Abstract

本发明公开了一种汽车车灯,包括车灯主体,所述车灯主体的底端设有收纳箱,所述车灯主体的正面右侧设有距离传感器,所述车灯主体的下表面设有底板,所述底板的左右两端均设有插槽,所述收纳箱的内部顶端左右两侧均设有电动伸缩杆,所述收纳箱的内部底端设有托板,所述托板通过弹簧与收纳箱相连。该汽车车灯,通过收纳箱、电动伸缩杆和托板的配合,距离传感器检测前方物体与车灯主体的感应距离,当距离传感器检测到前方物体距离车灯主体距离较近时电动伸缩杆回缩使车灯主体下落进收纳箱内,托板和弹簧的配合使车灯主体落入收纳箱内时对车灯主体进行保护,避免车灯主体损坏,减小了损失。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车技术领域,具体为一种汽车车灯。
背景技术
车灯,是安装于汽车车体前方或后方,在夜间或雾天照明前方道路,给予驾驶者较好的驾驶视野的装置,根据其用途也分为主车灯和雾灯,其性能的优劣影响着驾驶者的驾驶体验及驾驶安全,由于车灯的功能原因通常放置在汽车的四角方便照明,在出现交通事故时,车灯首先遭到撞击,导致车灯损坏,在现有技术中,例如申请号为201520970049.X的发明专利,包括灯座、光源、透镜及透光罩,透镜设置于灯座并位于透光罩与光源中间,灯座内设置有透镜安装座,透镜安装座的中部设置有与透镜形状相适配的安装孔,透镜两侧设置有穿过安装孔孔壁的转动轴,转动轴与孔壁之间设置有保持单一位置的限位组件,该专利虽然方便车灯转动,但在实际使用时,当距离前方车辆较近时,车灯不能自我保护,导致车灯极易损坏,造成不必要的损失。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种汽车车灯,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种汽车车灯,包括车灯主体,所述车灯主体的底端设有收纳箱,所述收纳箱的正面底端设有控制器,所述车灯主体的正面右侧设有距离传感器,所述距离传感器与控制器电性连接,所述车灯主体的下表面设有底板,所述底板的左右两端均设有插槽,所述收纳箱的内部顶端左右两侧均设有电动伸缩杆,所述电动伸缩杆与控制器电性连接,所述电动伸缩杆与插槽相匹配,所述收纳箱的内部底端设有托板,所述托板通过弹簧与收纳箱相连,所述托板的顶端设有橡胶垫,所述橡胶垫的上表面设有海绵垫。
优选的,所述距离传感器的外侧设有传感器固定座,所述传感器固定座包括外壳,所述外壳的内部顶端从左到右依次设有第一感应管、第二感应管和第三感应管,所述外壳的内部底端设有放置座,所述放置座通过支架与外壳相连。
优选的,所述车灯主体的内部设有灯板,所述车灯主体的底端设有散热板,所述灯板通过导气管与散热板相连,所述导气管贯穿车灯主体和散热板,所述导气管的底端设有出气口。
优选的,所述收纳箱的外壁右侧设有加固板。
优选的,所述车灯主体的外侧设有外罩。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该汽车车灯,通过收纳箱、电动伸缩杆和托板的配合,距离传感器检测前方物体与车灯主体的感应距离,当距离传感器检测到前方物体距离车灯主体距离较近时电动伸缩杆回缩使车灯主体下落进收纳箱内,托板和弹簧的配合使车灯主体落入收纳箱内时对车灯主体进行保护,避免车灯主体损坏,橡胶垫和海绵垫的配合进一步对车灯主体进行保护,使车灯可在撞击前自我保护,减小了损失。

