Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种保健器领域，更确切地说是一种自发热保温中药乳膜。
背景技术
乳腺是受内分泌影响的器官。在每一次月经周期里面，雌激素及黄体素周期性致使乳腺组织增生(“涨潮”性充血)与复旧的变化。如果雌激素产生过多，与黄体素的比例失衡，乳腺组织增生后复旧不全，造成乳腺结构紊乱等，称为乳腺小叶增生。小叶增生通常发生于双侧乳腺，但其中一侧更为明显。患者常感觉乳房胀痛，特别是月经来潮前一周内尤甚。
引起乳腺小叶增生的原因很多，但主要与内分泌失调或精神情志有密切关系。育龄期妇女的乳腺受卵巢内分泌所控制，一旦卵巢功能受到某种因素的影响，例如情绪不稳定、心情不舒畅、过度劳累、性生活不和谐、生活环境变迁，或者过食含有激素的滋补品和长期使用含有激素成分的化妆品等等，均可影响人体内雌孕激素分泌的比例失调或分泌节律紊乱而引起乳腺组织增生。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种自发热保温中药乳膜及其制备方法。
本发明采用以下技术方案：
一种自发热保温中药乳膜，包括罩于乳房的罩体、发热薄层及药物凝胶贴，所述罩体由第一柔性材料层和第二柔性材料层组成，所述第二柔性材料层上设有若干出气孔，所述发热薄层由PE透气膜封闭铁粉、活性炭和氯化钠构成，所述发热薄层位于罩体第一柔性材料层和第二柔性材料层之间，所述药物凝胶贴固定于所述发热薄层上，且所述药物凝胶贴处于第二柔性材料层与所述发热薄层之间，且所述药物凝胶贴包括质量份数如下的各组分：陈艾艾绒15-25份、香附0.3-0.7份、柴胡0.3-0.7份、郁金0.3-0.7份、乳香0.2-0.5份、地龙0.2-0.5份、丹参0.3-0.7份、桃仁0.3-0.7份、红花0.2-0.5份、三七0.3-0.7份、穿山甲0.2-0.5份、苍术0.3-0.7份和王不留行0.2-0.5份。
还包括固定带，且所述固定带由一层第一柔性材料层组成。
陈艾艾绒20份、香附0.5份、柴胡0.5份、郁金0.5份、地龙0.3份、丹参0.5份、桃仁0.5份、红花0.3份、三七0.5份、穿山甲0.3份、苍术0.5份和王不留行0.3份。
所述药物凝胶贴还包括质量份数如下的各组分：白芍、路路通、桔叶、淫羊藿各0.5份。

一种自发热保温中药乳膜的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
1)按照比例，称取陈艾艾绒、香附、柴胡、郁金、乳香、地龙、丹参、桃仁、红花、三七、穿山甲、苍术、王不留行，加入水浸泡煎煮提取后浓缩得到相对密度为1.5～1.6g/mL的药液，然后加入乙醇，充分搅拌，静置过夜后滤过，滤液经减压回收溶剂至无醇味，水浴浓缩制得相对密度为1.62～1.65g/mL浓缩药液；
2)按照比例，称白芍、路路通、桔叶、淫羊藿，粉碎，过三号筛，置超临界流体萃取装置中，制得萃取物；
3)按照比例，称取丁公藤、补骨脂、川芎、五灵脂、羌活、杏仁、没药、麻黄、蚕沙、香附、菟丝子、当归、厚朴、牡丹皮、皂荚、陈皮、黄精、桂枝、鹿角霜、荔枝核、橘核，采用超微粉碎工艺，粉碎成粒径不超过300μm的细粉；
4)按照比例，称取聚乙烯醇和明胶，依次加入到步骤1)的提取液中，50～70℃恒温条件下连续搅拌，使加入的辅料完全溶解并混合均匀；
5)称取羧甲基纤维素，高岭土，聚乙烯吡咯烷酮，量取甘油，依次加入到步骤4)混合药液中，60～80℃恒温条件下连续搅拌，使辅料与药液混合均匀；
6)取步骤2)的萃取物，步骤3)的细粉，依次加入到步骤5)的混合物中，搅拌均匀，超声消泡。
