本发明公开了一种弹性双向密封三偏心蝶阀,包括阀杆、阀板和阀体;阀杆通过上下设置的上轴承、下轴承支承在阀体上;阀体内设有阀座,阀杆上设有与阀座相配合的阀板;阀板上设有阀板锥形密封面,阀座上设有与阀板锥形密封面相配合的阀座锥形密封面;阀座外侧法兰边通过螺钉固定连接在阀体内孔端面上;阀板锥形密封面沿阀板中心轴线方向间隔设有若干环槽;进一步改进在于:阀座外侧法兰边与阀体内孔端面上设有调整垫片;阀座锥形密封面表面设有耐磨金属涂层;上轴承、下轴承均为复合滑动轴承。本发明密封可靠,耐压、耐高温性能好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种阀门,特别是一种三偏心蝶阀。
背景技术
三偏心蝶阀为阀杆轴心同时偏离阀瓣中心及阀体中心,且密封副为斜锥的蝶阀。现有三偏心蝶阀包括阀杆、阀板和阀体,阀杆通过上下设置的上轴承、下轴承支承在阀体上,阀体内设有阀座,阀杆上设有与阀座相配合的阀板,阀板上设有阀板锥形密封面,阀座上设有与阀板锥形密封面相配合的阀座锥形密封面。通过阀板锥形密封面与阀座锥形密封面的紧密配合实现蝶阀的密封。这种三偏心蝶阀的缺陷在于阀板锥形密封面与阀座锥形密封面接触面积大,密封可靠性差。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能显著提高密封可靠性的弹性双向密封三偏心蝶阀。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
弹性双向密封三偏心蝶阀,包括阀杆、阀板和阀体;所述阀杆通过上下设置的上轴承、下轴承支承在阀体上;所述阀体内设有阀座,阀杆上设有与阀座相配合的阀板;所述阀板上设有阀板锥形密封面,阀座上设有与阀板锥形密封面相配合的阀座锥形密封面;所述阀座外侧法兰边通过螺钉固定连接在阀体内孔端面上;其改进之处在于:所述阀板锥形密封面沿阀板中心轴线方向间隔设有若干环槽。
上述结构中,所述阀座外侧法兰边与阀体内孔端面上设有调整垫片。
上述结构中,所述阀座锥形密封面表面设有耐磨金属涂层。
上述结构中,所述上轴承、下轴承均为复合滑动轴承,由外衬套、内衬套套合而成,外衬套由碳素钢、合金钢或铸铁制成,内衬套由耐摩擦、耐高温、低摩擦系数的合金材料制成,内衬套外壁设有环形凸起嵌入外衬套内孔环槽中紧密配合。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、阀板锥形密封面沿阀板中心轴线方向间隔设有若干环槽,显著减小阀板与阀座密封接触面,形成多重密封,显著提高密封可靠性。
2、阀座外侧法兰边与阀体内孔端面上设有调整垫片,可根据密封需要调整垫片厚度,进一步提高密封可靠性。
3、阀座锥形密封面表面设有耐磨金属涂层,显著提高密封面的耐磨、耐高温性能,延长本发明使用寿命。
4、上轴承、下轴承均为复合滑动轴承,内衬套由耐摩擦、耐高温、低摩擦系数的合金材料制成,这种结构的轴承耐磨,耐高温性能好,能减少轴承处的卡滞,工作时,本发明启闭扭矩较小。

具体实施方式
下面根据附图并结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
附图所示的弹性双向密封三偏心蝶阀,包括阀杆1、阀板2和阀体3;阀杆1通过上下设置的上轴承4、下轴承5支承在阀体3上;阀体3内设有阀座7,阀杆1上设有与阀座7相配合的阀板2;阀板2上设有阀板锥形密封面,本实施例中,阀座7外侧法兰边与阀体3内孔端面上设有调整垫片9,阀座7上设有与阀板锥形密封面相配合的阀座锥形密封面,本实施例中,阀座锥形密封面表面设有耐磨金属涂层;阀座7外侧法兰边通过螺钉8固定连接在阀体3内孔端面上;阀板锥形密封面沿阀板2中心轴线方向间隔设有4个环槽(其他实施例中,也可多于或少于4个环槽)。
上轴承4、下轴承5均为复合滑动轴承,由外衬套、内衬套套合而成,外衬套由碳素钢、合金钢或铸铁制成,内衬套由耐摩擦、耐高温、低摩擦系数的合金材料制成,内衬套外壁设有环形凸起嵌入外衬套内孔环槽中紧密配合。

1.一种弹性双向密封三偏心蝶阀,包括阀杆(1)、阀板(2)和阀体(3);所述阀杆(1)通过上下设置的上轴承(4)、下轴承(5)支承在阀体(3)上;所述阀体(3)内设有阀座(7),阀杆(1)上设有与阀座(7)相配合的阀板(2);所述阀板(2)上设有阀板锥形密封面,阀座(7)上设有与阀板锥形密封面相配合的阀座锥形密封面;所述阀座(7)外侧法兰边通过螺钉(8)固定连接在阀体(3)内孔端面上;其特征在于:所述阀板锥形密封面沿阀板(2)中心轴线方向间隔设有若干环槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的弹性双向密封三偏心蝶阀,其特征在于:所述阀座(7)外侧法兰边与阀体(3)内孔端面上设有调整垫片(9)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的弹性双向密封三偏心蝶阀,其特征在于:所述阀座锥形密封面表面设有耐磨金属涂层。
4.根据权利要求3所述的弹性双向密封三偏心蝶阀,其特征在于:所述上轴承(4)、下轴承(5)均为复合滑动轴承,由外衬套、内衬套套合而成,外衬套由碳素钢、合金钢或铸铁制成,内衬套由耐摩擦、耐高温、低摩擦系数的合金材料制成,内衬套外壁设有环形凸起嵌入外衬套内孔环槽中紧密配合。
