Abstract
本发明公开了一种防治鸭梨树梨木虱虫害的杀虫剂,由杀虫剂A和杀虫剂B组成,所述的杀虫剂A,由以下重量份的原料制成:山慈菇、鹤虱、竹叶椒、雷丸、槟榔、南瓜子仁、苦皮藤根、火麻仁、皂荚、大血藤、大葱籽、罗勒精油、百里香精油、米醋;所述的杀虫剂B,由以下重量份的原料制成:川椒、雷公藤、鬼箭羽、桃枝、木槿皮、轻粉、阿魏、蒟酱、五灵脂、樟脑、韭菜籽、洋甘菊精油、橙花精油、白醋。发明提供根据梨树梨木虱的不同生长状况,在梨木虱发生的不同时期,使用不同的杀虫剂,更有针对性,杀虫效果显著,且均使用对人体无害的原料,能够有效避免有害物质残留对人体造成的伤害。

技术领域
本发明属于果树种植技术领域,尤其是一种防治鸭梨树梨木虱虫害的杀虫剂。
背景技术
鸭梨品种树势健壮,里面水分多又甜,树皮暗灰褐色,一年生枝黄褐色,多年生枝红褐色,成枝率低;叶片广卵圆形,先端渐尖或突尖,基部圆形或广圆形,果实外形美观,梨梗部突起,状似鸭头;9月下旬至10月上旬收获,初呈黄绿色,风味独特,营养丰富;主要特点是果实中大,一般单果重175克,最大者400克,皮薄核小,汁多无渣,酸甜适中,清香绵长,脆而不腻,素有“天生甘露”之称;内含丰富的维生素C和钙、磷、铁等矿物质,在维生素B家族中堪称佼佼者;含粮量高达12%以上,可贮藏保鲜5-6个月。具有清心润肺、止咳平喘、燥利便、生津止渴、醒酒解毒之功效。
在梨树树生长过程中,梨木虱虫害极其严重,从而导致梨的产量降低、质量下降;长期以来,我国对果树虫害的防治一直采用化学农药,这些农药在水果上有不同程度的残留,人们食用后会在体内蓄积毒素,危害身体健康,最终导致疾病的发生;因此生产一种杀虫效果好、无有害物质残留的杀虫剂,是目前亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明旨在提供一种防治鸭梨树梨木虱虫害的杀虫剂,杀虫效果好、无有害物质残留、不危害人体健康且不污染环境。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种防治鸭梨树梨木虱虫害的杀虫剂,由杀虫剂A和杀虫剂B组成;
所述的杀虫剂A,由以下重量份的原料制成:山慈菇10-12份、鹤虱17-19份、竹叶椒7-9份、雷丸13-15份、槟榔19-21份、南瓜子仁5-7份、苦皮藤根24-26份、火麻仁18-20份、皂荚11-13份、大血藤21-23份、大葱籽4-6份、罗勒精油0.02-0.04份、百里香精油0.03-0.05份、米醋0.13-0.15份;
所述的杀虫剂B,由以下重量份的原料制成:川椒10-12份、雷公藤28-30份、鬼箭羽11-13份、桃枝14-16份、木槿皮9-11份、轻粉6-8份、阿魏5-7份、蒟酱9-11份、五灵脂12-14份、樟脑15-17份、韭菜籽6-8份、洋甘菊精油0.03-0.05份、橙花精油0.02-0.04份、白醋0.22-0.24份。
作为发明进一步的方案:所述的杀虫剂A的制备方法,具体的包括以下步骤:
(1)向山慈菇、鹤虱、苦皮藤根和皂荚中加入山慈菇重量18-20倍量的纯净水,大火煮沸,文火熬煮23-25min,加入山慈菇重量8-10倍量的纯净水,大火煮沸,文火熬煮17-19min,过滤,得植物A渣一和植物A提取液一;将植物A渣一投入转速为6100-6150r/min的粉碎机,粉碎680-690s,过205-210目筛,得植物A粉;向植物A粉中加入其重量5.2-5.4倍量、质量分数为42-44%的乙醇溶液,回流浸提28-30min,转速16500-17000r/min,离心500-510s,得植物A提取液二;合并植物A提取液一和植物A提取液二,文火加热8-10min,得植物A提取液,备用;
(2)将大葱籽投入温度为55-57℃的炒锅文火翻炒200-210s,将温度降低至44-46℃,加入南瓜子仁文火翻炒140-150s,将温度升高至51-53℃,加入竹叶椒文火翻炒70-80s,趁热加入罗勒精油混合均匀,投入转速为12500-12600r/min的研磨机研磨280-290s,过300-305目筛,得植物B粉,备用;
