间以纠正其偏性，消除或降低毒性，增加疗效，发挥各药物之间相辅相成或相反相成的综合作用，使之在整体治疗上极其显著。取原料药物：金钱草50g、车前子15g、萹蓄15g、瞿麦15g、滑石粉15g、白茅根50g、黄柏15g、鸡内金15g、乌药10g、甘草10g，将上述原料药物混合在一起，加水浸泡1小时，然后煎煮二次，每次1小时，煎液滤过，滤液合并，调整总量至500ml，搅匀，制成中药合剂。
中医运用系统学原理，临床上辨证施治，对病下药、标本兼治，中药为天然有机物，其疗效是多种成分协同作用的结果，有多靶点多效应和双向调节的对因治本效果，且较少有毒害副作用。
泌尿系统结石属中医淋证范畴，淋症亦名淋沥、五淋。淋证的主要病因是湿热蕴结下焦。《金匮要略》“淋之为病，小便如栗状，小腹强急，痛引脐中。”，“热在下焦者，则溺尿血，亦冷，淋秘不通。”；《丹溪心法》“淋有五，皆属乎热。”。中医临床中，以石淋、气淋、血淋、膏淋、劳淋等区分；在淋证中，又需辩证虚实。实证多属气滞血瘀或湿热下注型；虚症又分肾阴不足或肾阳不足型。治病必求于本，泌尿系统结石之主要病变部位在肾和膀胱，一般认为其主要病机为“湿热蕴结下焦，肾与膀胱气化不利”，故清热利湿为主要原则。
在本发明治疗泌尿系统结石的中药制剂中：以广金钱草为君，清热祛湿，佐白茅根、车前子、鸡内金等通淋排石；又尿路结石多伴疼痛，或见尿血等，属气滞血瘀之证，故佐鸡内金、乌药等，鸡内金能消坚排石，乌药行气止痛，活血化瘀，通利血脉，有利于结石排出。现代药理学研究表明，鸡内金还能增加肌张力，推动结石下行；滑石粉具有利水渗湿，清暑解热之功效；方中甘草既可清热，又可缓中、扶正，起扶正祛邪之功，能够调节诸药。全方以清热利湿为主，佐活血化瘀，共达利尿排石，祛邪扶正之目的。

病例1，黄XX，男，42岁，腰背部剧痛，有时沿小腹向大腿内侧放射痛，反复发作，伴血尿。经B超检查：肾结石，最大1cm×0.6cm，边缘不整，恶心欲吐，坐立不安，苔黄腻，脉弦滑。治疗：口服上述治疗泌尿系统结石的中药制剂，每次150ml，一日二次，连服10天后，排出泥沙样结石，复查B超，左肾结石减少，再投10剂，继续排出大量泥沙样结石。复查B超未见结石，自觉症状完全消失，病愈。
病例2，某男，53岁，主诉：左下腹疼痛3天，阵发性加重，伴茶色尿，左腰酸胀疼痛加重2天，B超示左肾有多发结石，左输尿管中段结石声影，左输尿管扩张及左肾轻度积水，治疗：口服上述治疗泌尿系统结石的中药制剂，每次150ml，一日二次，水煎服，并适当做跳跃运动，7天后复诊。患者腹痛消失，腰酸大减，遂再服上方7剂，3天后患者来诉于当天清晨，小便时突感尿道作痛，随即解一绿豆大结石，嘱其继续服完所开中药，此后半年内，每逢腰痛时即服上方，陆续从小便排出米粒至绿豆大结石5粒，经B超复查，此前结石声影及肾积水消失。
病例3，男，46岁，主诉：左腰部隐痛1周，阵发性加剧10小时，自服去痛片，未能缓解，X线片：左输尿管上段见0.7 cm×0.5cm，结石影，诊断：石淋（输尿管上段结石）。治疗：口服上述治疗泌尿系统结石的中药制剂，每次150ml，一日二次，次日泻下4次，腰腹疼痛大减，继服9剂，排出结石，米粒大小，嘱继服5剂，腰腹疼痛全部消失，复查X线片，无结石影像。
病例4，男性，50岁，突然小腹胀痛，面色苍白，恶心，排尿中段：膀胱压痛（+）。X线平片示：膀胱结石。治疗：口服上述治疗泌尿系统结石的中药制剂，每次150ml，一日二次，4天后，排出多个小米粒大小结石，继服上药至15日，腹胀痛消失，复查腹平片，无结石影像。
病例5，患者主诉：腰腹部阵发性绞痛15小时，伴有恶心、呕吐，症见：面容痛苦，腰腹绞痛难忍，辗转反侧。B超提示右侧输尿管中段见一1.0 cm×0.7cm强光团，右肾少量积液。确诊：右侧输尿管结石，舌淡红，舌苔黄腻，脉弦滑。治疗：口服上述治疗泌尿系统结石的中药制剂，每次150ml，一日二次，服药7天后，排出茄籽样结石多枚，诸症缓解，二诊再给上方10剂后，B超复查结石排净，肾、输尿管、膀胱正常。
病例6，男，52岁，反复出现腹部疼痛半年，近1周出现小便热涩、刺痛，伴腰痛，小腹胀，口干苦，舌淡红，苔黄，脉弦。B超：左肾结石并肾内轻度积水。治疗：口服上述治疗泌尿系统结石的中药制剂，每次150ml，一日二次，服3剂后，小便热涩，刺痛减轻，腰痛，少腹胀痛缓解，继服1个月，诸症消失，复查B超结石排出，无肾积水。
Claims (1)
1.一种治疗泌尿系统结石的中药制剂，其特征在于：由下列重量的原料制成：金钱草50g、车前子15g、萹蓄15g、瞿麦15g、滑石粉15g、白茅根50g、黄柏15g、鸡内金15g、乌药10g、甘草10g；
制备方法：
（1）将上述原料药：金钱草50g、车前子15g、萹蓄15g、瞿麦15g、滑石粉15g、白茅根50g、黄柏15g、鸡内金15g、乌药10g、甘草10g混合在一起，加水浸泡1小时，然后煎煮二次，每次1小时，煎液滤过，滤液合并；
（2）将煎煮滤过的药液搅匀，调整总量至500ml，制成治疗泌尿系统结石的中药合剂。
