本发明公开了一种汽车油箱保护结构,包括汽车油箱,所述汽车油箱的外侧设有保护箱,所述保护箱的外侧设有挡板,所述挡板包括抗压板,所述抗压板的内侧设有夹板,所述挡板通过缓冲件与保护箱相连,所述缓冲件包括筒体,所述筒体的外壁设有凹槽,所述筒体的内壁设有滑道,所述滑道左右两端设有卡座,所述卡座的内侧设有第一弹簧,所述第一弹簧的内侧设有卡块,所述卡块的内侧设有滑块,所述筒体的内部设有连接块,所述连接块通过连杆与滑块相连。该汽车油箱保护结构,通过保护箱、挡板和缓冲件的配合下,可以使汽车油箱在发生意外碰撞中有一个很好的缓冲,防止汽车油箱发生意外撞击时容易受到损坏,避免了不可预知的危险。

技术领域
本发明涉及油箱技术领域,具体为一种汽车油箱保护结构。
背景技术
目前,客车在发生事故时其油箱的安全引起了整个行业和国家的重视,因为在事故中,油箱一旦因剧烈冲击而破裂后起火将会产生严重的后果甚至车毁人亡,所以国家在新的客车安全标准中规定油箱一定要置于前轮中心后,之前的行业内习惯将油箱布置在前轮前,以便最少的占用行李舱空间,现今布置在前轮中心后则需要在原行李舱处单独划出油箱舱,以保证车辆受到正面碰撞时有足够的缓冲区域来保证油箱的安全,但这种结构当车辆在受到侧面碰撞时对油箱的安全却没有得到保证,即油箱虽然距离车头远了,但是油箱距离车身两侧的距离没有变化,特别是现在受到成本和轻量化的诉求,越来越多的油箱使用塑料材质制成,其吸收冲击能力更弱,例如专利号为201520395731.0的专利,包括用来承载油箱的底座总成、焊接在底座总成上用来保护油箱的保护框总成以及固定于车身上的滑轨,滑轨沿车身的宽度方向设置,且底座总成与滑轨构成滑动配合,虽然一定程度的保证了油箱的安全,但其缓冲能力差,抗撞击能力差,不能很好的保护油箱,发生意外撞击时油箱容易受到损坏,从而发生不可预知的危险。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种汽车油箱保护结构,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种汽车油箱保护结构,包括汽车油箱,所述汽车油箱的顶端设有进油口,所述汽车油箱的外侧设有保护箱,所述保护箱的外侧设有挡板,所述挡板包括抗压板,所述抗压板的内侧设有夹板,所述挡板通过缓冲件与保护箱相连,所述缓冲件包括筒体,所述筒体的外壁设有凹槽,所述筒体的内壁设有滑道,所述滑道左右两端设有卡座,所述卡座的内侧设有第一弹簧,所述第一弹簧的内侧设有卡块,所述卡块的内侧设有滑块,所述滑块与滑道滑动连接,所述筒体的内部设有连接块,所述连接块通过连杆与滑块相连,所述连杆通过铰链分别与连接块和滑块相连,所述筒体的内侧设有外缸体和内柱体,所述内柱体与外缸体滑动连接。
优选的,所述内柱体的外部设有第二弹簧。
优选的,所述汽车油箱与保护箱的连接处设有防静电填充物。
优选的,所述连杆的外壁设有加强筋。
优选的,所述汽车油箱的底端设有减震垫。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该汽车油箱保护结构,通过保护箱、挡板和缓冲件的配合下,可以使汽车油箱在发生意外碰撞中有一个很好的缓冲,当挡板受到撞击时,缓冲件对撞击力进行缓冲,缓冲效果好,抗撞击能力强,可以很好的保证了油箱的安全性,防止汽车油箱发生意外撞击时容易受到损坏,避免了不可预知的危险。

