本发明提供了一种耐磨轴套。在轴套基材的外壁中间位置开有注油槽,在注油槽上开有进油孔;内壁上钻有多个油穴,在内壁上涂有耐磨涂层。提高了轴套的耐磨性能,使挖掘机大小臂及铲斗之间的运动更平稳,减少了噪音,延长了轴套的使用寿命。

本发明涉及一种滑动轴承零件,具体地说是一种耐磨轴套,该轴套安装在挖掘机大小臂及铲斗连接处,可以更换。
背景技术
轴套安装在挖掘机大小臂及铲斗连接处,可以避免因销轴(斗轴)与车体直接接触而产生磨损;可以有效地减少摩擦、降低振动、减少噪音;可以提高大小臂及铲斗的安装孔与销轴(斗轴)的耐腐蚀性;且在发生故障时,便于拆卸,维修方便。现有的轴套耐磨性能较差,导致使用寿命短,而且,金属材质的轴套壁体磨损后修复困难,导致报废率高。使得挖掘机的维修成本居高不下。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是提供一种耐磨轴套,以解决现有轴套耐磨性能不好的技术问题。本发明技术方案如下:
一种耐磨轴套,在基材的外壁中间位置开有注油槽,在注油槽上开有进油孔;在基材的内壁上布有油穴,在所述轴套内壁以过盈配合的方式套压有铜套,在所述铜套上也开有对应的进油孔;所述铜套内壁上钻有多个油穴,所述油穴深度小于所述铜套的厚度,在所述基材的内壁上涂有耐磨涂料层,其特征在于:所述耐磨涂层为WC高致密陶瓷层,所述WC高致密陶瓷层的WC尺寸为20-40μm,体积分数达到90%以上,致密WC晶粒间组织为珠光体,并呈粒状结构分布。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明的技术方案进行描述,显然,所描述的仅仅是本发明一部分实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1所示,耐磨轴套是一种圆柱体结构,在基材1的外壁中间位置开有注油槽2,在注油槽2上开有进油孔3;内壁上布有多个油穴4,在基材1的内壁上涂有耐磨涂层5,所述耐磨涂层为WC高致密陶瓷层,所述WC高致密陶瓷层的WC尺寸为20-40μm,体积分数达到90%以上,致密WC晶粒间组织为珠光体,并呈粒状结构分布。
本发明中,油穴4沿轴向按列排布,各相邻两列间油穴交错排布。具体地说,油穴4对称地排布在注油槽2的两侧。在一侧,相邻两列分别布有三个和四个油穴,从而实现交错排布。交错排布的方式使得使用过程中轴套内壁润滑油的分布更加均匀,润滑效果更好,从而减少了摩擦、振动和噪音,有效延长销轴和轴套的使用寿命。
一种较好的实施方式是,油穴4为圆柱形结构,油穴4的底面是平的,采用此结构,在油穴深度相同的前提下,可以增加储油量;在储油量相同的情况下,可以缩短油穴的深度,从而提高轴套的工作强度。
本发明在所述基材的内壁上涂有耐磨涂料层,所述耐磨涂层为WC高致密陶瓷层,所述WC高致密陶瓷层的WC尺寸为20-40μm,体积分数达到90%以上,致密WC晶粒间组织为珠光体,并呈粒状结构分布,WC韧性好、抗冲击载荷及抗磨损性好,与基体结合具有较好的抗腐蚀能力,而且它与钢铁润湿性好,WC高致密陶瓷层的化学稳定性和耐磨性好,具有低摩擦系数、高硬度、低表面能以及低传热性,从而可提高轴套的使用寿命。
