一种LED昼间灯模组安装组合结构,所述的配光镜(1)中间为透光面;LED昼间灯模组(3)由支架(31)、LED颗粒(32)、散热块(33)、电源板(34)组成,LED颗粒(32)固定在散热块(33)上,散热块(33)固定在支架(31)上,电源板(34)固定安装在支架(31)上,支架(31)上设有多个定位安装孔(311);反光体(2)上设有多个反光碗,反光碗由抛物面组成,在每个抛物面的顶点处设有与LED颗粒(32)配合的孔,反光体(2)两侧设有与配光镜(1)上安装脚(6)对应的定位脚(7)。本发明,大大降低产品的重量,大大提高了光的利用率,通过配光镜上的卡扣孔进行安装方便快捷。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车灯具行业,特别是涉及一种LED昼间灯模组安装组合结构。
背景技术
目前汽车大灯是汽车上的常用零部件,主要起到照明、指示的作用,现有汽车大灯为突出外观造型以及解决灯具空间小的缺点,都会使用LED作为转向灯、位置灯、昼间灯的光源,LED作为光源突破了以往单纯照明、亮化环境的传统理念,极大的丰富了现代灯具对照明环境的表现力与美化效果。由于国家标准对转向灯、昼间灯功能的光强值要求较高,所以使用的LED功率相对较大,这样LED就需要有良好的散热结构来帮助散热。现在市场上广泛使用的散热方式是制作压铸铝的散热结构,并将LED线路板安装在铝铸件上形成LED模组,铝铸件结构设计较厚重。由于其重量过重在振动过程中易导致灯具装饰框安装结构部分断裂,导致顾客投诉;另外铝铸件不能绝缘。
发明内容
针对上述缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种LED昼间灯模组安装组合结构,反光体通过螺钉将定位脚固定在配光镜上的安装脚上,LED昼间灯模组通过螺钉固定在反光体上,LED昼间灯模组上的LED颗粒位于反光碗的抛物面顶点上,更好的让LED颗粒的光反射,并通过配光镜上的透光面,大大提高了光的利用率,通过配光镜上的卡扣孔进行安装,方便快捷。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种LED昼间灯模组安装组合结构,由配光镜、反光体、LED昼间灯模组组成,所述的反光体通过螺钉固定在配光镜上,LED昼间灯模组通过螺钉固定在反光体上;配光镜上设有卡扣孔,通过卡扣孔固定安装在灯具装饰罩上;其特征在于:所述的配光镜中间为透光面,透光面两侧设有安装脚;LED昼间灯模组由支架、LED颗粒、散热块、电源板组成,LED颗粒固定在散热块上,散热块固定在支架上,电源板固定安装在支架上,支架上设有多个定位安装孔;反光体上设有多个反光碗,反光碗由抛物面组成,在每个抛物面的顶点处设有与LED颗粒配合的孔,反光体两侧设有与配光镜上安装脚对应的定位脚,背面设有安装柱。
本发明,结构简单,大大降低产品的重量,提高了产品的可靠性,LED昼间灯模组上的LED颗粒位于反光碗的抛物面顶点上,更好的让LED颗粒的光反射,并通过配光镜上的透光面,大大提高了光的利用率,通过配光镜上的卡扣孔进行安装,方便快捷。

由图1知,一种LED昼间灯模组安装组合结构,由配光镜1、反光体2、LED昼间灯模组3组成,所述的反光体2通过螺钉4固定在配光镜1上,LED昼间灯模组3通过螺钉4固定在反光体2上;配光镜1上设有卡扣孔5,通过卡扣孔5固定安装在灯具装饰罩上;其特征在于:所述的配光镜1中间为透光面,透光面两侧设有安装脚6;LED昼间灯模组3由支架31、LED颗粒32、散热块33、电源板34组成,LED颗粒32固定在散热块33上,散热块33固定在支架31上,电源板34固定安装在支架31上,支架31上设有多个定位安装孔311;反光体2上设有多个反光碗,反光碗由抛物面组成,在每个抛物面的顶点处设有与LED颗粒32配合的孔,反光体2两侧设有与配光镜1上安装脚6对应的定位脚7,背面设有安装柱8。反光体2通过螺钉4将定位脚7固定在配光镜1上的安装脚6上,LED昼间灯模组3通过螺钉4固定在反光体2上的安装柱6上,LED昼间灯模组3上的LED颗粒32位于反光碗的抛物面顶点上,更好的让LED颗粒32的光反射,并通过配光镜1上的透光面,大大提高了光的利用率,通过配光镜1上的卡扣孔5进行安装,方便快捷。本发明,结构简单,大大降低产品的重量,提高了产品的可靠性,LED昼间灯模组3上的LED颗粒32位于反光碗的抛物面顶点上,更好的让LED颗粒32的光反射,并通过配光镜1上的透光面,大大提高了光的利用率,通过配光镜1上的卡扣孔5进行安装,方便快捷。
