本发明的目的就在于提供一种强度高,可靠性高,使用平稳,润滑方便,散热效果好的耐磨性齿轮轴套。本发明技术方案如下:
一种齿轮轴套,包括圆筒形的轴套本体,所述轴套本体包括钢外套和铜内套,钢外套套结在铜内套上,钢外套外表面设置有传动齿,铜内套内壁设置有纵向油槽和横向油槽,轴套本体上设置有注油孔,注油孔设置于纵向油槽和横向油槽连接处,轴套本体端部还设置有开口槽,在铜内套的内表面设置WC高致密陶瓷层耐磨涂层,该WC高致密陶瓷层的WC尺寸为20-40μm,体积分数达到90%以上,致密WC晶粒间组织为珠光体,并呈细长状结构分布。
