Abstract

本发明的目的是提供一种门铰链卷圆件自动焊接装置,通过设置工作台来安装可旋转的工装板,工装板上分布固定定位机构来放置待焊接的卷圆件,设置有挡板将工装板分为前后两部分,工装板后侧设置焊枪对旋转过来的卷圆件进行自动焊接,这样保护工人的视力;焊接完毕再旋转到工装板前侧通过下料气缸下料到下料箱内,十分方便,无需人工焊接操作;本发明结构简单易操作,可以高效快速的对卷圆件进行焊接,适用于生产中。

技术领域
本发明涉及箱门门铰链的生产领域,尤其涉及一种门铰链卷圆件自动焊接装置。
背景技术
我公司主要生产汽车后备箱,后备箱上的箱门有门铰链,门铰链上有卷圆件。卷圆件需要进行焊接成型,由于卷圆件比较小,工人需要一个个的焊接,效率低下且浪费人力,无法满足生产的需要,因此需要一种可以自动焊接卷圆件的装置供生产,因此解决上述问题就显得十分必要了。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种门铰链卷圆件自动焊接装置,通过设置工作台来安装可旋转的工装板,工装板上分布固定定位机构来放置待焊接的卷圆件,设置有挡板将工装板分为前后两部分,工装板后侧设置焊枪对旋转过来的卷圆件进行自动焊接,焊接完毕再旋转到工装板前侧通过下料气缸下料到下料箱内,十分方便,无需人操作,解决了背景技术中出现的问题。
本发明的目的是提供一种门铰链卷圆件自动焊接装置,包括有工作台,所述工作台顶部中间设置有逆时针旋转的旋转轴,旋转轴顶部设置有圆形的工装板,工装板上外侧均匀分布有固定定位机构;所述工作台顶部位于工装板两侧设置有支撑柱,两根支撑柱上方设置有挡板,挡板上方设置有吸灰腔,吸灰腔上方设置有控制箱;所述挡板位于工装板上方中间偏后位置处;所述工作台后侧设置有边板,边板上焊枪,焊枪左端对着工装板的后侧;所述工作台内顶部设置有旋转电机,旋转轴连接在旋转电机上。
进一步改进在于:所述固定定位机构包括有中间的固定腔,固定腔两侧设置有定位凸柱。
进一步改进在于:所述工作台设置有下料台,下料台上方设置有下料箱,工装板左侧与下料箱之间设置有下料板。
进一步改进在于:所述挡板前侧设置有下料气缸,下料气缸左侧设置有推动板,推动板位于工装板左侧上方。
本发明的有益效果:本发明通过设置工作台来安装可旋转的工装板,工装板上分布固定定位机构来放置待焊接的卷圆件,设置有挡板将工装板分为前后两部分,工装板后侧设置焊枪对旋转过来的卷圆件进行自动焊接,这样保护工人的视力;焊接完毕再旋转到工装板前侧通过下料气缸下料到下料箱内,十分方便,无需人工焊接操作;本发明结构简单易操作,可以高效快速的对卷圆件进行焊接,适用于生产中。

为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合实施例对本发明作进一步详述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。
如图1-3所示,本实施例提供一种门铰链卷圆件自动焊接装置,包括有工作台1,所述工作台1顶部中间设置有逆时针旋转的旋转轴2,旋转轴2顶部设置有圆形的工装板3,工装板3上外侧均匀分布有固定定位机构;所述工作台1顶部位于工装板3两侧设置有支撑柱4,两根支撑柱4上方设置有挡板5,挡板5上方设置有吸灰腔6,吸灰腔6上方设置有控制箱7;所述挡板5位于工装板3上方中间偏后位置处;所述工作台1后侧设置有边板8,边板8上焊枪9,焊枪9左端对着工装板3的后侧;所述工作台1内顶部设置有旋转电机10,旋转轴2连接在旋转电机10上。所述固定定位机构包括有中间的固定腔11,固定腔11两侧设置有定位凸柱12。所述工作台1设置有下料台13,下料台13上方设置有下料箱14,工装板3左侧与下料箱14之间设置有下料板15。所述挡板5前侧设置有下料气缸16,下料气缸16左侧设置有推动板17,推动板17位于工装板3左侧上方。
通过设置工作台1来安装可旋转的工装板3,工装板3上分布固定定位机构来放置待焊接的卷圆件,设置有挡板5将工装板3分为前后两部分,工装板3后侧设置焊枪9对旋转过来的卷圆件进行自动焊接,这样保护工人的视力;焊接完毕再旋转到工装板3前侧通过下料气缸16下料到下料箱14内,十分方便,无需人工焊接操作;本实施例结构简单易操作,可以高效快速的对卷圆件进行焊接,适用于生产中。

1.一种门铰链卷圆件自动焊接装置,包括有工作台(1),其特征在于:所述工作台(1)顶部中间设置有逆时针旋转的旋转轴(2),旋转轴(2)顶部设置有圆形的工装板(3),工装板(3)上外侧均匀分布有固定定位机构;所述工作台(1)顶部位于工装板(3)两侧设置有支撑柱(4),两根支撑柱(4)上方设置有挡板(5),挡板(5)上方设置有吸灰腔(6),吸灰腔(6)上方设置有控制箱(7);所述挡板(5)位于工装板(3)上方中间偏后位置处;所述工作台(1)后侧设置有边板(8),边板(8)上焊枪(9),焊枪(9)左端对着工装板(3)的后侧;所述工作台(1)内顶部设置有旋转电机(10),旋转轴(2)连接在旋转电机(10)上。
2.如权利要求1所述门铰链卷圆件自动焊接装置,其特征在于:所述固定定位机构包括有中间的固定腔(11),固定腔(11)两侧设置有定位凸柱(12)。
3.如权利要求1所述门铰链卷圆件自动焊接装置,其特征在于:所述工作台(1)设置有下料台(13),下料台(13)上方设置有下料箱(14),工装板(3)左侧与下料箱(14)之间设置有下料板(15)。
4.如权利要求3所述门铰链卷圆件自动焊接装置,其特征在于:所述挡板(5)前侧设置有下料气缸(16),下料气缸(16)左侧设置有推动板(17),推动板(17)位于工装板(3)左侧上方。
