本发明公开了一种贴标胶,原料组成为:丙烯酸甲酯4‑8份,丙烯腈1‑3份,引发剂0.2‑0.6份,氨水8‑12份,去离子水40‑50份,份数均为质量份数。本发明提供的贴标胶中,采用丙烯酸甲酯和丙烯腈作为主料,水溶性的偶氮二异丙基咪唑啉盐酸盐(AIBI)新型偶氮引发剂,因其不含氰基,分解产物无毒。制得的贴标胶初粘强度大,干燥速度快,耐冷藏性能好,不起皱,不掉标,容易清洗。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种贴标胶,属于LED硅胶技术领域。
背景技术
随着电子行业的快速发展,电子产品外包装材料贴标生产速率的不断提高,要求贴标胶具备初粘力强、干固快(可以防止瞬间贴标时产生位移、掉胶等现象),且在标签在水中浸泡72h后无脱落现象。目前,我国电子生产工业所采用贴标粘胶剂,虽然价格低廉,生产工艺简单,但是仅能用于中低速贴标机,而且干燥速度缓慢、耐水性差,不能满足使用要求。所以开发能够适用于高速电子生长线需要的高质量的贴标胶粘剂迫在眉睫。
发明内容
目的:为解决现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种贴标胶。
技术方案:为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种贴标胶,其原料组成为:丙烯酸甲酯4-8份,丙烯腈1-3份,引发剂0.2-0.6份,氨水8-12份,去离子水40-50份,份数均为质量份数。
所述的贴标胶,其特征在于,其原料组成为:丙烯酸甲酯6份,丙烯腈2份,引发剂0.4份,氨水10份,去离子水45份,份数均为质量份数。
作为优选方案,所述的贴标胶,其特征在于:其原料组成为:丙烯酸甲酯6份,丙烯腈2份,引发剂0.4份,氨水10份,去离子水43.6份,份数均为质量份数。
作为优选方案,所述的贴标胶,其特征在于:所述引发剂选用过氧化苯甲酰或N,N-二甲基苯胺。
作为优选方案,所述的贴标胶,其特征在于:所述引发剂选用偶氮二异丙基咪唑啉盐酸盐。
所述的贴标胶的制备方法,其特征在于:将去离子水加入反应釜中,启动搅拌,边升温边加入丙烯酸甲酯,待充分溶解后,加入丙烯腈升温至70-90度混合均匀,然后加入引发剂进行交联,最后加入氨水调节pH值,降温即得。
有益效果:本发明提供的贴标胶中,采用丙烯酸甲酯和丙烯腈作为主料,水溶性的偶氮二异丙基咪唑啉盐酸盐(AIBI)新型偶氮引发剂,因其不含氰基,分解产物无毒。相比其他引发剂而言,AIBME分解平稳,转化率高,生成的聚合物分解物为液体,聚合过程不出现残渣和结块。AIBI在低温、低浓度下能高效引发聚合,产生高线型和高分子质量聚合物。制得的贴标胶初粘强度大,干燥速度快,耐冷藏性能好,不起皱,不掉标,容易清洗。

下面结合实例对本发明做具体说明:
实施例1:一种贴标胶,组成如下:
丙烯酸甲酯4份,丙烯腈1份,引发剂过氧化苯甲酰0.2份,氨水8份,去离子水40份,份数均为质量份数。
实施例2:一种贴标胶,组成如下:
丙烯酸甲酯8份,丙烯腈 3 份,引发剂N, N-二甲基苯胺0.6份,氨水12份,去离子水50份,份数均为质量份数。
实施例3:一种贴标胶,组成如下:
丙烯酸甲酯6份,丙烯腈 2份,引发剂偶氮二异丙基咪唑啉盐酸盐0.4份,氨水10份,去离子水43.6份,份数均为质量份数。
实施例4:一种贴标胶,组成如下:
丙烯酸甲酯6份,丙烯腈 2份,引发剂偶氮二异丙基咪唑啉盐酸盐0.4份,氨水10份,去离子水45份,份数均为质量份数。
以上实施例得到的产品,经过实验测试:本发明提供的贴标胶中,采用丙烯酸甲酯和丙烯腈作为主料,水溶性的偶氮二异丙基咪唑啉盐酸盐(AIBI)新型偶氮引发剂,因其不含氰基,分解产物无毒。相比其他引发剂而言,AIBME分解平稳,转化率高,生成的聚合物分解物为液体,聚合过程不出现残渣和结块。AIBI在低温、低浓度下能高效引发聚合,产生高线型和高分子质量聚合物。制得的贴标胶初粘强度大,干燥速度快,耐冷藏性能好,不起皱,不掉标,容易清洗。

4.根据权利要求1所述的贴标胶,其特征在于:所述引发剂选用过氧化苯甲酰或N, N-二甲基苯胺。
5.根据权利要求1所述的贴标胶,其特征在于:所述引发剂选用偶氮二异丙基咪唑啉盐酸盐。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的贴标胶的制备方法,其特征在于:将去离子水加入反应釜中,启动搅拌,边升温边加入丙烯酸甲酯,待充分溶解后,加入丙烯腈升温至70-90度混合均匀,然后加入引发剂进行交联,最后加入氨水调节pH值,降温即得。
