Abstract

本发明涉及一种塑料吨桶焊接装置。其特点是包括机架,机架上有底板,底板上有竖板。竖板一侧的底板上固定有气缸,气缸的活塞杆穿出在竖板之外。竖板另一侧有两个导杆,两个导杆的纵向相平行且与竖板的板面垂直,它们的一端均固定在竖板上,它们的另一端固定有第一夹具。第一夹具与竖板间依次有电热板、第二夹具和推架,第二夹具和推架上均有两个杆孔,所述两个导杆分别穿入两个杆孔内,使得第二夹具和推架均可沿导杆前后移动。第二夹具与推架的对侧间均有第一连杆,汽缸的活塞杆外端与推架相连。采用这种装置,可减轻劳动强度,提高焊接质量。适用于塑料吨桶的接口与管接口间的焊接。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种塑料管接口焊接设备。具体说,是用来将装置。
背景技术
在塑料桶生产行业都知道,大容量的塑料桶由于其体积较大,无法用模具或挤塑机加工,只能采用吹塑方法加工而成。由于这种大容量塑料桶采用吹塑方法加工而成,其出口处的管接口无法在吹塑过程中一次成型,这就需要在在桶体吹塑成型后,再在其出口处焊接便于与管道连接的管接口。目前,塑料吨桶出口与管接口焊接的方法大都是手工焊接方法是一手握住住加热板,另一只手握住管接口,直接相互加热后,取出加热板,使管接口与熟料吨桶的出口对接。虽然采用螺纹管接口加密封圈连接和手工焊接方法都可以实现塑料吨桶出口与管接口间的连接,但焊接时劳动强度大,焊接质量难以保证。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是提供一种塑料吨桶焊接装置。采用这种装置,可减轻劳动强度,提高焊接质量。
本发明要解决的上述问题由以下技术方案实现:
本发明的塑料吨桶焊接装置特点是包括机架,机架上有底板,底板上有竖板。竖板一侧的底板上固定有气缸,气缸的活塞杆穿出在竖板之外。竖板另一侧有两个导杆,两个导杆的纵向相平行且与竖板的板面垂直,它们的一端均固定在竖板上,它们的另一端固定有第一夹具。第一夹具与竖板间依次有电热板、第二夹具和推架,第二夹具和推架上均有两个杆孔,所述两个导杆分别穿入两个杆孔内,使得第二夹具和推架均可沿导杆前后移动。第二夹具与推架的对侧间均有第一连杆,汽缸的活塞杆外端与推架相连。
本发明的进一步改进方案是,所述第一夹具和第二夹具均有下部和上部,所述杆孔位于下部的两边处,下、上部的邻边中间均有半圆形豁口,下、上部的半圆形豁口两侧间借助螺栓和螺母呈可拆卸状连接在一起,从而由两个半圆形豁口组成一个用于夹持管口的圆孔。
本发明的进一步改进方案是,于竖板的两个竖边与第一夹具两个竖边间均有第二连杆。
本发明的进一步改进方案是,底板之下有水平板,水平板上有前销座和后销座,所述底板的下表面前边有销耳,前销座与销耳间铰接在一起。与后销座相应的底板上有长孔,长孔的纵向与气缸的活塞杆平行,长孔内有螺杆,螺杆下端借助销轴铰接在后销座上,螺杆上端穿出在长孔之上并配有螺母。
本发明的进一步改进方案是,水平板与机架间有升降机构。
本发明的进一步改进方案是,所述升降机构是蜗轮蜗杆式升降机构。
本发明的进一步改进方案是,蜗轮的轮轴一端有手轮。
本发明的进一步改进方案是,底板的后边连有扶手。
本发明的进一步改进方案是,机架底部四角均有轮座,轮座上均有滚轮。
由上述方案可以看出,由于本发明的塑料吨桶焊接装置含有机架,机架上有底板,底板上有竖板。竖板一侧的底板上固定有气缸,气缸的活塞杆穿出在竖板之外。竖板另一侧有两个导杆,两个导杆的纵向相平行且与竖板的板面垂直,它们的一端均固定在竖板上,它们的另一端固定有第一夹具。第一夹具与竖板间依次有第二夹具和推架,第二夹具和推架上均有两个杆孔,所述两个导杆分别穿入两个杆孔内,使得第二夹具和推架均可沿导杆前后移动。第二夹具与推架的对侧间均有第一连杆,汽缸的活塞杆外端与推架相连。焊接时,先用加热器对电热板加热至所需温度。然后,将塑料吨桶的出口处管口夹持在第一夹具内,再将被焊的管接口夹持在第二夹具内,并使塑料吨桶的出口处管口与被焊管接口的待接端呈相对布置。之后,在将加热到所需温度的电热板放在塑料吨桶的出口处管口与被焊管接口的待接端之间的同时,启动气缸,由气缸的活塞杆通过推架、两个第一连杆和第二夹具来推动管接口向前移动,直至使管接口的连接端和塑料吨桶的出口处管口分别于电热板的两面相接触,由电热板对管接口和塑料吨桶的出口处管口的待接端进行加热,当管接口和塑料吨桶的出口处管口的待接端被加热到熔融状态时,通过气缸带动管接口一起后缩的同时,迅速取出电热板。之后,再由气缸带动管接口向前移动,直至使管接口与塑料吨桶的出口处管口的待接端在热熔融状态下对接在一起。从而,实现了管接口与塑料吨桶的出口处管口间的焊接。与背景技术中的手工焊接方法相比,不仅降低了工人的劳动强度,还大大提高了焊接的质量。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2和图3所示,本发明的塑料吨桶焊接装置包括机架1,该机架为箱形,其上方设置有底板15。所述底板15为长方形,其前端设置有竖板5,竖板5的下边与底板15的前边固定在一起,并使竖板5的板面与底板15的板面相垂直。