请参阅图1-4,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种汽车车灯,包括车灯主体1,所述车灯主体1的外侧设有外罩6,所述车灯主体1的底端设有收纳箱4,所述收纳箱4的外壁右侧设有加固板11,通过设置加固板11对收纳箱4的外壁进行加固,所述收纳箱4的正面底端设有控制器5,所述车灯主体1的正面右侧设有距离传感器2,通过设置距离传感器2检测前方物体与车灯主体1的感应距离,所述距离传感器2与控制器5电性连接,所述距离传感器2的外侧设有传感器固定座3,所述传感器固定座3包括外壳301,所述外壳301的内部顶端从左到右依次设有第一感应管302、第二感应管303和第三感应管304,通过第一感应管302、第二感应管303和第三感应管304可对三个方向进行检测,所述外壳301的内部底端设有放置座305,所述放置座305通过支架306与外壳301相连,所述车灯主体1的下表面设有底板8,所述底板8的左右两端均设有插槽10,所述收纳箱4的内部顶端左右两侧均设有电动伸缩杆7,所述电动伸缩杆7与控制器5电性连接,所述电动伸缩杆7与插槽10相匹配,通过电动伸缩杆7与插槽10的配合对车灯主体1进行固定,当距离传感器2检测到前方物体距离车灯主体1距离较近时电动伸缩杆7回缩使车灯主体1下落进收纳箱4内,所述收纳箱4的内部底端设有托板13,所述托板13通过弹簧14与收纳箱4相连,通过托板13和弹簧14的配合使车灯主体1落入收纳箱4内时对车灯主体1进行保护,避免车灯主体1损坏,所述托板13的顶端设有橡胶垫12,所述橡胶垫12的上表面设有海绵垫9,通过橡胶垫12和海绵垫9的配合进一步对车灯主体1进行保护,所述车灯主体1的内部设有灯板15,所述车灯主体1的底端设有散热板17,所述灯板15通过导气管16与散热板17相连,所述导气管16贯穿车灯主体1和散热板17,所述导气管16的底端设有出气口18,通过导气管16和散热板17的配合对车灯主体1内产生的热量进行散发。
电动伸缩杆7与插槽10的配合对车灯主体1进行固定,距离传感器2检测前方物体与车灯主体1的感应距离,当距离传感器2检测到前方物体距离车灯主体1距离较近时电动伸缩杆7回缩使车灯主体1下落进收纳箱4内,托板13和弹簧14的配合使车灯主体1落入收纳箱4内时对车灯主体1进行保护,避免车灯主体1损坏,橡胶垫12和海绵垫9的配合进一步对车灯主体1进行保护。

1.一种汽车车灯,包括车灯主体(1),其特征在于:所述车灯主体(1)的底端设有收纳箱(4),所述收纳箱(4)的正面底端设有控制器(5),所述车灯主体(1)的正面右侧设有距离传感器(2),所述距离传感器(2)与控制器(5)电性连接,所述车灯主体(1)的下表面设有底板(8),所述底板(8)的左右两端均设有插槽(10),所述收纳箱(4)的内部顶端左右两侧均设有电动伸缩杆(7),所述电动伸缩杆(7)与控制器(5)电性连接,所述电动伸缩杆(7)与插槽(10)相匹配,所述收纳箱(4)的内部底端设有托板(13),所述托板(13)通过弹簧(14)与收纳箱(4)相连,所述托板(13)的顶端设有橡胶垫(12),所述橡胶垫(12)的上表面设有海绵垫(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车车灯,其特征在于:所述距离传感器(2)的外侧设有传感器固定座(3),所述传感器固定座(3)包括外壳(301),所述外壳(301)的内部顶端从左到右依次设有第一感应管(302)、第二感应管(303)和第三感应管(304),所述外壳(301)的内部底端设有放置座(305),所述放置座(305)通过支架(306)与外壳(301)相连。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车车灯,其特征在于:所述车灯主体(1)的内部设有灯板(15),所述车灯主体(1)的底端设有散热板(17),所述灯板(15)通过导气管(16)与散热板(17)相连,所述导气管(16)贯穿车灯主体(1)和散热板(17),所述导气管(16)的底端设有出气口(18)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车车灯,其特征在于:所述收纳箱(4)的外壁右侧设有加固板(11)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车车灯,其特征在于:所述车灯主体(1)的外侧设有外罩(6)。
