Abstract

本发明提供一种电力仪表显示屏控制电路,包括MCU、LCD、上拉电阻R2、三极管和电阻,所述MCU型号为PIC18F45K80,所述上拉电阻R2为可调电阻,三极管的基极通过电阻后分两路,一路与MCU相连,另一路通过R2后接VCC,三极管的发射极接地,集电极通过LCD后接VCC。通过增设一个上拉电阻R2,当MCU的MCU-COL管脚置高时,三极管导通,LCD亮,当关闭背光灯时,将MCU的MCU-COL管脚置于输入状态,此时MCU-COL管脚为高阻态,从三极管中会流过一个小电流,使LCD处于微亮状态,并可通过调节上拉电阻R2大小来调节背光灯的亮暗程度;具有电路设计简单、显示屏使用时间长等优点。

技术领域
本发明属于控制电路领域,尤其是涉及一种电力仪表显示屏控制电路。
背景技术
电力仪表能够实现电量测量、电能计量、数据显示、采集及传输等功能,在电力行业被广泛应用。现有的电力仪表通常采用段码液晶LED显示,当用段码液晶时,背光灯熄灭后,显示屏就看不见任何显示数据,在现场应用中会使工作人员认为设备未运行,从而使工作人员造成误解,容易出现安全隐患。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明旨在提出一种结构简单、使用安全的电力仪表显示屏控制电路,使背光灯并不完全熄灭,处于微亮的状态。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种电力仪表显示屏控制电路,包括MCU、电阻R1、上拉电阻R2、三极管Q1和显示屏背光灯LCD,所述三极管Q1的基极通过电阻R1后分两路,一路与所述MCU的MCU-COL管脚相连,另一路通过上拉电阻R2后接电源VCC,所述三极管Q1的发射极接地,所述三极管Q1的集电极通过显示屏背光灯LCD后接电源VCC。
进一步的,所述MCU型号为PIC18F45K80。
进一步的,所述上拉电阻R2为可调电阻。
相对于现有技术,本发明所述的电力仪表显示屏控制电路具有以下优势:通过增设一个上拉电阻R2,当MCU的MCU-COL管脚置高时,三极管Q1导通,背光灯LCD亮,当关闭背光灯时,将MCU的MCU-COL管脚置于输入状态,此时MCU-COL管脚为高阻态,从三极管Q1中会流过一个小电流,使背光灯LCD处于微亮状态,可以看清显示内容,并可通过调节上拉电阻R2的大小来调节背光灯的亮暗程度;具有结构简单、使用方便、延长显示屏寿命等优点。

下面将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。
如图1所示,一种电力仪表显示屏控制电路,包括MCU、电阻R1、上拉电阻R2、三极管Q1和显示屏背光灯LCD,所述三极管Q1的基极通过电阻R1后分两路,一路与所述MCU的MCU-COL管脚相连,另一路通过上拉电阻R2后接电源VCC,所述三极管Q1的发射极接地,所述三极管Q1的集电极通过显示屏背光灯LCD后接电源VCC,所述MCU型号为PIC18F45K80,所述上拉电阻R2为可调电阻。
本实例的工作过程:通过MCU的MCU-COL管脚来控制背光灯的亮灭,当MCU的MCU-COL管脚置高时,三极管Q1导通,背光灯LCD亮,当关闭背光灯时,将MCU的MCU-COL管脚置于输入状态,此时MCU-COL管脚为高阻态,如图2所示,从三极管Q1中会流过一个小电流,使背光灯LCD处于微亮状态,可以看清显示内容,并可通过调节上拉电阻R2的大小来调节背光灯LCD的亮暗程度。

1.一种电力仪表显示屏控制电路,其特征在于:包括MCU、电阻R1、上拉电阻R2、三极管Q1和显示屏背光灯LCD,所述三极管Q1的基极通过电阻R1后分两路,一路与所述MCU的MCU-COL管脚相连,另一路通过上拉电阻R2后接电源VCC,所述三极管Q1的发射极接地,所述三极管Q1的集电极通过显示屏背光灯LCD后接电源VCC。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电力仪表显示屏控制电路,其特征在于:所述上拉电阻R2为可调电阻。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种电力仪表显示屏控制电路,其特征在于:所述MCU型号为PIC18F45K80。