(3)将槟榔投入温度为66-68℃的炒锅文火翻炒300-320s,将温度降低至49-51℃,加入火麻仁文火翻炒240-250s,将温度降低至46-48℃,加入米醋文火翻炒90-100s,投入转速为14100-14200r/min的研磨机研磨330-340s,过300-305目筛,得植物C粉,备用;
(4)将雷丸和大血藤投入转速为7050-7100r/min的粉碎机,粉碎590-600s,过180-185目筛,得植物D粉;向植物D粉中加入其重量7.6-7.8倍量、质量分数为51-53%的乙醇溶液,大火煮沸,文火熬煮21-23min,转速18500-19000r/min,离心610-620s,得植物D渣一和植物D提取液一;向植物D渣一中加入其重量6.6-6.8倍量的纯净水,大火煮沸,文火熬煮26-28min,转速18500-19000r/min,离心540-550s,得植物D提取液二;合并植物D提取液一和植物D提取液二,文火加热6-8min,得植物D提取液,备用;
(5)合并植物A提取液和植物D提取液,加入植物B粉用转速为1400-1500r/min的搅拌器搅拌350-360s,文火加温至51-53℃,加入植物C粉用转速为1700-1800r/min的搅拌器搅拌380-390s,文火加温至69-71℃,加入百里香精油用转速为2100-2200r/min的搅拌器搅拌420-430s,室温自然冷却,得杀虫剂A;
(6)瓶装,贴标签,得成品。
作为发明进一步的方案:所述的杀虫剂B的制备方法,具体的包括以下步骤:
(1)向雷公藤和鬼箭羽中加入雷公藤重量15-17倍量的纯净水,大火煮沸,文火熬煮16-18min,加入雷公藤重量6-8倍量的纯净水,大火煮沸,文火熬煮23-25min,过滤,得植物E渣一和植物E提取液一;将植物E渣一投入转速为7200-7250r/min的粉碎机,粉碎510-520s,过160-165目筛,得植物E粉;向植物E粉中加入其重量6.1-6.3倍量、质量分数为55-57%的乙醇溶液,回流浸提22-24min,转速13000-13500r/min,离心390-400s,得植物E提取液二;合并植物E提取液一和植物E提取液二,文火加热4-6min,得植物E提取液,备用;
(2)将蒟酱投入温度为46-48℃的炒锅文火翻炒160-170s,将温度升高至57-59℃,加入韭菜籽文火翻炒170-180s,加入橙花精油混合均匀,将温度升高至64-66℃,加入川椒文火翻炒90-100s,趁热加入白醋混合均匀,投入转速为13300-13400r/min的研磨机研磨350-360s,过285-290目筛,得植物F粉,备用;
(3)将桃枝和木槿皮投入转速为7500-7550r/min的粉碎机,粉碎480-490s,过160-165目筛,得植物G粉;向植物G粉中加入其重量9.1-9.3倍量、质量分数为43-45%的乙醇溶液,大火煮沸,文火熬煮25-27min,转速15500-16000r/min,离心660-670s,得植物G渣一和植物G提取液一;向植物G渣一中加入其重量5.4-5.6倍量的纯净水,大火煮沸,文火熬煮20-22min,转速15500-16000r/min,离心620-630s,得植物G提取液二;合并植物G提取液一和植物G提取液二,文火加热3-5min,得植物G提取液,备用;
(4)将阿魏、五灵脂和樟脑投入转速为15100-15200r/min的研磨机研磨660-670s,过285-290目筛,得植物H粉,备用;
(5)合并植物E提取液和植物G提取液,加入植物F粉用转速为1600-1700r/min的搅拌器搅拌390-400s,文火加温至43-45℃,加入植物H粉用转速为1900-2000r/min的搅拌器搅拌300-310s,文火加温至56-58℃,加入洋甘菊精油用转速为2300-2400r/min的搅拌器搅拌480-490s,室温自然冷却,得杀虫剂B;
(6)瓶装,贴标签,得成品。

