Abstract

本发明公开了一种汽车刹车系统用干燥剂及其制备方法,其由以下重量份的原料制成:天然沸石10-15、凹凸棒石5-10、蛭石8-12、白土15-20、磷灰石4-8、氯化钙3-6、硫酸镁2-5、活性氧化铝1-3、硼砂1-3、改性剂70-80。本发明制得的干燥剂综合性能优异,具有吸湿率高,吸湿速度快,吸附能力强,无接触性腐蚀,无毒无味、无环境污染等优点,且制造成本低,使用周期长,能再生使用,经济环保,可以广泛应用于汽车刹车系统。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种分子筛及其制备方法,具体涉及一种汽车刹车系统用干燥剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
矿物干燥剂是利采用纯天然原料矿物及少量添加剂精炼而成,绿色环保,无毒无味。矿物干燥剂具有吸附活性、静态减湿和去除异味等功能,广泛应用于气体干燥、封存食品、液体干燥、汽车刹车、药品、服饰、军工、电子等领域。
近年来,随着汽车工业的快速发展,对汽车刹车系统用矿物干燥剂的性能要求愈来愈高,目前市场上用于汽车刹车系统的矿物干燥剂已无法使用要求。因此,开发一种综合性能优异的汽车刹车系统用干燥剂具有重要的意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种综合性能优异的汽车刹车系统用干燥剂及其制备方法。
为实现上述你目的,本发明采用如下的技术方案:
一种汽车刹车系统用干燥剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:天然沸石10-15、凹凸棒石5-10、蛭石8-12、白土15-20、磷灰石4-8、氯化钙3-6、硫酸镁2-5、活性氧化铝1-3、硼砂1-3、改性剂70-80;
所述改性剂的制备方法如下:a、取以下重量份的原料:魔芋葡甘聚糖4-8、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮3-6、羟乙基甲基纤维素2.5-4.5、羟丙基黄原胶5-7、海藻酸三乙醇胺盐3-5、丙烯酸40-60、过硫酸钾0.2-0.3、N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺0.03-0.05;b、将魔芋葡甘聚糖、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、羟乙基甲基纤维素、羟丙基黄原胶、海藻酸三乙醇胺盐混合均匀后再加入丙烯酸中,在氮气保护下搅拌溶胀1-2h,随后加入过硫酸钾和N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺,搅拌均匀即可。
一种汽车刹车系统用干燥剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将天然沸石、凹凸棒石、蛭石、白土、磷灰石混合均匀,粉碎,过200-300目筛,然后按照固液比1:4-5的比例将过筛后的粉末加入到摩尔浓度为1mol/L的硫酸溶液中,水浴加热50-60℃,搅拌20-30min,静置0.5-1h,过滤,洗涤至中性,烘干;
(2)将步骤(1)烘干后的粉末加水搅拌制成浓度为45-55%的浆液,再加入氯化钙和硫酸镁,搅拌均匀后静置15-25min,喷雾干燥成粉末;
(3)将步骤(2)喷雾干燥得到的粉末先置于微波煅烧炉进行煅烧:先控制微波功率在400-600W,煅烧20-30min,再控制微波功率在800-1000W,煅烧15-25min;再转入马弗炉中煅烧:以8-12℃/min的速率升温至480-540℃,保温1-2h;
(4)将步骤(3)煅烧后的粉末与活性氧化铝、硼砂混合均匀,造粒,然后加入改性剂,水浴加热至60-70℃,搅拌反应2-3h,烘干,粉碎,过筛即得成品。
本发明使用的改性剂可以在矿物干燥剂颗粒表面形成一层魔芋葡甘聚糖-聚乙烯吡咯烷酮-羟乙基甲基纤维素-羟丙基黄原胶-海藻酸三乙醇胺盐-丙烯酸多元接枝共聚物,大大提高矿物干燥剂的吸湿性能。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明制得的干燥剂综合性能优异,具有吸湿率高,吸湿速度快,吸附能力强,无接触性腐蚀,无毒无味、无环境污染等优点,且制造成本低,使用周期长,能再生使用,经济环保,可以广泛应用于汽车刹车系统。
具体实施方式
一种汽车刹车系统用干燥剂,由以下重量(kg)的原料制成:天然沸石12、凹凸棒石8、蛭石10、白土18、磷灰石6、氯化钙4、硫酸镁3、活性氧化铝2、硼砂1.5、改性剂75;
