一种高防火性木包铝门框基材,涉及木包铝门窗生产安装领域,由框体、外涂层和内填料构成,所述框体为木包铝材质经过塑形、挤压、裁剪制作而成,在框体的表面喷涂有外涂层,在框体内部充填有防火填料。本发明结构简单、设计新颖、使用外涂层能够增加防火能力,内部的防火填料也使用大量防火以及不可引燃物质制作而成,防火填料与框体之间紧密的结合使得框体更加稳定和牢固,因此保证了整个框体的防火能力。

技术领域:
本发明涉及木包铝门窗生产安装领域,具体涉及一种高防火性木包铝门框基材。
背景技术:
木包铝门窗是在保留纯实木门窗特性和功能的前提下,是将隔热(断桥)铝合金型材和实木通过机械方法复合而成的框体。两种材料通过高分子尼龙件连接,充分照顾了木材和金属收缩系数不同的属性。木包铝的主要受力结构为隔热断桥铝合金铝木门窗再经过严格筛选,以及防腐、脱脂、阻燃等处理,并采用高强度的黏合胶水,使木材的强度、耐腐蚀性、耐候性等方面都得到了保障,可以经久耐用。
本专利提供一种高防火性木包铝门框基材,利用该基材加工制作的门窗在防火性能方面有着卓越的表现,能够满足各种对防火性能要求极高的场所,极大的提高了门窗的质量和综合表现力。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种具有较高防火能力的木包铝门窗基材,利用该基材可以加工生产成各类形状和规格的木包铝门窗。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种高防火性木包铝门框基材,由框体、外涂层和防火填料构成,所述框体为木包铝材质经过塑形、挤压、裁剪制作而成,在框体的表面喷涂有外涂层,在框体内部充填有防火填料;
所述外涂层由以下组分制备而成:改性醇酸树脂、水溶树脂、硅酸盐、磷酸盐、滑石粉、涤纶树脂、混合干燥剂、氯化石蜡、磷酸三丁酯、铝粉浆、防霉剂、有机溶剂、去离子水、明胶、防火剂;
所述防火填料由以下组分制备而成:石灰粉、氧化铝、石棉粉、珍珠岩粉、玻璃纤维丝、纸浆、界面处理剂;
上述外涂层的制备方法包括以下步骤:
a、将外涂层原料除明胶外依次添加到分散釜中进行分散,分散后搅拌待用:
b、将明胶加入到上述原料中,升温到40-50摄氏度后匀速搅拌30-35分钟后停止搅拌,待冷却后即可喷涂;
上述防火填料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
a、将石灰粉、氧化铝、石棉粉、珍珠岩粉、纸浆粉碎后搅拌,搅拌均匀制成浆液后待用;
b、将玻璃纤维丝混合到浆液中并进行匀速搅拌,搅拌的过程中加入界面处理剂,搅拌完成后即可对框体内进行填充;
在进行高防火性木包铝门框基材的加工的时候先根据需要裁剪出合适的框体,然后将制备好的外涂层涂料喷涂到框体外表面上,带外涂层干燥后将防火填料填充到框体内部,带防火填料干燥后,高防火性木包铝门框基材即可直接进行使用;
本发明的有益效果是:结构简单、设计新颖、使用外涂层能够增加防火能力,而防火填料充填在框体内部,由于框体为木包铝材质,因此在被大伙焚烧时会降低内部的防火填料被引燃的几率,而且内部的防火填料也使用大量防火以及不可引燃物质制作而成,并且填料与框体直接紧密的结合是的框体更加稳定和牢固,因此保证了整个框体的防火能力。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体图示和示例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例:
如图1所示,一种高防火性木包铝门框基材,由框体、外涂层和防火填料构成,所述框体为木包铝材质经过塑形、挤压、裁剪制作而成,在框体的表面喷涂有外涂层,在框体内部充填有防火填料;
首先根据需要裁切好框体,然后利用改性醇酸树脂、水溶树脂、硅酸盐、磷酸盐、滑石粉、涤纶树脂、混合干燥剂、氯化石蜡、磷酸三丁酯、铝粉浆、防霉剂、有机溶剂、去离子水、明胶、防火剂制备外涂层涂料;
制备时先将改性醇酸树脂、水溶树脂、硅酸盐、磷酸盐、滑石粉、涤纶树脂、混合干燥剂、氯化石蜡、磷酸三丁酯、铝粉浆、防霉剂、有机溶剂、去离子水、防火剂依次添加到分散釜中进行分散,分散后搅拌待用,然后将明胶加入到上述原料中,升温到40-50摄氏度后匀速搅拌30-35分钟后停止搅拌,待冷却后对框体表面进行喷涂;
待外涂层干燥后使用石灰粉、氧化铝、石棉粉、珍珠岩粉、玻璃纤维丝、纸浆、界面处理剂制备防火填料,先将石灰粉、氧化铝、石棉粉、珍珠岩粉、纸浆粉碎后搅拌,搅拌均匀制成浆液后待用,然后将玻璃纤维丝混合到浆液中并进行匀速搅拌,搅拌的过程中加入界面处理剂,搅拌完成后即可对框体内进行填充;
