本发明涉及一种拖滚轴承,包括外圈,所述外圈内设有芯轴,所述芯轴外套有保持架,该保持架上设有两排Φ2.5x4的滚针,所述外圈外套有中间凸起的全氟热塑性聚合物衬套,通过在保持架上设置双排滚针,可将两套滚针轴承合为一体;通过设置全氟热塑性聚合物衬套,在保持架与芯轴的接触表面设置WC高致密陶瓷层耐磨涂层,可提高轴承和衬套的耐磨性,本发明的拖滚轴承使用寿命长、结构紧凑,可大规模推广。

本发明涉及机械传动技术领域,尤其涉及一种拖滚轴承。
背景技术
随着人民生活质量的提高,居住环境得到了很大改善,许多家庭都配有多层室的住房。如何保持住房内的清洁卫生是人们关心的热题之一。采用高级吸尘器清理地板上的灰尘是行之有效的省力措施,高级吸尘器内有两套滚针轴承,占用空间小,灵活方便,有利于后期发展使用。
发明内容
对上述现有技术的现状,本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种将两套滚针轴承合为一体且耐磨性好、使用寿命长的拖滚轴承。本发明技术方案如下:
一种拖滚轴承,包括外圈,所述外圈内设有芯轴,所述芯轴外套有保持架,该保持架上设有两排Φ2.5x4的滚针,所述外圈外套有中间凸起的全氟热塑性聚合物衬套,所述保持架与芯轴的接触表面设置有WC高致密陶瓷层耐磨涂层。
所述外圈两端均设有凹槽。
所述凹槽上设有防尘盖,该防尘盖套于所述芯轴上。
所述保持架采用钢材质制造。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:本发明通过在保持架上设置双排滚针,可将两套滚针轴承合为一体;衬套采用全氟热塑性塑料材料,在保持架与芯轴的接触表面设置有WC高致密陶瓷层耐磨涂层,可提高轴承和保持架的耐磨性和使用寿命,本发明使用寿命长、结构紧凑,可大规模推广。

具体实施方式

一种拖滚轴承,包括外圈,所述外圈内设有芯轴,所述芯轴外套有保持架,该保持架上设有两排Φ2.5x4的滚针,其特征在于:所述外圈外套有中间凸起的全氟热塑性聚合物衬套,保持架与芯轴的接触表面设置有WC高致密陶瓷层耐磨涂层。
所述外圈两端均设有凹槽。
所述凹槽上设有防尘盖,该防尘盖套于所述芯轴上。
所述保持架采用钢材质制造。
作为全氟热塑性塑料材料,特别考虑包含0.2摩尔%的最低份额共聚单体的四氟乙烯(TFE)共聚物。该共聚单体优选选自六氟丙烯、全氟烷基乙烯基醚、全氟-(2,2-二甲基-1,3-间二氧杂环戊烯)和氯三氟乙烯。
本发明在保持架与芯轴的接触表面涂有耐磨涂料层,所述耐磨涂层为WC高致密陶瓷层,WC韧性好、抗冲击载荷及抗磨损性好,与基体结合具有较好的抗腐蚀能力,而且它与钢铁润湿性好,WC高致密陶瓷层的化学稳定性和耐磨性好,具有低摩擦系数、高硬度、低表面能以及低传热性,从而可提高保持架的使用寿命。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:本发明通过在保持架上设置双排滚针,可将两套滚针轴承合为一体;通过设置全氟热塑性聚合物衬套,在保持架与芯轴的接触表面设置有WC高致密陶瓷层耐磨涂层,可提高轴承和保持架的耐磨性,本发明使用寿命长、结构紧凑,可大规模推广。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种拖滚轴承,其特征在于,所述外圈两端均设有凹槽。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种拖滚轴承,其特征在于,所述凹槽上设有防尘盖,该防尘盖套于所述芯轴上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种拖滚轴承,其特征在于,所述保持架采用钢材质制造。
