本发明涉及注塑设备领域,尤其涉及了一种高效注塑机。
背景技术
随着工业技术的发展,高端工业生产逐渐走进人们的生活,各种设计的产品的生产和设计都需要经过图纸设计、模具定型和生产制造几个步骤。注塑模具是当前工业生产中应用最广泛的模具之一,是批量生产某些形状复杂部件时用到的一种加工方法。注塑机是将液体料、热塑性塑料或热固性料通过塑料成型模具制成各种形状塑料制品的成型设备。在成型过程中,液体料、热塑性塑料或热固性料通过料斗的加料口进入注塑机的注射系统中,在料斗中进行熔融、混合或其它注射前的加工工序,注塑机对此类材料施加高压,使其射出充满模具型腔用以完成注塑的过程。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的就在于提供了一种高效注塑机,结构简单,混合均匀,工作效率高,使用寿命长。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是这样的:一种高效注塑机,包括料筒、喷嘴、注射油缸、油压马达、料斗、螺杆、电热圈,所述料筒的一端与喷嘴相连接,料筒的另一端与注射油缸、油压马达相连接;所述喷嘴包括具有喷射通道和主流道的喷嘴本体,且主流道内壁呈台阶状;所述主流道设置有过滤网,该过滤网与主流道内壁台阶面处设置有垫片;所述料斗设置于料筒上,所述料斗包括料斗本体、出料口;所述料斗本体与出料口均设置有荆条,且荆条纵向均布于料斗本体与出料口内;所述出料口的出口处设置有搅拌桨,且搅拌桨设置于出料口的内部;所述螺杆设置于料筒内,所述螺杆包括从左至右依次连接的加料段、压缩段、计量段、搅拌段、螺纹段、头部;所述加料段上设有第一凹陷部、压缩段上设有第二凹陷部,且第一凹陷部与第二凹陷部的朝向相反;所述电热圈设置于料筒外,所述电热圈包括壳体、石英管,且壳体内填充有保温棉;所述石英管设置于壳体内,且石英管的内侧设有反射板、石英管的两端由支撑架固定。
作为一种优选方案,所述过滤网的网孔孔径小于喷射通道。
作为一种优选方案,所述过滤网与主流道内壁螺纹连接。
作为一种优选方案,所述搅拌段上固定连接有搅拌器。
作为一种优选方案,所述搅拌器的形状为弯叶涡轮式。
作为一种优选方案,所述螺纹段的螺纹为斜螺纹。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果:本发明结构简单,混合均匀,工作效率高,使用寿命长。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例:
如图1所示,一种高效注塑机,包括料筒1、喷嘴2、注射油缸3、油压马达4、料斗5、螺杆6、电热圈7,所述料筒1的一端与喷嘴2相连接,料筒1的另一端与注射油缸3、油压马达4相连接;如图2所示,所述喷嘴2包括具有喷射通道21和主流道22的喷嘴本体23,且主流道22内壁呈台阶状;所述主流道22设置有过滤网24,该过滤网24与主流道22内壁台阶面处设置有垫片25;如图3所示,所述料斗5设置于料筒1上,所述料斗5包括料斗本体51、出料口52;所述料斗本体51与出料口52均设置有荆条53,且荆条53纵向均布于料斗本体51与出料口52内;所述出料口52的出口处设置有搅拌桨54,且搅拌桨54设置于出料口52的内部;如图4所示,所述螺杆6设置于料筒1内,所述螺杆6包括从左至右依次连接的加料段61、压缩段62、计量段63、搅拌段64、螺纹段65、头部66;所述加料段61上设有第一凹陷部67、压缩段62上设有第二凹陷部68,且第一凹陷部67与第二凹陷部68的朝向相反;如图5所示,所述电热圈7设置于料筒1外,所述电热圈7包括壳体71、石英管72,且壳体71内填充有保温棉73;所述石英管72设置于壳体71内,且石英管72的内侧设有反射板74、石英管72的两端由支撑架75固定。
本发明优选所述过滤网24的网孔26孔径小于喷射通道21,所述过滤网24与主流道22内壁螺纹连接,可将塑料材料中的玻璃、碎石等异物剔除,从而减少喷嘴2的堵塞次数。
本发明优选所述搅拌段64上固定连接有搅拌器69,所述搅拌器69的形状为弯叶涡轮式;所述螺纹段65的螺纹为斜螺纹;实施时使得注塑材料分散更均匀,出料快,提高了产品质量。

1.一种高效注塑机,其特征在于:包括料筒、喷嘴、注射油缸、油压马达、料斗、螺杆、电热圈,所述料筒的一端与喷嘴相连接,料筒的另一端与注射油缸、油压马达相连接;所述喷嘴包括具有喷射通道和主流道的喷嘴本体,且主流道内壁呈台阶状;所述主流道设置有过滤网,该过滤网与主流道内壁台阶面处设置有垫片;所述料斗设置于料筒上,所述料斗包括料斗本体、出料口;所述料斗本体与出料口均设置有荆条,且荆条纵向均布于料斗本体与出料口内;所述出料口的出口处设置有搅拌桨,且搅拌桨设置于出料口的内部;所述螺杆设置于料筒内,所述螺杆包括从左至右依次连接的加料段、压缩段、计量段、搅拌段、螺纹段、头部;所述加料段上设有第一凹陷部、压缩段上设有第二凹陷部,且第一凹陷部与第二凹陷部的朝向相反;所述电热圈设置于料筒外,所述电热圈包括壳体、石英管,且壳体内填充有保温棉;所述石英管设置于壳体内,且石英管的内侧设有反射板、石英管的两端由支撑架固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效注塑机,其特征在于:所述过滤网的网孔孔径小于喷射通道。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种高效注塑机,其特征在于:所述过滤网与主流道内壁螺纹连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效注塑机,其特征在于:所述搅拌段上固定连接有搅拌器。