山慈菇:清热解毒,消肿散结,杀虫;主痈疽恶疮,瘰疬结核,咽痛喉痹。
鹤虱:杀虫消积;用于蛔虫病,蛲虫病,绦虫病,虫积腹痛,小儿疳积。
竹叶椒:芳香健胃,驱风杀虫药,微带有麻醉性;主治风寒湿痹,肺气上逆,四肢历节疼痛。
雷丸:消积,杀虫;治虫积腹痛,疳疾,风痫。
槟榔:对虫体有较强的麻痹作用,能使全虫各部都麻痹;对皮肤真菌、流感病毒、幽门螺旋杆菌均有抑制作用。
南瓜子仁:有杀虫之功,且甘平不伤正气;主要用于驱杀绦虫。
蒟酱:破痰积、治心腹虫痛、胃弱虚泻、霍乱吐逆,解酒食味,散结气、治牙痛等作用。
苦皮藤根:强力杀虫剂。
川椒:温中止痛,杀虫止痒;用于脘腹冷痛,呕吐泄泻,虫积腹痛,蛔虫症;外治湿疹瘙痒。
火麻仁:利女人经脉,调大肠下痢;涂诸疮癞,杀虫。
皂荚:祛痰止咳,开窍通闭,杀虫散结;主痰咳喘满,中风口噤,痰涎壅盛,神昏不语,癫痫,喉痹,二便不通,痈肿疥癣。
大血藤:败毒消痈,活血通络,祛风杀虫;治急、慢性阑尾炎,风湿痹痛,赤痢,血淋,月经不调,疳积,虫痛,跌扑损伤。
雷公藤:祛风除湿,活血通络,消肿止痛,杀虫解毒;主类风湿性关节炎,风湿性关节炎,肾小球肾炎,肾病综合征,红斑狼疮,口眼干燥综合征,白塞病,湿疹,银屑病,麻风病,疥疮,顽癣。
鬼箭羽:破血通经,解毒消肿,杀虫;主症瘕结块,心腹疼痛,崩中漏下,产后瘀滞腹痛,恶露不下,疝气,历节痹痛,疮肿,跌打伤痛,虫积腹痛,烫火伤,毒蛇咬伤。
桃枝:活血通络,解毒,杀虫;主心腹痛,风湿关节痛,腰痛,跌打损伤,疮癣。
木槿皮:清热利湿,杀虫止痒;主湿热泻痢,肠风泻血,脱肛,痔疮,赤白带下,阴道滴虫,皮肤疥癣,阴囊湿疹。
轻粉:杀虫,攻毒,祛腐,止痒,祛痰,逐水,通便;主疮疡溃烂,疥癣痒疹,瘰疬,梅毒,疳疮,酒皶鼻,痤疮,急慢惊风,痰壅喘逆,水肿胀满。
阿魏:化症消积,杀虫,截疟;主症瘕痞块,虫积,食积,胸腹胀满,冷痛,疟疾,痢疾;用于肉食积滞,瘀血癥瘕,腹中痞块,虫积腹痛。
五灵脂:活血止痛,化瘀止血,杀虫,消积解毒;主心腹血气诸痛,妇女闭经,产后瘀滞腹痛,崩漏下血,小儿疳积,蛇蝎蜈蚣咬伤。
樟脑:通关窍;利滞气,辟秽浊,杀虫止痒,消肿止痛;主热病神昏,中恶猝倒,痧胀吐泻腹痛,寒湿脚气,疥疮顽癣,秃疮,冻疮,臁疮,水火烫伤,跌打伤痛,牙痛,风火赤眼。
本发明的有益效果:本发明提供的一种防治鸭梨树梨木虱虫害的杀虫剂,根据梨树梨木虱的不同生长状况,在梨木虱发生的不同时期,使用不同的杀虫剂,更有针对性,杀虫效果显著,且均使用对人体无害的原料,能够有效避免有害物质残留对人体造成的伤害;本发明的两种杀虫剂均是由多种植物组成的复方植物源农药,通过各有效成分间的联合作用,不但可增强杀虫效果,而且由于不同作用机理的有效成分的共同作用,可有效防止梨木虱产生抗药性;竹叶椒和槟榔具有麻醉作用,其有效成分相互作用,要过更加显著,能够有效抑制梨木虱的神经系统,中断其神经传递;雷公藤、木槿皮和五灵脂三者有效成分相互配伍,刺激梨木虱的皮肤,使皮肤黏膜感觉神经呈现兴奋状态,产生瘙痒与灼热感, 继以麻醉害虫,使其失去知觉,无法正常呼吸;本发明对害虫毒性大,尤其对梨木虱虫害作用效果显著,但对人体无伤害,对害虫有触杀、胃毒、拒食和抑制害虫生长发育的功能,药物与梨木虱体壁接触,经体壁及气门进入体内,导致中毒死亡;药物经口腔进入梨木虱体内,被消化道吸收,导致中毒死亡;梨木虱咬食本药物后,正常生理功能遭到破坏,食欲消除,无法进食,死于饥饿;梨木虱咬食本药物后,新陈代谢机能遭到抑制,生殖系统受到干扰,破坏其几丁质,使其无法正常蜕皮,不能成为正常蛹,不能羽化,无法进入下龄繁殖而死亡。

(3)将桃枝和木槿皮投入转速为7500r/min的粉碎机,粉碎480s,过160目筛,得植物G粉;向植物G粉中加入其重量9.1倍量、质量分数为43%的乙醇溶液,大火煮沸,文火熬煮25min,转速15500r/min,离心660s,得植物G渣一和植物G提取液一;向植物G渣一中加入其重量5.4倍量的纯净水,大火煮沸,文火熬煮20min,转速15500r/min,离心620s,得植物G提取液二;合并植物G提取液一和植物G提取液二,文火加热3min,得植物G提取液,备用;

