Abstract

本发明公开了一种耐高温的塑胶颜料组合物,其包括以下重量份数的原料:着色粉8~15份、EVA蜡1~3份、聚四氟乙烯微粉3~7份、苯甲酸钠1~2份、抗氧剂DNP0.5~1份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮0.5~1份、硬脂酸钙0.5~1份、纳米级羟基磷灰石粉1~2份、钛白粉0.5~1份、分散剂NNO2~4份及分散剂MF1~3份;所述的着色粉为钴蓝、钴绿或钛镍黄。本发明提供的一种耐高温的塑胶颜料组合物采用环保性的原料混合而成,环保性能优良;在使用过程中的分散性及耐热稳定性良好,实用性广,与塑质材料的相容性较好,同时本发明的塑胶颜料组合物使用方便,着色加工操作简便,着色效果好。

一种耐高温的塑胶颜料组合物
技术领域
本发明涉及一种颜料,尤其涉及一种耐高温的塑胶颜料组合物。
背景技术
塑胶颜料是指赋于塑料各种颜色以制成特定色泽的塑料制品的一种工业用品。塑胶颜料应能经受塑料加工成型处理中的各项工艺条件,以制成特定色泽的塑料制品。因此塑胶颜料应当具有良好的色彩性能以及易分散性和耐热性。为了增加塑料产品的商品价值,从之前单纯追求美观,发展到对着色产品安全性、稳定性和高性能等提出了更高的要求,因此塑胶颜料还应当在塑料制品使用条件下具有良好的无毒性、耐候性、耐迁移性、耐化学药品性等应用性能。目前使用的塑胶颜料大多不具备高温稳定性,不适合较高温条件下加工的塑料,如工程塑料ABS、HDPE等的着色,而有耐高温性能的塑胶颜料的分散性较差,限制了塑胶颜料的应用。
发明内容
针对现有技术不足,本发明提供了一种高温稳定性及分散性良好的塑胶颜料组合物。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案为:一种耐高温的塑胶颜料组合物,包括以下重量份数的原料:着色粉8~15份、EVA蜡1~3份、聚四氟乙烯微粉3~7份、苯甲酸钠1~2份、抗氧剂DNP0.5~1份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮0.5~1份、硬脂酸钙0.5~1份、纳米级羟基磷灰石粉1~2份、钛白粉0.5~1份、分散剂NNO2~4份及分散剂MF1~3份;
所述的着色粉为钴蓝、钴绿或钛镍黄。
进一步地,所述一种耐高温的塑胶颜料组合物,包括以下重量份数的原料:着色粉12份、EVA蜡2份、聚四氟乙烯微粉5份、苯甲酸钠1.5份、抗氧剂DNP0.7份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮0.7份、硬脂酸钙0.8份、纳米级羟基磷灰石粉1.5份、钛白粉0.8份、分散剂NNO3份及分散剂MF2份。
具体的,在使用过程中,将上述原料充分混合均匀并根据使用需要,与少量载体树脂如聚乙烯蜡、EVA蜡、氧化聚乙烯蜡、聚丙烯蜡或者需要着色的塑胶进行预混合、螺杆挤出、切粒、干燥等操作制备成色母粒料,利用色母粒料进行塑胶的着色加工。
与现有技术相比,本发明具备的有益效果:本发明提供的一种耐高温的塑胶颜料组合物采用环保性的原料混合而成,环保性能优良;在使用过程中的分散性良好,保证了着色体表面的细腻光滑及内部着色的均匀性;本发明的塑胶颜料组合物耐热稳定性良好,耐热温度可达300℃,适用于须较高温条件下加工的塑料如工程塑料ABS、HDPE等的着色;实用性广,与塑质材料的相容性较好,可适用于各种需要着色加工的塑质材料并对塑质材料无结构性影响,保持塑质材料原有的特质;同时本发明的塑胶颜料组合物使用方便,着色加工操作简便,着色效果好。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步的说明。
实施例1:一种耐高温的塑胶颜料组合物,包括以下重量份数的原料:着色粉12份、EVA蜡2份、聚四氟乙烯微粉5份、苯甲酸钠1.5份、抗氧剂DNP0.7份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮0.7份、硬脂酸钙0.8份、纳米级羟基磷灰石粉1.5份、钛白粉0.8份、分散剂NNO3份及分散剂MF2份,所述的着色粉为钴蓝。
实施例2:一种耐高温的塑胶颜料组合物,包括以下重量份数的原料:着色粉8份、EVA蜡1份、聚四氟乙烯微粉3份、苯甲酸钠1份、抗氧剂DNP0.5份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮0.5~1份、硬脂酸钙0.5份、纳米级羟基磷灰石粉1份、钛白粉0.5份、分散剂NNO2份及分散剂MF1份,所述的着色粉为钴绿。
实施例3:一种耐高温的塑胶颜料组合物,包括以下重量份数的原料:着色粉15份、EVA蜡3份、聚四氟乙烯微粉7份、苯甲酸钠2份、抗氧剂DNP1份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1份、硬脂酸钙1份、纳米级羟基磷灰石粉2份、钛白粉1份、分散剂NNO4份及分散剂MF3份,所述的着色粉为钛镍黄。
实施例4:一种耐高温的塑胶颜料组合物,包括以下重量份数的原料:着色粉8份、EVA蜡1份、聚四氟乙烯微粉7份、苯甲酸钠1份、抗氧剂DNP1份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮0.5份、硬脂酸钙1份、纳米级羟基磷灰石粉2份、钛白粉0.5份、分散剂NNO4份及分散剂MF1份,所述的着色粉为钴蓝。
实施例5:一种耐高温的塑胶颜料组合物,包括以下重量份数的原料:着色粉12份、EVA蜡3份、聚四氟乙烯微粉3份、苯甲酸钠2份、抗氧剂DNP0.5份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1份、硬脂酸钙0.5份、纳米级羟基磷灰石粉1份、钛白粉1份、分散剂NNO2份及分散剂MF3份,所述的着色粉为钴绿。
实施例6:一种耐高温的塑胶颜料组合物,包括以下重量份数的原料:着色粉10份、EVA蜡1.3份、聚四氟乙烯微粉6份、苯甲酸钠1.7份、抗氧剂DNP0.6份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮0.9份、硬脂酸钙0.7份、纳米级羟基磷灰石粉1.2份、钛白粉0.6份、分散剂NNO2.5份及分散剂MF2.5份,所述的着色粉为钛镍黄。
在使用时,将实施例1-6所述的原料充分混合均匀并根据使用需要,与少量载体树脂如聚乙烯蜡、EVA蜡、氧化聚乙烯蜡、聚丙烯蜡或者需要着色的塑胶进行预混合、螺杆挤出、切粒、干燥等操作制备成色母粒料,利用色母粒料进行塑胶的着色加工。
对比例1:一种耐高温的塑胶颜料组合物,包括以下重量份数的原料:着色粉12份、EVA蜡2份、聚四氟乙烯微粉5份、苯甲酸钠1.5份、抗氧剂DNP0.7份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮0.7份、硬脂酸钙0.8份、纳米级羟基磷灰石粉1.5份、钛白粉0.8份,所述的着色粉为钴蓝。
对比例2:一种耐高温的塑胶颜料组合物,包括以下重量份数的原料:着色粉12份、EVA蜡2份、聚四氟乙烯微粉5份、苯甲酸钠1.5份、抗氧剂DNP0.7份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮0.7份、硬脂酸钙0.8份、纳米级羟基磷灰石粉1.5份、钛白粉0.8份及分散剂MF2份,所述的着色粉为钴蓝。
对比例3:一种耐高温的塑胶颜料组合物,包括以下重量份数的原料:着色粉12份、EVA蜡2份、聚四氟乙烯微粉5份、苯甲酸钠1.5份、抗氧剂DNP0.7份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮0.7份、硬脂酸钙0.8份、纳米级羟基磷灰石粉1.5份、钛白粉0.8份及分散剂NNO3份,所述的着色粉为钴蓝。
为了测试本发明的性能,将实施例1-6所述的原料充分混合均匀并与少量的聚乙烯蜡载体进行预混合、螺杆挤出以及切粒、干燥操作后制备成色母粒料,并利用色母粒料对PVA材料进行着色加工,对比例1-3所得的产品进行相同的操作及着色加工处理。测试结果如下表所示:
结果显示,未进行着色处理的实施例1-6及对比例的颜料组合物耐高温温度均大于300℃,颜料组合物具有良好的耐高温稳定性;实施例1-6的颜料组合物着色PVA介质的着色率为105-109%,对比例的颜料组合物着色PVA介质的着色率相对较低,着色效果不如实施例1-6的产品;实施例1-6的颜料组合物着色PVA所得产品的表面及内部着色均匀性优良不存在肉眼可见的不均匀着色点,对比例1、2的颜料组合物着色PVA所得产品的表面及内部的着色均匀性良好,存在不明显的不均匀着色点,而对比例3的产品着色PVA所得产品的表面及内部的着色均匀性较差,着色浓度不均匀,即颜料在PVA内部的分散性较差,存在肉眼可见的色泽不均一性。