本发明的优点是：本发明可以疏肝解郁、通络止痛、活血化瘀、消淤散结，改善血液循环，调理乳腺增生、小叶增生、乳房结节等。传统的采用艾灸或者是膏剂来作为乳贴，使用、清洁不方便，容易烫伤，无法达到均匀温热的效果；艾绒的药气和中药的药气互相作用，通过持续的温热作用，大大的增强其渗透能力。

如图1、2所示，一种自发热保温中药乳膜，包括两个罩于乳房的罩体3、发热薄层及药物凝胶贴，所述罩体由第一柔性材料层和第二柔性材料层组成，所述第二柔性材料层上设有若干出气孔31，所述发热薄层由PE透气膜封闭铁粉、活性炭和氯化钠构成，发热薄层位于罩体第一柔性材料层和第二柔性材料层之间，所述药物凝胶贴固定于所述发热薄层上，且所述药物凝胶贴处于第二柔性材料层与所述发热薄层之间。还包括固定带1，且所述固定带由第一柔性材料层组成，且固定带上设有连接件11，通过连接件两端固定于人体身上。两个罩体之间通过一连接件2连接固定。发热薄层的PE透气膜内附有铁粉3g、活性炭1g、NaCl 1.5g。
本发明可以疏肝解郁、通络止痛、活血化瘀、消淤散结，改善血液循环，调理乳腺增生、小叶增生、乳房结节等。传统的采用艾灸或者是膏剂来作为乳贴，使用、清洁不方便，容易烫伤，无法达到均匀温热的效果；本发明通过发热薄层持续发热对药物凝胶贴持续加热，使用简单方便，通过持续的温热作用，大大的增强其渗透能力。
所述药物凝胶贴包括质量份数如下的各组分：陈艾艾绒15-25份、香附0.3-0.7份、柴胡0.3-0.7份、郁金0.3-0.7份、乳香0.2-0.5份、地龙0.2-0.5份、丹参0.3-0.7份、桃仁0.3-0.7份、红花0.2-0.5份、三七0.3-0.7份、穿山甲0.2-0.5份、苍术0.3-0.7份、王不留行0.2-0.5份，所述药物凝胶贴还包括：白芍、路路通、桔叶、淫羊藿各0.5份。
一种自发热保温中药乳膜的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
1)按照比例，称取陈艾艾绒、香附、柴胡、郁金、乳香、地龙、丹参、桃仁、红花、三七、穿山甲、苍术、王不留行、，加入水浸泡煎煮提取后浓缩得到相对密度为1.5～1.6g/mL的药液，然后加入乙醇，充分搅拌，静置过夜后滤过，滤液经减压回收溶剂至无醇味，水浴浓缩制得相对密度为1.62～1.65g/mL浓缩药液；

实施例2
为了验证本中药软膏(实施例1)对治疗乳腺小叶增生是否具有疗效，根据卫生部制定的《中药新药临床研究指导原则》为诊断依据，共175例乳腺小叶增生患者，平均年龄为35岁。随机划分为给药组和对照组。在实验之前的一天，记录病人的身体状况，每天查看一下患者身体症状，确保给药组和对照组情况基本一致。给药组每天使用本产品实施例1所得产品，使用时，先将双手和乳房用温水清洗干净7天为一个疗程。实验组使用其他治疗乳腺小叶增生的药物(常规治疗乳腺小叶增生的药物)每天查看患者身体状况，做好记录。判定标准，治愈：不适症状消失，有效：不适症状基本消失，无效：不适症状无变化。
疗效分析：给药组(本发明中药软膏)使用14天时大多数病人感觉症状明显减轻，患处明显感觉有好转，病人情绪好转，用药28天时病人基本痊愈，停药一段时间未见反复，病情得到较好控制。对照组服药后治愈效果明显，但是停药后98％的患者又复发。
经临床试验证明，本发明在治疗乳腺小叶增生上，有效率为97％，治愈率为94％，比其他治疗乳腺小叶增生的药有效率高出15％，治愈率高出39％，且能够彻底去除病根，使患者真正的痊愈；且不会对患者的身体造成任何负担。本发明中药软膏见效快，能够达到迅速缓解病人痛苦的目的，且复发率低，。

Claims (8)
