技术领域
本发明涉及滤纸技术领域,尤其涉及一种废物利用的节能耐用液压过滤器滤纸。
背景技术
现如今我国社会在飞速发展,企业在施工过程中大多会选择机械操作方式。随着科技技术的不断完善,在机械操作方面,企业都已应用了机电一体化的施工方式。在机械的使用过程中,无论操作者对设备的安装及操作如何仔细,都避免不了对液压油造成不同程度的污染,液压油的维护将花费大量的时间及费用,因此液压油成为机械使用过程中最为重要的部件。机械在使用过程中,主要是由液压油贯通其他部件进行操作,由于水分、气体夹杂灰尘混入液压油中,将导致液压油中产生氧化,造成泡沫、积垢和油泥的形成,直接影响机械的使用效果,同时对机械也造成了相当大的损害,液压油过滤系统能降低这一现象的发生率,尽可能避免在使用过程中出现液压油受到污染的现象,由此可见液压油的过滤系统直接影响着机械的使用寿命。
《疏水亲油有机无机复合乳液的制备及其在油水分离滤纸的应用研究》一文中制备一种具有优良疏水亲油性能的水性树脂,通过有机无机复合的方法制备高效的油水分离树脂并应用于滤纸浸渍,在给予滤纸以高效的油水分离性能同时,大大提高了滤纸强度性能与使用寿命。过滤滤纸经复合乳液浸渍后,滤纸表面呈现双微观粗糙结构,赋予滤纸超疏水/超亲油性能,油水分离率可以高达 99.6wt%。但是本文中用到的滤纸为普通滤纸,不具有良好的耐高温老化性、抗腐蚀性,而且长时间在压力下滤纸会遭到破坏而导致过滤失效,这样会直接提升生产成,应该研制一种可以方便更换的滤芯滤纸,不仅能够抵抗一定的压力,具备良好的强度,可在高温油液中使用,而且能够很好的过滤液压油中存在的水分以及系统中的机械杂质颗粒等,同时节约成本。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种废物利用的节能耐用液压过滤器滤纸。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种废物利用的节能耐用液压过滤器滤纸,由下列重量份的原料制备制成:3-5毫米无碱超细玻璃纤维50-55、漂白针叶木浆55-60、蒸馏水适量、阴离子聚丙烯酰胺0.8-1、浓度为98wt%的浓硫酸适量、纳米二氧化钛10-12、固含量为30%的四氧化三铁胶体溶液20-25、无水乙醇适量、固含量40wt%的氟硅乳液60-65、废旧滤清器滤纸7-8、硅石粉6-7、氯化钠1-1.2、碳酸氢钠0.9-1.1、酚醛树脂0.6-0.65、抗氧剂DSTP0.8-1、木质素磺酸盐0.8-1。
所述一种废物利用的节能耐用液压过滤器滤纸,由以下具体步骤制成:
(1)将3-5毫米无碱超细玻璃纤维中加入8-10适量的蒸馏水制成悬浮液,加入适量的浓度为98wt%的浓硫酸,调节pH为3.5,搅拌均匀形成悬浮液待用;将漂白针叶木浆放入水力碎浆机碎解,再经打浆机搅拌,控制打浆度在40-45°SR,然后与上述玻纤悬浮液混合,加入阴离子聚丙烯酰胺,继续搅拌,形成均匀的纸浆悬浮液;
(2)将纳米二氧化钛中加入10-12倍量的蒸馏水中,搅拌至完全分散,水浴加热至60-65℃,缓慢加入固含量为30%的四氧化三铁胶体溶液,滴加完成后,以350-400转/分的速度搅拌120-150分钟,然后离心分离,分别用蒸馏水、无水乙醇洗涤2次,最后放入真空干燥箱中以70-80℃干燥,冷却后取出,研磨制得磁性粉体;