本发明实施例中,与实施例1不同之处在于原料重量份数的不同,其他条件均相同。
一种防治鸭梨树梨木虱虫害的杀虫剂,由杀虫剂A和杀虫剂B组成;
所述的杀虫剂A,由以下重量份的原料制成:山慈菇12份、鹤虱19份、竹叶椒9份、雷丸15份、槟榔21份、南瓜子仁7份、苦皮藤根26份、火麻仁20份、皂荚13份、大血藤23份、大葱籽6份、罗勒精油0.04份、百里香精油0.05份、米醋0.15份;
所述的杀虫剂B,由以下重量份的原料制成:川椒12份、雷公藤30份、鬼箭羽13份、桃枝16份、木槿皮11份、轻粉8份、阿魏7份、蒟酱11份、五灵脂14份、樟脑17份、韭菜籽8份、洋甘菊精油0.05份、橙花精油0.04份、白醋0.24份。
捉取大小一致的第1代梨木虱若虫200只,平均分为4组,每组50只,使用本实施例杀虫剂A与对比例普通梨木虱杀虫剂进行药效测试,对比如下表:

由表1可知,使用本实施例杀虫剂A进行第1代梨木虱若虫防治,能够有效杀死第1代梨木虱若虫,从而有效提高鸭梨的品质和产量,提高种植户的经济效益。
捉取大小一致的第3代梨木虱若虫200只,平均分为4组,每组50只,使用本实施例杀虫剂A与对比例普通梨木虱杀虫剂进行药效测试,对比如下表:

由表2可知,使用本实施例杀虫剂A进行第3代梨木虱若虫防治,能够有效杀死第3代梨木虱若虫,从而有效提高鸭梨的品质和产量,提高种植户的经济效益。
捉取大小一致的第2代梨木虱若虫200只,平均分为4组,每组50只,使用本实施例杀虫剂B与对比例普通梨木虱杀虫剂进行药效测试,对比如下表:

由表3可知,使用本实施例杀虫剂B进行第2代梨木虱若虫防治,能够有效杀死第2代梨木虱若虫,从而有效提高鸭梨的品质和产量,提高种植户的经济效益。
Claims (3)
1.一种防治鸭梨树梨木虱虫害的杀虫剂,其特征在于,由杀虫剂A和杀虫剂B组成;
所述的杀虫剂A,由以下重量份的原料制成:山慈菇10-12份、鹤虱17-19份、竹叶椒7-9份、雷丸13-15份、槟榔19-21份、南瓜子仁5-7份、苦皮藤根24-26份、火麻仁18-20份、皂荚11-13份、大血藤21-23份、大葱籽4-6份、罗勒精油0.02-0.04份、百里香精油0.03-0.05份、米醋0.13-0.15份;
所述的杀虫剂B,由以下重量份的原料制成:川椒10-12份、雷公藤28-30份、鬼箭羽11-13份、桃枝14-16份、木槿皮9-11份、轻粉6-8份、阿魏5-7份、蒟酱9-11份、五灵脂12-14份、樟脑15-17份、韭菜籽6-8份、洋甘菊精油0.03-0.05份、橙花精油0.02-0.04份、白醋0.22-0.24份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防治鸭梨树梨木虱虫害的杀虫剂,其特征在于,所述的杀虫剂A的制备方法,具体的包括以下步骤:
(1)向山慈菇、鹤虱、苦皮藤根和皂荚中加入山慈菇重量18-20倍量的纯净水,大火煮沸,文火熬煮23-25min,加入山慈菇重量8-10倍量的纯净水,大火煮沸,文火熬煮17-19min,过滤,得植物A渣一和植物A提取液一;将植物A渣一投入转速为6100-6150r/min的粉碎机,粉碎680-690s,过205-210目筛,得植物A粉;向植物A粉中加入其重量5.2-5.4倍量、质量分数为42-44%的乙醇溶液,回流浸提28-30min,转速16500-17000r/min,离心500-510s,得植物A提取液二;合并植物A提取液一和植物A提取液二,文火加热8-10min,得植物A提取液,备用;
(2)将大葱籽投入温度为55-57℃的炒锅文火翻炒200-210s,将温度降低至44-46℃,加入南瓜子仁文火翻炒140-150s,将温度升高至51-53℃,加入竹叶椒文火翻炒70-80s,趁热加入罗勒精油混合均匀,投入转速为12500-12600r/min的研磨机研磨280-290s,过300-305目筛,得植物B粉,备用;
