Abstract

本发明涉及建筑和工程材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种新型钢丝绳。本发明采用的技术方案是:一种新型钢丝绳,包括内层绳股,所述内层绳股外部有多个外层绳股,所述外层绳股紧密包覆着所述的内层绳股,所述内层绳股与所述外层绳股整体绕成螺旋状,所述的内层绳股由内层绳芯和内层绳芯保护层组成,所述内层绳芯绕成螺旋状,所述外层绳股由外层绳芯和外层绳芯保护层组成,所述外层绳芯绕成螺旋状。本发明的优点是:通过将内层绳股内的内层绳芯绕成螺旋状并增加保护层,外层绳股内的绳芯绕成螺旋状并增加保护层,再将整体一起绕成螺旋状,从而使钢丝绳的耐磨性增加,也起到了防锈的作用,极大的增强了钢丝绳的使用寿命和安全性。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑和工程材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种新型钢丝绳。
背景技术
钢丝是碳素钢或合金钢通过冷拉或冷轧而成的圆形(或异形)丝材,具有很高的强度和韧性,并根据使用环境条件不同对钢丝进行表面处理。钢丝绳起到承受载荷的作用,其性能主要由钢丝决定。钢丝绳的使用寿命直接影响生产、生活的效率和安全。常规工艺捻制的钢丝绳在立井提升等条件下表现出不耐磨的性能,使用过程中会因此多有提前断丝的现象,断丝数量超限则需报废。常规结构钢丝绳还存在结构不稳定的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种新型钢丝绳,既有较强的耐磨性还可以起到防锈等保护,从而极大的增强了钢丝绳的使用寿命和安全性。本发明的技术方案如下:
一种新型钢丝绳,包括内层绳股,所述内层绳股外部有多个外层绳股,所述外层绳股紧密包覆着所述的内层绳股,所述内层绳股与所述外层绳股整体绕成螺旋状,所述的内层绳股由内层绳芯和内层绳芯保护层组成,所述内层绳芯绕成螺旋状,所述外层绳股由外层绳芯和外层绳芯保护层组成,所述外层绳芯绕成螺旋状。
进一步的,内层绳芯保护层的厚度为0.2mm,外层绳芯保护层的厚度为0.5mm。
进一步的,内层绳芯的数量大于所述的外层绳芯的数量。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明通过将内层绳股内的内层绳芯绕成螺旋状并增加保护层,外层绳股内的绳芯绕成螺旋状并增加保护层,再将整体一起绕成螺旋状,从而使钢丝绳的耐磨性增加,也起到了防锈的作用,极大的增强了钢丝绳的使用寿命和安全性。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示,一种新型钢丝绳,包括内层绳股1,所述内层绳股1外部有多个外层绳股2,所述外层绳股2紧密包覆着所述的内层绳股1,其特征在于:所述内层绳股1与所述外层绳股2整体绕成螺旋状,所述的内层绳股1由内层绳芯和内层绳芯保护层3组成,所述内层绳芯绕成螺旋状,所述外层绳股2由外层绳芯和外层绳芯保护层4组成,所述外层绳芯绕成螺旋状。通过将内层绳芯绕成螺旋装,可以有效的增加内层绳芯的承受力,从而可以使整体的强度增加。在内层绳芯外增加保护层可以有效的防止在使用过程中空气等外界环境对其产生化学变化,使其强度下降。在外层绳芯绕成螺旋状和增加保护层可以进一步的增加钢丝绳的强度和使用寿命,经过实验证明,按本技术方案中的方式做出来的钢丝绳的强度可以达到一般钢丝绳强度的1.5倍以上,由此可见本发明的钢丝绳的安全性能更加可靠。
作为优选,内层绳芯保护层的厚度为0.2mm,外层绳芯保护层的厚度为0.5mm。经过大量的测试发现,内层绳芯保护层厚度为0.2mm时既可以起到很好的保护做用,而且成本也比较合理。外层绳芯保护层的厚度为0.5mm时,从成本和性能方面来看都是最优的方案。
作为优选,内层绳芯的数量大于所述的外层绳芯的数量。在实验过程中发现,内层绳芯的数量只有在在于外层绳芯的数量时,钢丝绳的整体强度可以提高的空间更大,表现出的安全性能更好。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明所述原理的前提下,还可以作出若干改进或替换,这些改进或替换也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种新型钢丝绳,包括内层绳股(1),所述内层绳股(1)外部有多个外层绳股(2),所述外层绳股(2)紧密包覆着所述的内层绳股(1),其特征在于:所述内层绳股(1)与所述外层绳股(2)整体绕成螺旋状,所述的内层绳股(1)由内层绳芯和内层绳芯保护层(3)组成,所述内层绳芯绕成螺旋状,所述外层绳股(2)由外层绳芯和外层绳芯保护层(4)组成,所述外层绳芯绕成螺旋状。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型钢丝绳,其特征在于:所述的内层绳芯保护层(3)的厚度为0.2mm,所述的外层绳芯保护层(4)的厚度为0.5mm。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种新型钢丝绳,其特征在于:所述的内层绳芯的数量大于所述的外层绳芯的数量。