(3)将酚醛树脂用无水乙醇稀释成浓度为20-25wt%的溶液,然后将此溶液涂覆在废旧滤清器滤纸表面,在150-160℃的温度下干燥1.5-2小时,然后送入碳化炉中,先以800-850℃的温度碳化60-80分钟,再升温至1000-1100℃,继续碳化90-120分钟,然后将得到的多孔炭与硅石粉、氯化钠、碳酸氢钠混合,放入电阻炉中,在1550-1600℃下保温2-2.5小时,然后加热到1650-1700℃,继续保温1-1.5小时,冷却后取出,过300目筛;
(4)将步骤(1)得到的纸浆悬浮液与步骤(2)得到的磁性粉体混合,加入除固含量40wt%的氟硅乳液之外的其余剩余成分,加热至50-60℃,搅拌均匀后加入适量的蒸馏水调浆至固含量为2-3%,再将调好的浆料经成形网成形,在0.06-0.08Mpa的真空条件下对成形后的湿纸进行抽吸脱水;
(5)将固含量40wt%的氟硅乳液与步骤(3)得到的产物混合,加入总量2-3倍量的蒸馏水进行稀释得到浸渍液,将步骤(4)得到的湿纸以3-3.5m/s的速度通过浸渍槽,使浸渍液均匀涂布在湿纸上,然后放入电热鼓风干燥箱内以150-160℃的温度烘干即得。
本发明的优点是:本发明将玻璃纤维通过酸性改性后与针叶木浆混合,在保持玻璃纤维分散均匀良好的同时增强玻璃纤维的强度,降低玻璃纤维的脆性,兼顾了产品的强度指标和过滤性能,同时具有良好的耐高温、抗腐蚀性;本发明还在制备中添加了纳米二氧化钛包覆改性的四氧化三铁,不仅具备良好的磁性,使得滤纸可以更好的吸附过滤掉液压系统中的金属磨屑等机械杂质,而且提高了磁性粉体的白度,更加适合添加在滤纸的制备中;最后用氟硅乳液对滤纸原纸进行浸渍,浸渍后乳胶粒子均匀分散在纤维纸页孔隙中和纤维表面,经干燥成膜后,可均匀包覆在纤维表面和交织点上,并未堵塞纤维孔隙,使滤纸仍然保持了丰富的空隙,具有优异的油水分离效果,同时提高了滤纸的挺度、耐破度、抗张强度等性能。
本发明通过利用废旧滤清器滤纸,表面喷涂酚醛树脂后碳化,然后与硅石粉进行反应生成具有多孔结构的碳化硅,制成的多孔碳化硅添加到滤纸的制备中,不仅能够提高滤纸的强度,同时可以提高滤纸的透气性、吸附效率,废物利用又节约了成本;本发明制成的滤纸用在液压过滤器中能够延长液压油的使用寿命,提高液压油的净度。
具体实施方式
一种废物利用的节能耐用液压过滤器滤纸,由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制备制成:3-5毫米无碱超细玻璃纤维50、漂白针叶木浆55、蒸馏水适量、阴离子聚丙烯酰胺0.8、浓度为98wt%的浓硫酸适量、纳米二氧化钛10、固含量为30%的四氧化三铁胶体溶液20、无水乙醇适量、固含量40wt%的氟硅乳液60、废旧滤清器滤纸7、硅石粉6、氯化钠1、碳酸氢钠0.9、酚醛树脂0.6、抗氧剂DSTP0.8、木质素磺酸盐0.8。
所述一种废物利用的节能耐用液压过滤器滤纸,由以下具体步骤制成:
(1)将3-5毫米无碱超细玻璃纤维中加入8适量的蒸馏水制成悬浮液,加入适量的浓度为98wt%的浓硫酸,调节pH为3.5,搅拌均匀形成悬浮液待用;将漂白针叶木浆放入水力碎浆机碎解,再经打浆机搅拌,控制打浆度在40°SR,然后与上述玻纤悬浮液混合,加入阴离子聚丙烯酰胺,继续搅拌,形成均匀的纸浆悬浮液;
(2)将纳米二氧化钛中加入10倍量的蒸馏水中,搅拌至完全分散,水浴加热至60℃,缓慢加入固含量为30%的四氧化三铁胶体溶液,滴加完成后,以350转/分的速度搅拌120分钟,然后离心分离,分别用蒸馏水、无水乙醇洗涤2次,最后放入真空干燥箱中以70℃干燥,冷却后取出,研磨制得磁性粉体;
