本发明涉及纺织染整领域，提供一种新型美容毛巾的制造工艺，整理工艺为将新型美容毛巾浸渍30℃,浴比为1∶20的水浴中10min，出来后进入二浸二轧，然后在90℃预烘10min，预烘后再在150℃的条件下焙烘100秒，焙烘后再在45℃，浴比为1∶30的柔软剂中浸渍10min，最后再进行水洗、烘干和蓬松整理。该发明具有的优点在于将具有和人体具有相同18种氨基酸成份的天然桑蚕丝丝胶固定在纯棉毛巾的表面，使毛圈上具有和人体成为相同的蛋白质成为，和人体肌肤具有“相亲”性，从而更好的发挥其优异的吸湿、放湿性能和抗氧化能力，使该款产品具有真正的美容效果，成为真正的美容毛巾。

一种新型美容毛巾的制造工艺
技术领域
本发明属于纺织染整领域，尤其是涉及一种新型美容毛巾的制造工艺。
背景技术
目前对于美容毛巾并没有明确的定义和标准，但是有相关抗菌织物和毛巾的具体国家标准和性能测定考核标准。大家通常流行的所谓的美容毛巾，一般是美容洁面毛巾的简称，并不是专业的国家标准名称。一般认为美容毛巾具有美容的功效，能起到洁面、美容、保健的作用。时下流行的美容毛巾一般采用无毒无害的天然纤维和人工合成纤维织成，更多的是采用超细纤维结构。常见的以竹纤维毛巾、蛋白质纤维保健毛巾、玉石纤维毛巾等。
桑蚕丝的主要成分是丝素和丝胶，而丝胶约占桑蚕丝质量的20％～30％。在传统的丝纺织行业中，脱去的丝胶大都作为废液排除。而丝胶中分子量较小的丝胶肽及其水解产物具有优异的吸湿、放湿性能和抗氧化能力，并有抑制酪氨酸酶活性、抗肿瘤、抗衰老、促进胃肠消化、护肤美容等诸多功效。同时丝胶蛋白是一种水溶性的球状蛋白，由18种氨基酸组成，组成丝胶的多数氨基酸含有羟基、羧基、氨基等极性较强的活性基团。
蛋白质纤维保健毛巾比较成熟的有大豆蛋白纤维、牛奶蛋白纤维等材料，天然蛋白质纤维如桑蚕丝和羊毛等含有18种与人体相同的氨基酸，同人类的肌肤可以称得上所谓的“肌肤相亲”，但是这两种天然蛋白质材料在美容毛巾的应用上还没有进行很好的开发，具有很大的潜在的市场和潜力。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种新型美容毛巾的制造工艺。
为实现上述的发明目的，本发明的技术方案如下：
一种新型美容毛巾的制造工艺，包括：
整理液配方：桑蚕丝丝胶为25～30g/L，BTCA为35～40g/L，次亚磷酸钠为5～8％，三乙醇胺为9～12g/L；
整理工艺：将新型美容毛巾浸渍30℃,浴比为1∶20的水浴中10min，出来后进入二浸二轧，然后在90℃预烘10min，预烘后再在150℃的条件下焙烘100秒，焙烘后再在45℃，浴比为1∶30的柔软剂中浸渍10min，最后再进行水洗、烘干和蓬松整理。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是：将具有和人体具有相同18种氨基酸成份的天然桑蚕丝丝胶固定在纯棉毛巾的表面，使毛圈上具有和人体成为相同的蛋白质成为，和人体肌肤具有“相亲”性，从而更好的发挥其优异的吸湿、放湿性能和抗氧化能力,使该款产品具有真正的美容效果，成为真正的美容毛巾。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明，但不限定本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
一种新型美容毛巾的制造工艺，包括：
整理液配方：桑蚕丝丝胶为25g/L，BTCA为35g/L，次亚磷酸钠为5％，三乙醇胺为9g/L；
整理工艺：将新型美容毛巾浸渍30℃,浴比为1∶20的水浴中10min，出来后进入二浸二轧，然后在90℃预烘10min，预烘后再在150℃的条件下焙烘100秒，焙烘后再在45℃，浴比为1∶30的柔软剂中浸渍10min，最后再进行水洗、烘干和蓬松整理。
实施例2
一种新型美容毛巾的制造工艺，包括：
整理液配方：桑蚕丝丝胶为30g/L，BTCA为40g/L，次亚磷酸钠为8％，三乙醇胺为12g/L；
整理工艺：将新型美容毛巾浸渍30℃,浴比为1∶20的水浴中10min，出来后进入二浸二轧，然后在90℃预烘10min，预烘后再在150℃的条件下焙烘100秒，焙烘后再在45℃，浴比为1∶30的柔软剂中浸渍10min，最后再进行水洗、烘干和蓬松整理。