Claims (5)

1.一种耐高温的塑胶颜料组合物,其特征在于:包括以下重量份数的原料:着色粉8~15份、EVA蜡1~3份、聚四氟乙烯微粉3~7份、苯甲酸钠1~2份、抗氧剂DNP0.5~1份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮0.5~1份、硬脂酸钙0.5~1份、纳米级羟基磷灰石粉1~2份、钛白粉0.5~1份、分散剂NNO2~4份及分散剂MF1~3份;
所述的着色粉为钴蓝、钴绿或钛镍黄。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温的塑胶颜料组合物,其特征在于:包括以下重量份数的原料:着色粉12份、EVA蜡2份、聚四氟乙烯微粉5份、苯甲酸钠1.5份、抗氧剂DNP0.7份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮0.7份、硬脂酸钙0.8份、纳米级羟基磷灰石粉1.5份、钛白粉0.8份、分散剂NNO3份及分散剂MF2份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温的塑胶颜料组合物,其特征在于:包括以下重量份数的原料:着色粉8份、EVA蜡1份、聚四氟乙烯微粉3份、苯甲酸钠1份、抗氧剂DNP0.5份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮0.5~1份、硬脂酸钙0.5份、纳米级羟基磷灰石粉1份、钛白粉0.5份、分散剂NNO2份及分散剂MF1份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温的塑胶颜料组合物,其特征在于:包括以下重量份数的原料:着色粉15份、EVA蜡3份、聚四氟乙烯微粉7份、苯甲酸钠2份、抗氧剂DNP1份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1份、硬脂酸钙1份、纳米级羟基磷灰石粉2份、钛白粉1份、分散剂NNO4份及分散剂MF3份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温的塑胶颜料组合物,其特征在于:包括以下重量份数的原料:着色粉8份、EVA蜡1份、聚四氟乙烯微粉7份、苯甲酸钠1份、抗氧剂DNP1份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮0.5份、硬脂酸钙1份、纳米级羟基磷灰石粉2份、钛白粉0.5份、分散剂NNO4份及分散剂MF1份,所述的着色粉为钴蓝。