(3)将酚醛树脂用无水乙醇稀释成浓度为20wt%的溶液,然后将此溶液涂覆在废旧滤清器滤纸表面,在150℃的温度下干燥1.5小时,然后送入碳化炉中,先以800℃的温度碳化60分钟,再升温至1000℃,继续碳化90分钟,然后将得到的多孔炭与硅石粉、氯化钠、碳酸氢钠混合,放入电阻炉中,在1550℃下保温2小时,然后加热到1650℃,继续保温1小时,冷却后取出,过300目筛;
(4)将步骤(1)得到的纸浆悬浮液与步骤(2)得到的磁性粉体混合,加入除固含量40wt%的氟硅乳液之外的其余剩余成分,加热至50℃,搅拌均匀后加入适量的蒸馏水调浆至固含量为2%,再将调好的浆料经成形网成形,在0.06Mpa的真空条件下对成形后的湿纸进行抽吸脱水;
(5)将固含量40wt%的氟硅乳液与步骤(3)得到的产物混合,加入总量2倍量的蒸馏水进行稀释得到浸渍液,将步骤(4)得到的湿纸以3m/s的速度通过浸渍槽,使浸渍液均匀涂布在湿纸上,然后放入电热鼓风干燥箱内以150℃的温度烘干即得。
经检测,本发明制得的滤纸的透气度为42.9s•100mL-1
,抗张指数为24.1 N•m•g-1,耐破指数为2.30kPa•m2•g-1。

1.一种废物利用的节能耐用液压过滤器滤纸,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制备制成:3-5毫米无碱超细玻璃纤维50-55、漂白针叶木浆55-60、蒸馏水适量、阴离子聚丙烯酰胺0.8-1、浓度为98wt%的浓硫酸适量、纳米二氧化钛10-12、固含量为30%的四氧化三铁胶体溶液20-25、无水乙醇适量、固含量40wt%的氟硅乳液60-65、废旧滤清器滤纸7-8、硅石粉6-7、氯化钠1-1.2、碳酸氢钠0.9-1.1、酚醛树脂0.6-0.65、抗氧剂DSTP0.8-1、木质素磺酸盐0.8-1。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种废物利用的节能耐用液压过滤器滤纸,其特征在于,由以下具体步骤制成:
(1)将3-5毫米无碱超细玻璃纤维中加入8-10适量的蒸馏水制成悬浮液,加入适量的浓度为98wt%的浓硫酸,调节pH为3.5,搅拌均匀形成悬浮液待用;将漂白针叶木浆放入水力碎浆机碎解,再经打浆机搅拌,控制打浆度在40-45°SR,然后与上述玻纤悬浮液混合,加入阴离子聚丙烯酰胺,继续搅拌,形成均匀的纸浆悬浮液;
(2)将纳米二氧化钛中加入10-12倍量的蒸馏水中,搅拌至完全分散,水浴加热至60-65℃,缓慢加入固含量为30%的四氧化三铁胶体溶液,滴加完成后,以350-400转/分的速度搅拌120-150分钟,然后离心分离,分别用蒸馏水、无水乙醇洗涤2次,最后放入真空干燥箱中以70-80℃干燥,冷却后取出,研磨制得磁性粉体;

(4)将步骤(1)得到的纸浆悬浮液与步骤(2)得到的磁性粉体混合,加入除固含量40wt%的氟硅乳液之外的其余剩余成分,加热至50-60℃,搅拌均匀后加入适量的蒸馏水调浆至固含量为2-3%,再将调好的浆料经成形网成形,在0.06-0.08Mpa的真空条件下对成形后的湿纸进行抽吸脱水;
(5)将固含量40wt%的氟硅乳液与步骤(3)得到的产物混合,加入总量2-3倍量的蒸馏水进行稀释得到浸渍液,将步骤(4)得到的湿纸以3-3.5m/s的速度通过浸渍槽,使浸渍液均匀涂布在湿纸上,然后放入电热鼓风干燥箱内以150-160℃的温度烘干即得。