所述改性剂的制备方法如下:a、取以下重量(kg)的原料:魔芋葡甘聚糖6、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮4.5、羟乙基甲基纤维素3.5、羟丙基黄原胶6、海藻酸三乙醇胺盐4、丙烯酸50、过硫酸钾0.25、N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺0.04;b、将魔芋葡甘聚糖、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、羟乙基甲基纤维素、羟丙基黄原胶、海藻酸三乙醇胺盐混合均匀后再加入丙烯酸中,在氮气保护下搅拌溶胀1.5h,随后加入过硫酸钾和N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺,搅拌均匀即可。
一种汽车刹车系统用干燥剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将天然沸石、凹凸棒石、蛭石、白土、磷灰石混合均匀,粉碎,过250目筛,然后按照固液比1:4的比例将过筛后的粉末加入到摩尔浓度为1mol/L的硫酸溶液中,水浴加热55℃,搅拌25min,静置0.5h,过滤,洗涤至中性,烘干;
(2)将步骤(1)烘干后的粉末加水搅拌制成浓度为50%的浆液,再加入氯化钙和硫酸镁,搅拌均匀后静置20min,喷雾干燥成粉末;
(3)将步骤(2)喷雾干燥得到的粉末先置于微波煅烧炉进行煅烧:先控制微波功率在500W,煅烧25min,再控制微波功率在900W,煅烧20min;再转入马弗炉中煅烧:以10℃/min的速率升温至520℃,保温1.5h;
(4)将步骤(3)煅烧后的粉末与活性氧化铝、硼砂混合均匀,造粒,然后加入改性剂,水浴加热至60-70℃,搅拌反应2-3h,烘干,粉碎,过筛即得成品。
上述实施例制得的干燥剂的性能检验结果见表1。

1.一种汽车刹车系统用干燥剂,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:天然沸石 10-15、凹凸棒石5-10、蛭石8-12、白土 15-20、磷灰石 4-8、氯化钙 3-6、硫酸镁 2-5、活性氧化铝1-3、硼砂 1-3、改性剂 70-80;
所述改性剂的制备方法如下:a、取以下重量份的原料:魔芋葡甘聚糖4-8、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮3-6、羟乙基甲基纤维素2.5-4.5、羟丙基黄原胶5-7、海藻酸三乙醇胺盐 3-5、丙烯酸40-60、过硫酸钾 0.2-0.3、N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺 0.03-0.05;b、将魔芋葡甘聚糖、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、羟乙基甲基纤维素、羟丙基黄原胶、海藻酸三乙醇胺盐混合均匀后再加入丙烯酸中,在氮气保护下搅拌溶胀1-2h,随后加入过硫酸钾和N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺,搅拌均匀即可。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的汽车刹车系统用干燥剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将天然沸石、凹凸棒石、蛭石、白土、磷灰石混合均匀,粉碎,过200-300目筛,然后按照固液比1:4-5的比例将过筛后的粉末加入到摩尔浓度为1mol/L的硫酸溶液中,水浴加热50-60℃,搅拌20-30min,静置0.5-1h,过滤,洗涤至中性,烘干;
(2)将步骤(1)烘干后的粉末加水搅拌制成浓度为45-55%的浆液,再加入氯化钙和硫酸镁,搅拌均匀后静置15-25min,喷雾干燥成粉末;
(3)将步骤(2)喷雾干燥得到的粉末先置于微波煅烧炉进行煅烧:先控制微波功率在400-600W,煅烧20-30min,再控制微波功率在800-1000W,煅烧15-25min;再转入马弗炉中煅烧:以8-12℃/min的速率升温至480-540℃,保温1-2h;
(4)将步骤(3)煅烧后的粉末与活性氧化铝、硼砂混合均匀,造粒,然后加入改性剂,水浴加热至60-70℃,搅拌反应2-3h,烘干,粉碎,过筛即得成品。
