本发明涉及一种电子接插件。
背景技术:
电子接插件是连接两个有源器件的器件,用于传输电流或信号。电子接插件是人们在生产或者生活过程中常用的一种器件,它包括公插件和母插座,母插座上设有供公插件插入的插口,装配公插件和母插座的时候,将公插件插入到母插座的插口内相互配合固定。市场上现有的接插件,公插件与母插座装配后,仅靠着简单的卡接连接,使两者固定,这样的连接方式,公插件容易脱离母插座,使得公插件和母插座的连接不牢固,工作稳定性不高。
因此,确有必要对现有技术进行改进以解决现有技术之不足。
发明内容:
本发明是为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题而提供一种电子接插件。
本发明所采用的技术方案有:一种电子接插件,包括可相互插扣的母接插件和公接插件,所述公接插件上设有若干插针,母接插件上设有用于容纳插针的容纳腔,其特征在于:所述公接插件上铰接有卡钩,母接插件上设有与所述卡钩相适配的卡扣;
所述插针上设有弹片和定位凸台。
进一步地,所述弹片的顶端高于定位凸台的顶端。
进一步地,所述公接插件上设有第一插拔槽,母接插件上设有第二插拔槽。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明结构简单,安装方便,连接可靠,不易损坏,稳定性好。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1和图2所示,本发明一种电子接插件,包括可相互插扣的母接插件1和公接插件2,在公接插件2上设有若干插针21,母接插件1上设有用于容纳插针21的容纳腔(图中未画出)。本发明为使得母接插件1和公接插件2之间连接可靠,在公接插件2上铰接有卡钩3,与之相对应地,在母接插件1上设有与卡钩3相适配的卡扣4。在公接插件2和母接插件1插合后,卡钩3扣合在卡扣4上,使得母接插件1与公接插件2之间连接更可靠。
本发明为进一步增加母接插件1与公接插件2之间的连接效果,在插针21上设有弹片22,在公接插件2和母接插件1插合后,插针21通过弹片22抵接在母接插件1上的容纳腔内。在公接插件2和母接插件1配合插装时,为防止弹片22完全插入母接插件1的容纳腔内,从而在拔出时损坏弹片22,在插针21上还设有定位凸台23,该定位凸台23能够有效的保证插针21的插入深度,避免弹片22的损坏。
本发明插针21上弹片22的顶端高于定位凸台23的顶端。
在将公接插件2从母接插件1上拔出时,为便于操作人员的手部作用于公接插件2和母接插件1上,在公接插件2上设有第一插拔槽51,母接插件1上设有第二插拔槽52。

1.一种电子接插件,包括可相互插扣的母接插件(1)和公接插件(2),所述公接插件(2)上设有若干插针(21),母接插件(1)上设有用于容纳插针(21)的容纳腔,其特征在于:所述公接插件(2)上铰接有卡钩(3),母接插件(1)上设有与所述卡钩(3)相适配的卡扣(4);
所述插针(21)上设有弹片(22)和定位凸台(23)。
2.如权利要求1所述的电子接插件,其特征在于:所述弹片(22)的顶端高于定位凸台(23)的顶端。
3.如权利要求1所述的电子接插件,其特征在于:所述公接插件(2)上设有第一插拔槽(51),母接插件(1)上设有第二插拔槽(52)。