1.一种自发热保温中药乳膜，其特征在于，包括罩于乳房的罩体、发热薄层及药物凝胶贴，所述罩体由第一柔性材料层和第二柔性材料层组成，所述第二柔性材料层上设有若干出气孔，所述发热薄层由PE透气膜封闭铁粉、活性炭和氯化钠构成，所述发热薄层位于罩体第一柔性材料层和第二柔性材料层之间，所述药物凝胶贴固定于所述发热薄层上，且所述药物凝胶贴处于第二柔性材料层与所述发热薄层之间，且所述药物凝胶贴包括质量份数如下的各组分：陈艾艾绒15-25份、香附0.3-0.7份、柴胡0.3-0.7份、郁金0.3-0.7份、乳香0.2-0.5份、地龙0.2-0.5份、丹参0.3-0.7份、桃仁0.3-0.7份、红花0.2-0.5份、三七0.3-0.7份、穿山甲0.2-0.5份、苍术0.3-0.7份和王不留行0.2-0.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自发热保温中药乳膜，其特征在于，还包括固定带，且所述固定带由第一柔性材料层组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的自发热保温中药乳膜，其特征在于，各组分的质量份数为：陈艾艾绒20份、香附0.5份、柴胡0.5份、郁金0.5份、地龙0.3份、丹参0.5份、桃仁0.5份、红花0.3份、三七0.5份、穿山甲0.3份、苍术0.5份和王不留行0.3份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的自发热保温中药乳膜，其特征在于，所述药物凝胶贴还包括质量份数如下的各组分：白芍、路路通、桔叶、淫羊藿各0.5份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的自发热保温中药乳膜，其特征在于，还包括质量份数如下的各组分：丁公藤0.16份、补骨脂0.8份、川芎0.7份、五灵脂0.5份、羌活0.4份、杏仁0.5份、没药0.6份、麻黄0.3份、蚕沙0.3份、香附0.2份、菟丝子0.3份、当归0.2份、厚朴0.4份。
6.根据权利要求5所述的自发热保温中药乳膜，其特征在于，还包括质量份数如下的各组分：牡丹皮0.8份、皂荚0.3份、陈皮0.3份、黄精0.4份、桂枝0.4份。
7.根据权利要求6所述的自发热保温中药乳膜，其特征在于，还包括质量份数如下的各组分：鹿角霜0.2份、荔枝核0.1份、橘核0.1份。
8.一种自发热保温中药乳膜的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
1)按照比例，称取陈艾艾绒、香附、柴胡、郁金、乳香、地龙、丹参、桃仁、红花、三七、穿山甲、苍术、王不留行，加入水浸泡煎煮提取后浓缩得到相对密度为1.5～1.6g/mL的药液，然后加入乙醇，充分搅拌，静置过夜后滤过，滤液经减压回收溶剂至无醇味，水浴浓缩制得相对密度为1.62～1.65g/mL浓缩药液；
2)按照比例，称白芍、路路通、桔叶、淫羊藿，粉碎，过三号筛，置超临界流体萃取装置中，制得萃取物；
3)按照比例，称取丁公藤、补骨脂、川芎、五灵脂、羌活、杏仁、没药、麻黄、蚕沙、香附、菟丝子、当归、厚朴、牡丹皮、皂荚、陈皮、黄精、桂枝、鹿角霜、荔枝核、橘核，采用超微粉碎工艺，粉碎成粒径不超过300μm的细粉；
4)按照比例，称取聚乙烯醇和明胶，依次加入到步骤1)的提取液中，50～70℃恒温条件下连续搅拌，使加入的辅料完全溶解并混合均匀；
5)称取羧甲基纤维素，高岭土，聚乙烯吡咯烷酮，量取甘油，依次加入到步骤4)混合药液中，60～80℃恒温条件下连续搅拌，使辅料与药液混合均匀；
6)取步骤2)的萃取物，步骤3)的细粉，依次加入到步骤5)的混合物中，搅拌均匀，超声消泡。