请参阅图1-5,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种汽车油箱保护结构,包括汽车油箱1,所述汽车油箱1的顶端设有进油口2,通过进油口2向汽车油箱1内加油,所述汽车油箱1的外侧设有保护箱3,保护箱3对汽车油箱1起到很好的保护作用,所述保护箱3的外侧设有挡板4,挡板4起到承受和传递撞击力的作用,所述挡板4包括抗压板401,抗压板401有很好的抗压性,所述抗压板401的内侧设有夹板402,所述挡板4通过缓冲件5与保护箱3相连,缓冲件5起到缓冲作用,所述缓冲件5包括筒体501,筒体501的数量为两个,所述筒体501的外壁设有凹槽507,所述筒体501的内壁设有滑道502,所述滑道502左右两端设有卡座503,所述卡座503的内侧设有第一弹簧504,第一弹簧504起到缓冲作用,所述第一弹簧504的内侧设有卡块505,所述卡块505的内侧设有滑块506,滑块506在滑道502上滑动,卡块505限制滑块506的位置,防止滑块506脱离筒体501,所述滑块506与滑道502滑动连接,所述筒体501的内部设有连接块508,连接块508起到衔接作用,所述连接块508通过连杆509与滑块506相连,所述连杆509通过铰链510分别与连接块508和滑块506相连,所述筒体501的内侧设有外缸体511和内柱体512,内柱体512在外缸体511内部滑动,所述内柱体512与外缸体511滑动连接,当汽车发生意外事故汽车油箱受到碰撞时,碰撞时产生的撞击力,挡板4将产生的撞击力传递到筒体501,内柱体512向外缸体511内部滑动,在连杆509、铰链510和连接块508的作用下,滑块506挤压第一弹簧504,第一弹簧504起到很好的缓冲作用,所述内柱体512的外部设有第二弹簧513,第二弹簧513起到双重缓冲作用,所述汽车油箱1与保护箱3的连接处设有防静电填充物6,防静电填充物6的作用是防止静电的产生,避免汽车油箱1发生危险,所述连杆509的外壁设有加强筋514,所述汽车油箱1的底端设有减震垫7。
当汽车发生意外事故汽车油箱1受到碰撞时,碰撞时产生的撞击力,挡板4将产生的撞击力传递到筒体501,内柱体512向外缸体511内部滑动,在连杆509、铰链510和连接块508的作用下,滑块506挤压第一弹簧504,第一弹簧504起到很好的缓冲作用,卡块505限制滑块506的位置,防止滑块506脱离筒体501,该装置可以防止汽车油箱发生意外撞击时容易受到损坏,避免了不可预知的危险。

1.一种汽车油箱保护结构,包括汽车油箱(1),所述汽车油箱(1)的顶端设有进油口(2),其特征在于:所述汽车油箱(1)的外侧设有保护箱(3),所述保护箱(3)的外侧设有挡板(4),所述挡板(4)包括抗压板(401),所述抗压板(401)的内侧设有夹板(402),所述挡板(4)通过缓冲件(5)与保护箱(3)相连,所述缓冲件(5)包括筒体(501),所述筒体(501)的外壁设有凹槽(507),所述筒体(501)的内壁设有滑道(502),所述滑道(502)左右两端设有卡座(503),所述卡座(503)的内侧设有第一弹簧(504),所述第一弹簧(504)的内侧设有卡块(505),所述卡块(505)的内侧设有滑块(506),所述滑块(506)与滑道(502)滑动连接,所述筒体(501)的内部设有连接块(508),所述连接块(508)通过连杆(509)与滑块(506)相连,所述连杆(509)通过铰链(510)分别与连接块(508)和滑块(506)相连,所述筒体(501)的内侧设有外缸体(511)和内柱体(512),所述内柱体(512)与外缸体(511)滑动连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车油箱保护结构,其特征在于:所述内柱体(512)的外部设有第二弹簧(513)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车油箱保护结构,其特征在于:所述汽车油箱(1)与保护箱(3)的连接处设有防静电填充物(6)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车油箱保护结构,其特征在于:所述连杆(509)的外壁设有加强筋(514)。
