背景技术
在塑料螺杆完成注塑后，需要利用刀片人工去除毛刺，效率低下，而且刀片容易伤到工人的手指。

本发明主要是解决现有技术所存在的技术问题，从而提供一种塑料螺杆快速去毛刺装置。

一种塑料螺杆快速去毛刺装置，其特征在于，所述的塑料螺杆快速去毛刺装置包含一磨除弹片和一活动拨块，所述的活动拨块可转动地与所述的磨除弹片相连接，所述的磨除弹片包含一片状的弹片主体，所述的弹片主体的头部设有一固定基片，所述的固定基片上设有一对固定圆孔，所述的固定基片的两侧分别设有一环形的固定卡圈，一第一连接销杆贯穿所述的固定卡圈，所述的弹片主体的尾部设有一磨除基片，所述的磨除基片上设有一对磨除凸块，所述的弹片主体的尾部两侧分别设有一连接凸缘，所述的连接凸缘上分别设有一凸缘通孔，所述的活动拨块包含一楔形的拨头和一管状的拨管，一第二连接销杆分别贯穿所述的凸缘通孔和拨管。
作为本发明较佳的实施例，所述的磨除凸块的四个侧壁上分别设有一倾斜设置的磨除斜面。
本发明的塑料螺杆快速去毛刺装置具有以下优点：使用时，当塑料螺杆从注塑机的注塑模具中取出后，使用者先用剪刀将各个螺杆毛坯剪开，然后将螺杆固定到一转动的转盘上。当转盘转动时，使用者操作活动拨块，使得活动拨块上升，同时，磨除弹片上升，使得磨除凸块的磨除斜面直接摩擦螺杆的头部的毛刺，快速可靠，操作安全。该塑料螺杆快速去毛刺装置结构简单，效果明显，成本低廉，实用性强。

使用时，如图1和图2所示，当塑料螺杆从注塑机的注塑模具中取出后，使用者先用剪刀将各个螺杆毛坯剪开，然后将螺杆固定到一转动的转盘上。当转盘转动时，使用者操作活动拨块3，使得活动拨块3上升，同时，磨除弹片2上升，使得磨除凸块25的磨除斜面251直接摩擦螺杆的头部的毛刺，快速可靠，操作安全。
该塑料螺杆快速去毛刺装置结构简单，效果明显，成本低廉，实用性强。
