一种塑料螺杆快速去毛刺装置,其特征在于,所述的塑料螺杆快速去毛刺装置包含一磨除弹片和一活动拨块,所述的活动拨块可转动地与所述的磨除弹片相连接,所述的磨除弹片包含一片状的弹片主体,所述的弹片主体的头部设有一固定基片,所述的固定基片上设有一对固定圆孔,所述的固定基片的两侧分别设有一环形的固定卡圈,一第一连接销杆贯穿所述的固定卡圈,所述的弹片主体的尾部设有一磨除基片,所述的磨除基片上设有一对磨除凸块,所述的弹片主体的尾部两侧分别设有一连接凸缘,所述的连接凸缘上分别设有一凸缘通孔,所述的活动拨块包含一楔形的拨头和一管状的拨管,一第二连接销杆分别贯穿所述的凸缘通孔和拨管。
作为本发明较佳的实施例,所述的磨除凸块的四个侧壁上分别设有一倾斜设置的磨除斜面。
本发明的塑料螺杆快速去毛刺装置具有以下优点:使用时,当塑料螺杆从注塑机的注塑模具中取出后,使用者先用剪刀将各个螺杆毛坯剪开,然后将螺杆固定到一转动的转盘上。当转盘转动时,使用者操作活动拨块,使得活动拨块上升,同时,磨除弹片上升,使得磨除凸块的磨除斜面直接摩擦螺杆的头部的毛刺,快速可靠,操作安全。该塑料螺杆快速去毛刺装置结构简单,效果明显,成本低廉,实用性强。