(3)将槟榔投入温度为66-68℃的炒锅文火翻炒300-320s,将温度降低至49-51℃,加入火麻仁文火翻炒240-250s,将温度降低至46-48℃,加入米醋文火翻炒90-100s,投入转速为14100-14200r/min的研磨机研磨330-340s,过300-305目筛,得植物C粉,备用;
(4)将雷丸和大血藤投入转速为7050-7100r/min的粉碎机,粉碎590-600s,过180-185目筛,得植物D粉;向植物D粉中加入其重量7.6-7.8倍量、质量分数为51-53%的乙醇溶液,大火煮沸,文火熬煮21-23min,转速18500-19000r/min,离心610-620s,得植物D渣一和植物D提取液一;向植物D渣一中加入其重量6.6-6.8倍量的纯净水,大火煮沸,文火熬煮26-28min,转速18500-19000r/min,离心540-550s,得植物D提取液二;合并植物D提取液一和植物D提取液二,文火加热6-8min,得植物D提取液,备用;
(5)合并植物A提取液和植物D提取液,加入植物B粉用转速为1400-1500r/min的搅拌器搅拌350-360s,文火加温至51-53℃,加入植物C粉用转速为1700-1800r/min的搅拌器搅拌380-390s,文火加温至69-71℃,加入百里香精油用转速为2100-2200r/min的搅拌器搅拌420-430s,室温自然冷却,得杀虫剂A;
(6)瓶装,贴标签,得成品。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防治鸭梨树梨木虱虫害的杀虫剂,其特征在于,所述的杀虫剂B的制备方法,具体的包括以下步骤:
(1)向雷公藤和鬼箭羽中加入雷公藤重量15-17倍量的纯净水,大火煮沸,文火熬煮16-18min,加入雷公藤重量6-8倍量的纯净水,大火煮沸,文火熬煮23-25min,过滤,得植物E渣一和植物E提取液一;将植物E渣一投入转速为7200-7250r/min的粉碎机,粉碎510-520s,过160-165目筛,得植物E粉;向植物E粉中加入其重量6.1-6.3倍量、质量分数为55-57%的乙醇溶液,回流浸提22-24min,转速13000-13500r/min,离心390-400s,得植物E提取液二;合并植物E提取液一和植物E提取液二,文火加热4-6min,得植物E提取液,备用;
(2)将蒟酱投入温度为46-48℃的炒锅文火翻炒160-170s,将温度升高至57-59℃,加入韭菜籽文火翻炒170-180s,加入橙花精油混合均匀,将温度升高至64-66℃,加入川椒文火翻炒90-100s,趁热加入白醋混合均匀,投入转速为13300-13400r/min的研磨机研磨350-360s,过285-290目筛,得植物F粉,备用;
(3)将桃枝和木槿皮投入转速为7500-7550r/min的粉碎机,粉碎480-490s,过160-165目筛,得植物G粉;向植物G粉中加入其重量9.1-9.3倍量、质量分数为43-45%的乙醇溶液,大火煮沸,文火熬煮25-27min,转速15500-16000r/min,离心660-670s,得植物G渣一和植物G提取液一;向植物G渣一中加入其重量5.4-5.6倍量的纯净水,大火煮沸,文火熬煮20-22min,转速15500-16000r/min,离心620-630s,得植物G提取液二;合并植物G提取液一和植物G提取液二,文火加热3-5min,得植物G提取液,备用;
(4)将阿魏、五灵脂和樟脑投入转速为15100-15200r/min的研磨机研磨660-670s,过285-290目筛,得植物H粉,备用;
(5)合并植物E提取液和植物G提取液,加入植物F粉用转速为1600-1700r/min的搅拌器搅拌390-400s,文火加温至43-45℃,加入植物H粉用转速为1900-2000r/min的搅拌器搅拌300-310s,文火加温至56-58℃,加入洋甘菊精油用转速为2300-2400r/min的搅拌器搅拌480-490s,室温自然冷却,得杀虫剂B;
(6)瓶装,贴标签,得成品。
