本发明公开了一种自动上料浇注机,包括加料室、混料室和浇注室,加料室、混料室和浇注室纵向连接,加料室通过混料室顶部的轨道来回运动,加料室顶部设有加料口、底部设有出料口;所述混料室顶部设有入料口,且混料室与浇注室之间设有滤网,所述浇注室底部设有一组浇注口。本发明设计科学,结构合理,整个装置采用纵向一体设计,减少了带入杂质的几率,大大提高了成品率。

本发明属于合成革制备领域,具体涉及一种用于合成革制造的自动上料浇注机。
背景技术
合成革是模拟天然革的组成和结构并作为其代用材料的塑料制品,合成革在生产过程中需要多种原料混合浇注。传统的合成革需要人工配料,然后进行一定时间的混合后,再用浇注机浇注。这样的方法一方面增加了人力劳动,另一方面在配料、混合、浇注这些步骤中或多或少将带入杂质,对后续的生产会有影响,可能会增加不合格率。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种自动上料浇注机。
技术方案:为了达到上述发明目的,本发明具体是这样来完成的:一种自动上料浇注机,包括加料室、混料室和浇注室,加料室、混料室和浇注室纵向连接,加料室通过混料室顶部的轨道来回运动,加料室顶部设有加料口、底部设有出料口;所述混料室顶部设有入料口,且混料室与浇注室之间设有滤网,所述浇注室底部设有一组浇注口。
其中,所述加料室由气缸牵引,气缸由微电脑控制,所述微电脑同时控制出料口和入料口的闭合。
其中,所述出料口与入料口大小相同。
其中,所述浇注口端部开有微孔。
其中,所述微电脑控制浇注口的闭合。
其中,所述混料室侧壁开有排渣口。
有益效果:本发明与传统技术相比,具有以下优点:
1、通过设置2个或多个加料室来节约加料时间,当一个加料室在下料时,另一个加料室进行填料;
2、混料室与浇注室之间的滤网设置能够过滤原料中的大颗粒杂质,并通过混料室侧壁的排渣口排出装置;
3、采用微电脑控制各个进出口,达到统一管理的目的;
4、整个装置采用纵向一体设计,减少了带入杂质的几率,大大提高了成品率。

如图1所示的一种自动上料浇注机,包括加料室1、2、混料室3和浇注室4,加料室1、2、混料室3和浇注室4纵向连接,加料室1、2通过混料室3顶部的轨道5来回运动,加料室1、2顶部设有加料口11、21、底部设有出料口12、22,所述出料口12、22与入料口6大小相同;所述混料室3顶部设有入料口6,且混料室3与浇注室4之间设有滤网7,所述浇注室4底部设有一组浇注口8,浇注口8端部开有微孔;所述加料室1、2由气缸9牵引,气缸9由微电脑10控制,所述微电脑10同时控制出料口12、22、入料口6和浇注口8的闭合,所述混料室3侧壁开有排渣口13。

1.一种自动上料浇注机,其特征在于,包括加料室一(1)、加料室二(2)、混料室(3)和浇注室(4),加料室一(1)、加料室二(2)、混料室(3)和浇注室(4)纵向连接,加料室一(1)、加料室二(2)通过混料室(3)顶部的轨道(5)来回运动,加料室一(1)、加料室二(2)顶部分别设有加料口一(11)、加料口二(21),加料室一(1)、加料室二(2)底部分别设有出料口一(12)、出料口二(22);所述混料室(3)顶部设有入料口(6),且混料室(3)与浇注室(4)之间设有滤网(7),所述浇注室(4)底部设有一组浇注口(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自动上料浇注机,其特征在于,所述加料室一(1)、加料室二(2)由气缸(9)牵引,气缸(9)由微电脑(10)控制,所述微电脑(10)同时控制出料口一(12)、出料口二(22)和入料口(6)的闭合。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的自动上料浇注机,其特征在于,所述出料口一(12)、出料口二(22)与入料口(6)大小相同。
4.根据权利要求1所述的自动上料浇注机,其特征在于,所述浇注口(8)端部开有微孔。
5.根据权利要求2所述的自动上料浇注机,其特征在于,所述微电脑(10)控制浇注口(8)的闭合。
