Abstract
玻璃纤维空气滤纸的制备方法是有关于一种空气过滤材料,且特别是有关于一种无隔板耐高温空气滤纸及其制备方法。将60%~80%的硼硅酸盐玻璃纤维、5%~20%的无碱连续玻璃纤维短切丝和5%~8%的有机纤维混合制成;经高频疏解机搅拌混合均匀后,在成型网真空成型制得玻璃纤维空气过滤层;将水溶性丙烯酸乳液、水溶性聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液、水溶性酚醛树脂乳液按照2∶8∶8的体积比例混合后,加水稀释6~10倍,均匀的喷洒或遗留施加于玻璃纤维空气滤层并经干燥后形成制品,树脂层的质量为玻璃纤维滤纸的2~8%,水溶性树脂层能耐200~300℃高温。

技术领域
本发明有关于一种空气过滤材料,且特别是有关于一种无隔板耐高温空气滤纸及其制备方法。
背景技术
空气滤纸作为空气过滤器滤芯的关键组成部分,其性能决定了空气过滤器的使用效果。随着医药、医疗卫生、电子等行业对厂房洁净度的要求越来越高,对空气过滤器的提出了更高的要求。尤其是食品、制药等生产环节要求的超洁净烘箱或高温空气净化设备和系统,其最高工作温度达到350℃,因此对滤纸的耐温性提出了更高的要求。目前国内外在温度较高的环境中使用较多的是纯玻璃微纤维滤纸,这种滤纸不含粘结剂,国内外大多数滤纸生产厂家均可生产,这种不含粘结剂的过滤纸存在强度低的缺点,不利于机械化生产,且体积重量较大,易泄漏等缺点。无隔板主要采用热熔胶作为滤芯的分隔物,便于机械化生产。加之其具有体积小、重量轻、便于安装、效率稳定、风速均匀的优点,目前洁净厂房所需的大批量的过滤器多采用无隔板结构。与有隔板过滤器的矩形通道相比,无隔板过滤器的V形通道进一步改善了容尘的均匀性,延长了使用寿命。通风用无隔板过滤器可避免使用金属部件,易于废弃处理,符合日益严格的环保要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供玻璃纤维空气滤纸的制备方法,所生产的空气滤纸可耐高温且具有较高抗张强度和挺度。本发明的制备方法是:
将60%~80%的硼硅酸盐玻璃纤维、5%~20%的无碱连续玻璃纤维短切丝和5%~8%的有机纤维混合制成;经高频疏解机搅拌混合均匀后,在成型网真空成型制得玻璃纤维空气过滤层;将水溶性丙烯酸乳液、水溶性聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液、水溶性酚醛树脂乳液按照2∶8∶8的体积比例混合后,加水稀释6~10倍,均匀的喷洒或遗留施加于玻璃纤维空气滤层并经干燥后形成制品,树脂层的质量为玻璃纤维滤纸的2~8%,水溶性树脂层能耐200~300℃高温。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明的玻璃纤维空气滤层由于采用特定的材料制成,因此过滤效率较高,空气过滤制得效率可以达到99.995%以上。
2、采用特定配方的耐高温水溶性树脂层作为粘结剂,加强了玻璃纤维空气过滤层的抗张强度、挺度、柔韧度以及一定的抗吸胶能力。而且,树脂固化后在基层内部可以形成网状交联结构,使纤维内部的搭接点能够牢固的粘合在一起,同时又保证滤纸一定的透气性,不会堵塞滤纸的过滤通道,从而具有较高的过滤效率和较好的耐高温性能。采用本发明制成的空气过滤器可在200~350℃温度下连续工作。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明:
实施例1
作为过滤基层的玻璃纤维空气滤纸1采用两种硼硅酸盐玻璃微纤维为主要原料,混合直径6μm、纤维长度6mm和9mm的无碱连续玻璃纤维短切丝和1.5∶1混合的涤纶、芳纶有机纤维制成浆料,经高频疏解机搅拌混合均匀,在成型网抽真空成型后,在配料器中将水溶性丙烯酸乳液、水溶性聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液和水溶性酚醛树脂乳液按照1.5∶2.5∶2.5混合,并用水稀释10倍,在施胶部均匀喷洒稀释后的乳液并真空抽吸,后经蒸汽烘缸150℃烘干2~3min。
实施例2
在本实施例中,作为过滤基层的玻璃纤维空气滤纸1采用两种硼硅酸盐玻璃微纤维为主要原料,混合直径6μm,纤维长度6mm的无碱连续玻璃纤维短切丝,和有机纤维芳纶短切纤维制成浆料,经高频疏解机搅拌混合均匀,在成型网抽真空成型后,在配料器中将水溶性丙烯酸乳液、水溶性聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液和水溶性酚醛树脂乳液按照2∶3∶3混合后,用水稀释10倍,在施胶部均匀喷洒稀释后的乳液并真空抽吸,后经蒸汽烘缸150℃烘干2~3min。
本发明中所述具体实施案例仅为本发明的较佳实施案例而已,并非用来限定本发明的实施范围。即凡依本发明申请专利范围的内容所作的等效变化与修饰,都应作为本发明的技术范畴。

1.玻璃纤维空气滤纸的制备方法,其特征在于:
将60%~80%的硼硅酸盐玻璃纤维、5%~20%的无碱连续玻璃纤维短切丝和5%~8%的有机纤维混合制成;经高频疏解机搅拌混合均匀后,在成型网真空成型制得玻璃纤维空气过滤层;将水溶性丙烯酸乳液、水溶性聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液、水溶性酚醛树脂乳液按照2∶8∶8的体积比例混合后,加水稀释6~10倍,均匀的喷洒或遗留施加于玻璃纤维空气滤层并经干燥后形成制品,树脂层的质量为玻璃纤维滤纸的2~8%,水溶性树脂层能耐200~300℃高温。
