与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明制备的抗病毒口服液,原料来源广泛,原料成本低,制备工艺简单,便于大规模生产;本发明制备的产品在动物体内无药物残留,并具有有效成分含量高、稳定性好、给药方便和适用范围广的特点,可用于预防和治疗家禽的病毒性疾病,可使家禽疾病的发生率明显降低,减轻病症,有效降低死亡率。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本专利的技术方案作进一步详细地说明。
实施例1
一种禽用抗病毒口服液,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:蒲公英40-65份、金不换8-25份、甜菜碱2-6份、甲氧苄啶2-5份、板蓝根5-19份、薄荷12-35份、黄芪5-10份、白头翁8-15份、紫锥菊6-13份、金银花10-20份、大籽蒿5-11份、连翘10-26份和藿香8-20份。
所述禽用抗病毒口服液的制备工艺,具体步骤如下:
步骤一,将蒲公英、金不换、板蓝根、薄荷、黄芪、白头翁、紫锥菊、金银花、大籽蒿、连翘和藿香混合后加入2-6倍的水进行煎煮1-3次,将煎煮得到的提取液进行合并,蒸发浓缩,制得密度为1.20-1.25的提取液浓液,然后将提取液浓液冷却至30-40℃,向提取液浓液中加入质量分数为85-95%的乙醇,充分搅拌,之后静置12-24小时,过滤,得到一次滤液和滤渣,收集所得一次滤液;
步骤二,将步骤一中的滤渣中加入质量分数为60-70%的乙醇,搅匀,静置10-21小时,过滤,得到二次滤液;
步骤三,将一次滤液和二次滤液合并,蒸发回收其中的乙醇,然后调节pH值至6.9-7.2,再搅拌均匀,置于4-8℃的环境中冷藏25-40小时,过滤,收集滤液;

取600只80天的患病鸡,病鸡的临床症状表现为:鸡群精神萎靡,缩头闭眼,张口呼吸,采食量下降,部分鸡出现频繁甩头症状,拉绿色稀便。将600只病鸡随机平均分为六组,每组100只,分为1-6组,将实施例1的产品给1组的每只鸡每天服用1ml,持续一周;将实施例2的产品给2组的每只鸡每天服用1ml,持续一周;将实施例3的产品给3组的每只鸡每天服用1ml,持续一周;将实施例4的产品给4组的每只鸡每天服用1ml,持续一周;将双黄连口服液给5组的每只鸡每天服用2ml,持续一周;6组的鸡不予以药物治疗,治疗开始后每天记录鸡身体变化情况,一周后统计治疗效果。有效:指一周后,患病鸡精神好转,采食量恢复正常,患病鸡无死亡现象,无效:指一周后,患病鸡症状无明显改变,仍保持治疗前的症状;死亡:指一周后,患病鸡症状无明显改变,直至死亡。试验结果见表1所述。

表的数据表明实施例1-4的产品较对照用药双黄连口服液的用量少,且效果显著好于对照用药,死亡率为0,治疗效果明显。
将20日龄患病番鸭2000只;发病情况及症状:因育雏期饲养管理不当,并在14日龄进行了传染性法氏囊疫苗的接种,两天后20%的番鸭出现扎毛呆立,缩头闭眼,甩头,拉水样白色稀便。试验药物:本发明实施例1-4提供的禽用复方抗病毒口服液。治疗方法:将番鸭随机平均分为四组,每只番鸭每天0.5ml本发明实施例1-4提供的禽用复方抗病毒口服液,集中饮水治疗,连用4天。治疗开始后,每日观察并记录番鸭的健康恢复程度。治疗结果:用药3天后番鸭的采食量增加,甩鼻明显减少,番鸭群基本好转,用药第四天后,症状完全消失,病情得到有效控制。

Claims (4)
1.一种禽用抗病毒口服液,其特征在于,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:蒲公英40-65份、金不换8-25份、甜菜碱2-6份、甲氧苄啶2-5份、板蓝根5-19份、薄荷12-35份、黄芪5-10份、白头翁8-15份、紫锥菊6-13份、金银花10-20份、大籽蒿5-11份、连翘10-26份和藿香8-20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的禽用抗病毒口服液,其特征在于,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:蒲公英46-65份、金不换13-25份、甜菜碱3-6份、甲氧苄啶3-5份、板蓝根9-19份、薄荷19-35份、黄芪6-10份、白头翁11-15份、紫锥菊8-13份、金银花14-20份、大籽蒿7-11份、连翘15-26份和藿香12-20份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的禽用抗病毒口服液,其特征在于,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:蒲公英57份、金不换19份、甜菜碱5份、甲氧苄啶4份、板蓝根15份、薄荷28份、黄芪8份、白头翁13份、紫锥菊11份、金银花17份、大籽蒿9份、连翘22份和藿香17份。
4.一种如权利要求1-3任一所述的禽用抗病毒口服液的制备方法,其特征在于,具体步骤如下:
步骤一,将蒲公英、金不换、板蓝根、薄荷、黄芪、白头翁、紫锥菊、金银花、大籽蒿、连翘和藿香混合后加入2-6倍的水进行煎煮1-3次,将煎煮得到的提取液进行合并,蒸发浓缩,制得密度为 1.20-1.25