为增强竖板5与底板15间的连接强度,在竖板5的横向两边均设置有加强板12,所述加强板12为直角三角形板,加强板12的两个直边分别固定在竖板5和底板15相邻的一面上。底板15上设置有气缸13,竖板5的横向中间加工有杆孔,气缸13的活塞杆穿过杆孔后伸出在竖板5之外。竖板5不与气缸13相邻的一侧设置有两个导杆9,两个导杆9的纵向相平行且与竖板5的板面垂直,两个导杆9的一端分别固定在竖板5的横向两边上,两个导杆9的另一端固定有第一夹具7。第一夹具7与竖板5间依次设置有电热板8、第二夹具10和推架11,第二夹具10和推架11上均加工有两个杆孔,所述两个导杆9分别穿入两个杆孔内,使得第二夹具10和推架11均可沿导杆9前后移动。第二夹具10与推架11的横向对侧间均连有第一连杆6,汽缸13的活塞杆外端与推架11的横向中间相连。
所述第一夹具7和第二夹具10均由下部和上部组成,所述杆孔位于下部的两边处,下部、上部的邻边中间均加工有半圆形豁口,下、上部的半圆形豁口两侧间借助螺栓和螺母呈可拆卸状连接在一起,从而由两个半圆形豁口组成一个用于夹持管口的圆孔。
另外,在竖板5的两个竖边与第一夹具7的两个竖边间均连有第二连杆23。
为便于调节底板15的前后、左右的俯仰角度,在底板15之下设置有水平板2,水平板2的前边固定有两个前销座3,水平板2的后边固定有两个后销座18,所述底板15的下表面前边固定有两个销耳4,所述两个前销座3分别与两个销耳4相对应,相应的销耳4与前销座3铰接在一起。与两个后销座18相应的底板15上加工有两个长孔24,长孔24的纵向与气缸13的活塞杆轴向相平行,长孔24内均设置有螺杆17,两个螺杆17下端分别借助销轴铰接在后销座18上,螺杆17上端穿出在长孔24之上并配有螺母14。
为便于调节高度,在水平板2与机架1间设置有升降机构20。所述升降机构20是蜗轮蜗杆式升降机构。在蜗轮的轮轴外端安装有便于手摇的手轮19。
为便于俯仰角调节时的操作,在底板15的后边连有扶手16。这样,当需调节底板15的前后俯仰角度时,操作者一只手握住扶手16上抬或下按,另一只手即可旋拧螺母14。
为便于移动,在机架1底部四角上均固定有轮座21,轮座21上均安装有滚轮22。

1.塑料吨桶焊接装置,其特征在于包括机架(1),机架(1)上有底板(15),底板(15)上有竖板(5);竖板(5)一侧的底板(15)上固定有气缸(13),气缸(13)的活塞杆穿出在竖板(5)之外;竖板(5)另一侧有两个导杆(9),两个导杆(9)的纵向相平行且与竖板(5)的板面垂直,它们的一端均固定在竖板(5)上,它们的另一端固定有第一夹具(7);第一夹具(7)与竖板(5)间依次有电热板(8)、第二夹具(10)和推架(11),第二夹具(10)和推架(11)上均有两个杆孔,所述两个导杆(9)分别穿入两个杆孔内,使得第二夹具(10)和推架(11)均可沿导杆(9)前后移动;第二夹具(10)与推架(11)的对侧间均有第一连杆(6),汽缸(13)的活塞杆外端与推架(11)相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的塑料吨桶焊接装置,其特征在于所述第一夹具(7)和第二夹具(10)均有下部和上部,所述杆孔位于下部的两边处,下、上部的邻边中间均有半圆形豁口,下、上部的半圆形豁口两侧间借助螺栓和螺母呈可拆卸状连接在一起,从而由两个半圆形豁口组成一个用于夹持管口的圆孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的塑料吨桶焊接装置,其特征在于竖板(5)的两个竖边与第一夹具(7)两个竖边间均有第二连杆(23)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的塑料吨桶焊接装置,其特征在于底板(15)之下有水平板(2),水平板(2)上有前销座(3)和后销座(18),所述底板(15)的下表面前边有销耳(4),前销座(3)与销耳(4)间铰接在一起;与后销座(18)相应的底板(15)上有长孔(24),长孔(24)的纵向与气缸(13)的活塞杆平行,长孔(24)内有螺杆(17),螺杆(17)下端借助销轴铰接在后销座(18)上,螺杆(17)上端穿出在长孔(24)之上并配有螺母(14)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的塑料吨桶焊接装置,其特征在于水平板(2)与机架(1)间有升降机构(20)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的塑料吨桶焊接装置,其特征在于所述升降机构(20)是蜗轮蜗杆式升降机构。
7.根据权利要求6所述的塑料吨桶焊接装置,其特征在于蜗轮的轮轴一端有手轮(19)。
8.根据权利要求1~7中任一项所述的塑料吨桶焊接装置,其特征在于底板(15)的后边连有扶手(16)。
9.根据权利要求1~7中任一项所述的塑料吨桶焊接装置,其特征在于机架(1)底部四角均有轮座(21),轮座(21)上均有滚轮(22)。
