背景技术
现有技术的细水雾喷头多为一个基体上设置多个喷头,实现较大的喷淋范围,但由于其喷头较多,导致其需要很大的压强才能喷射,喷射范围较小,并且能耗较高,有待进一步改进。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供了一种节能,高效,喷射距离远,结构简单,应用范围广的远距离节能细水雾喷头。
为实现本发明目的,提供了以下技术方案:一种远距离节能细水雾喷头,包括基体,其特征在于基体为中空的圆柱体,基体内腔中部设置有堵头,基体一端设置为圆锥形并加工有内螺纹,所述堵头外圆周设置有环状凸棱,所述凸棱卡设于基体内腔对应开设的凹槽内,所述凸棱中心另开设有一圈凹槽,凹槽内设置有耐磨滚珠,所述堵头一端面开设有若干个倾斜的变径通孔,所述变径通孔前1/3长为直接3~4mm的细孔,变径通孔后2/3长为直径为细孔3~5倍大小的粗孔,孔内设置有螺旋状导向柱,粗孔末端设置有中空的堵块,基体外壁开设有一圈通孔,所述通孔位于变径通孔细孔前侧。
作为优选,所述基体外螺纹端与高压水枪端部旋接。
作为优选,所述基体材质为黄铜。
本发明有益效果:本发明通过仅设置一个喷头,将喷头内结构改变,使其可以靠水压自动旋转喷射,并利用其变径倾斜孔内的螺旋状导向柱将水流打散旋流使其雾化并大大加强喷射强度,结构简单,射程远,适于工艺化应用。

一种远距离节能细水雾喷头,包括基体1,基体1为中空的圆柱体,基体1内腔中部设置有堵头2,基体1末端设置为圆锥形并加工有内螺纹,所述堵头2外圆周设置有3道环状凸棱2.1,所述凸棱2.1卡设于基体1内腔对应开设的凹槽1.1内,所述凸棱2.1中心另开设有一圈凹槽2.1.1,凹槽2.1.1内设置有耐磨滚珠2.1.2,所述堵头2前端面开设有6个倾斜的变径通孔2.2,所述变径通孔2.2前1/3长为直接3~4mm的细孔2.2.1,变径通孔2.2后2/3长为直径为细孔2.2.1 3~5倍大小的粗孔2.2.2,孔内设置有螺旋状导向柱2.2.3,粗孔2.2.2末端设置有中空的堵块2.2.4,基体1外壁开设有一圈通孔1.2,所述通孔1.2位于变径通孔2.2细孔2.2.1前侧。所述基体1外螺纹端与高压水枪端部旋接。所述基体1材质为黄铜。
