背景技术:
塑料套一般是圆柱形套体,其中部需要进行横向切槽,现有的方式一般是人工将塑料套固定后进行切割,其切割非常麻烦,效率低。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术之不足,而提供一种塑料套横向切割机构用切割装置,它可以安装在塑料套夹持装置处,从而可以自动对塑料套进行横向切割,其切割刀片可以进行上下调节和角度旋转,满足不同的切割要求。
本发明的技术解决措施如下:
一种塑料套横向切割机构用切割装置,包括切割架连接板,所述切割架连接板的底面固定有提升电机,提升电机的输出轴竖直向上伸出切割架连接板并螺接有提升柱,提升柱的顶部固定有切割支撑板,切割支撑板的底面固定有导向杆,导向杆插套在切割架连接板上,切割支撑板上设有切割刀片;
所述切割支撑板的顶面固定有条形块,条形块的顶面具有截面呈半圆形的长形导向槽,切割支撑板的顶面右侧固定有切割驱动支撑板,切割驱动支撑板上固定有横向推动气缸,横向推动气缸的推杆伸出切割驱动支撑板并铰接有主竖直连接板,主竖直连接板的左侧铰接有切割刀片和固定有切割电机,切割电机的输出轴通过联轴器与切割刀片的中心转轴相连接。
所述切割刀片的中心转轴铰接在两个侧支撑板上,侧支撑板固定在主竖直连接板上,下方的侧支撑板的底面固定有导向块,导向块的底面为弧形壁面,导向块的底面固定有耐磨层,导向块的底部插套在长形导向槽中,耐磨层压靠在长形导向槽的壁面上。
所述主竖直连接板上固定有调节块,横向推动气缸的推杆的端部铰接在调节块上,调节块上固定有调节齿轮,切割驱动支撑板上固定有调节电机,调节电机的输出轴穿过切割驱动支撑板并固定有驱动齿轮,驱动齿轮与调节齿轮相啮合。

所述切割支撑板23的顶面固定有条形块231,条形块231的顶面具有截面呈半圆形的长形导向槽232,切割支撑板23的顶面右侧固定有切割驱动支撑板26,切割驱动支撑板26上固定有横向推动气缸261,横向推动气缸261的推杆伸出切割驱动支撑板26并铰接有主竖直连接板27,主竖直连接板27的左侧铰接有切割刀片25和固定有切割电机,切割电机的输出轴通过联轴器与切割刀片25的中心转轴相连接。

工作原理:将切割架连接板20固定在塑料套固定装置处,通过提升电机21运行,使得切割刀片25的水平位置进行调节,使得切割刀片25对着塑料套需要切割的外侧壁处的水平位置,然后,切割电机运行,使得切割刀片25旋转,通过横向推动气缸的推杆推动,使得切割刀片25伸入切割用弧形凹槽163中对塑料套进行切割。
同时,到切割槽不需要水平切割需要有一定的角度时,可以通过调节电机262运行,使得驱动齿轮263带动调节齿轮272旋转一定角度,使得切割刀片25旋转一定角度,实现斜向切割。

所述切割支撑板(23)的顶面固定有条形块(231),条形块(231)的顶面具有截面呈半圆形的长形导向槽(232),切割支撑板(23)的顶面右侧固定有切割驱动支撑板(26),切割驱动支撑板(26)上固定有横向推动气缸(261),横向推动气缸(261)的推杆伸出切割驱动支撑板(26)并铰接有主竖直连接板(27),主竖直连接板(27)的左侧铰接有切割刀片(25)和固定有切割电机,切割电机的输出轴通过联轴器与切割刀片(25)的中心转轴相连接;
所述切割刀片(25)的中心转轴铰接在两个侧支撑板(251)上,侧支撑板(251)固定在主竖直连接板(27)上,下方的侧支撑板(251)的底面固定有导向块(252),导向块(252)的底面为弧形壁面,导向块(252)的底面固定有耐磨层(253),导向块(252)的底部插套在长形导向槽(232)中,耐磨层(253)压靠在长形导向槽(232)的壁面上;
