Abstract
本发明公开了一种新型金属装饰保温板防变形加强结构,包括金属底板,金属底板上设置着凸起,所述的凸起呈大小间隔布置,所述的凸起为在所述的底板上均布间隔冲压构成的馒头状、棱台状或圆台状凸起。本发明结构合理,将其应用于建筑外装饰板的金属面板与非金属保温层之间,能够有效地降低金属面板的应力集中现象,防止装饰板出现空鼓、脱落现象,确保装饰板能够长期正常使用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及外墙保温装饰复合板技术领域,具体涉及一种新型金属装饰保温板防变形加强结构。
背景技术
建筑节能关系到人类的生存和发展,节能降耗已成为我国的一项基本国策。尽管我国的建筑外墙保温技术在节能与推广方面取得了一定成效,然而在大量的工程案例中,外墙保温不管是施工、管理方面,还是保温系统安全性、持久性、有效性方面都存在着很多问题。这除与工程的分包原因有关外,还与保温体系本身的特点,如保温层工序繁多,层间处理要求高,防火困难等有关。单靠对现有保温体系进行某些修改很难达到保温系统设定的功效。
而保温装饰复合板系统的出现能从根本上解决外墙保温的这些问题,具有安全可靠、装饰性好、性价比高、施工快捷、使用寿命长等许多突出的优势,对落后的保温系统有着升级换代趋势。
现有技术中,外墙保温复合板的金属装饰面板与保温层直接粘结,使用时,通过保温层粘结在墙体上,从而将外墙保温装饰复合板固定在墙体上。上述结构的外墙保温装饰复合板的金属装饰面板,在金属面板受到外力作用和气温冷热变化时,金属面板和保温层的线膨胀系数差异较大和金属面板上聚集许多应力,而金属面板上的应力无法释放,从而使金属面板和保温层之间出现空鼓,鼓包和保温装饰复合板变形现象。
建筑外立面墙体保温与装饰是两个独立的产品体系,但它们统属建筑外围护系统。目前,由于外保温优于内保温,所以墙体保温通常采用外墙外保温,墙体装饰则以铝板、钢板、石材、面砖和涂料为主,当前建筑外墙保温复合装饰,随着国家对节能的要求越来越高,对保温材料性能的要求也越来越高,特别是防火性能的要求已从2011年3月14日公安部的文件规定开始必须采用防火A级,而市面上大多数保温材料达不到要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种新型金属装饰保温板防变形加强结构,其结构合理,能够有效地消除金属面板与保温层之间因热胀冷缩而导致的空鼓、应力集中现象,经济实用。
本发明的目的是这样实现的,一种新型金属装饰保温板防变形加强结构,包括金属底板,金属底板上设置着凸起,所述的凸起呈大小间隔布置,所述的凸起为在所述的底板上均布间隔冲压构成的馒头状、棱台状或圆台状凸起。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述的凸起顶面中心具有凹坑。
所述的凹坑呈半球形或圆台形或棱台形。
所述的凹坑底面封闭或敞开。
所述的凸起高度为1-6厘米,凸起底面外径为1-6厘米,所述的凹坑深度为5-8毫米,凹坑顶面直径为4-10毫米。
本发明使用时,将金属底板和保温层复合为基板设置于金属折边与金属装饰面板中。在金属面板受到外力作用时,由于金属面板与保温层之间设置着本发明加强结构,金属底板上的凸起与金属面板底面相接触,加强了面板的强度和平整度。在气温冷热变化时,金属装饰面板和本发明金属底板以及凸起的线膨胀系数一致,而且金属底板上的凸起与金属装饰面板之间为三维空间体系,冷热空气可以直接排出复合层。金属装饰面板上聚集的应力通过凸起加以释放,应力不会通过金属底板传递到保温层上,避免出现空鼓,鼓包和保温装饰复合板变形的现象。本发明因其结构合理,将其应用于建筑外装饰板的金属面板与非金属保温层之间,能够有效地降低金属面板的应力集中现象,防止装饰板出现空鼓、脱落现象,确保装饰板能够长期正常使用。

具体实施方式
一种新型金属装饰保温板防变形加强结构,如图1、图2、图3所示,包括金属底板5,金属底板5上设置着凸起3,所述的凸起3呈大小间隔布置,所述的凸起3为在所述的底板5上均布间隔冲压构成的馒头状、棱台状或圆台状凸起。所述的凸起3顶面中心具有凹坑6。所述的凹坑6呈半球形或圆台形或棱台形。所述的凹坑6底面封闭或敞开。所述的凸起3高度为1-6厘米,凸起3底面外径为1-6厘米,所述的凹坑6深度为5-8毫米,凹坑6顶面直径为4-10毫米。
本发明使用时,将金属底板5安装在金属装饰面板1与保温层4之间,通过金属装饰面板1侧面的金属折边2将三者构成一体。由于金属装饰面板1与保温层4之间有凸起3进行支撑,形成三维空间结构,这样金属装饰面板1上聚集的应力通过凸起3加以释放,应力不会通过金属底板5传递到保温层4上。消除了应力集中现象。而且由于在气温冷热变化时,金属装饰面板1和本发明金属底板5以及凸起3的线膨胀系数一致,有效消除了金属装饰面板1的变形现象。
最后必须要指出的是,本发明中所提及的凸起3以及其列举的各种有限的结构,并不应该成为对本发明的束缚,还可以有其他的名词代替凸起,或者还可以有其他的结构来进一步完善和丰富本发明的凸起结构,只要在底板5上构造出类似本发明凸起3的结构,以便使得底板5与金属装饰面板1之间构成三维空间体系,以此消除金属装饰面板1的热变形以及应力集中现象,防止保温层4空鼓、脱落,凡此种种均应落入本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种新型金属装饰保温板防变形加强结构,包括金属底板,其特征是:金属底板上设置着凸起,所述的凸起呈大小间隔布置,所述的凸起为在所述的底板上均布间隔冲压构成的馒头状、棱台状或圆台状凸起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型金属装饰保温板防变形加强结构,其特征是:所述的凸起顶面中心具有凹坑。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种新型金属装饰保温板防变形加强结构,其特征是:所述的凹坑呈半球形或圆台形或棱台形。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的一种新型金属装饰保温板防变形加强结构,其特征是:所述的凹坑底面封闭或敞开。
5.根据权利要求2或3所述的一种新型金属装饰保温板防变形加强结构,其特征是:所述的凸起高度为1-6厘米,凸起底面外径为1-6厘米,所述的凹坑深度为5-8毫米,凹坑顶面直径为4-10毫米。
