Abstract
实木板防开裂处理工艺及铝木复合护墙板,提供了一种实木板的防开裂处理工艺以及包含防开裂处理过的实木板的可作为护墙板的防开裂的铝木复合型材,其处理工艺为在实木板上人工造裂或机械造裂制造出裂纹,破坏木材原本纤维结构,再进行填补和强化,制造出防开裂的实木板,采用该实木板的铝木复合护墙板,包括铝型材基材和覆盖在基材两面的实木板,基材的一侧边设置有凸块,其相对侧的侧边设置有与凸台相扣合的凹槽,基材的两面均布微型燕尾槽,燕尾槽内填充有粘结剂,基材与实木板通过粘结剂相结合。本发明能够充分体现出铝型材与木质材料的优点,连接稳定,强度高,不易变形,使用寿命长,还能有效的起到保温效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及型材,尤其涉及一种实木板的防开裂处理工艺以及包含防开裂处理过的实木板的可作为护墙板的防开裂的铝木复合型材。
背景技术
型材是利用一些具有一定强度和韧性的材料,通过轧制、挤出、铸造等工艺制成的具有特定几何形状的材料,根据材料的不同,分别广泛应用到不同的领域中,而铝型材就是其中典型的一种。铝型材通过在铝合金型材表面镀膜,实现其抗腐蚀性、电导率高、非铁磁性、高可塑性、高强度及高回收率等优点,被各个领域所喜爱,在门窗等建材领域,更是被广泛应用。
在现在的室内装修材料中,越来越多的人倾向于木材,木材装饰性好,美观大方,特别在视觉、触觉、听觉上都给人以和谐感,还具备一定的调湿功能,但实木板本身不耐磨损,使用寿命短,容易老化、开裂、变形,还有霉变、虫蛀等风险,使得实木板的直接应用存在着各种阻力,因此保留铝型材的基础上添加上木质材料的优点,铝木复合型材应运而生。现有的铝木复合型材多采用在铝型材上贴木皮膜的工艺,具备较多的局限性,且木质材料的优点体现并不明显。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种实木板防开裂处理工艺及铝木复合护墙板。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提出的技术方案为:
一种实木板的防开裂处理工艺,其具体流程为:
①预处理:将选择好的实木切割为薄木板,清洁干净;
②造裂:对经过预处理的木板通过人工造裂或机械造裂制造出裂纹,破坏木板原有纤维结构;
③磨光:对上述木板及裂纹的边缘进行倒角磨光细化处理,使得木板存在凸凹不平及裂缝存在的基础上实现光滑无棱角和毛刺;
④着色:在木板表面上色,裂纹内颜色要比其它处色深,裂纹内可先填充弹性胶合物;
⑤上漆:最后在木板表面喷涂油漆,对木板进行保护并起到防潮防水的作用;
⑥后处理:将喷涂过油漆的木板静置干燥,即得产品防开裂实木板。
经过上述处理的实木板,成品都不会再开裂,防开裂效果适用于各种木材,同时造型美观自然,效果好。
在上述流程的预处理步骤,所述木板需要进行碳化处理,以除去木板中的水份,便于保持后续裂纹的稳定。
在上述流程的造裂步骤,所述木板可以进行开口处理,在木板的单面或双面开出方槽或V型槽。
进一步的,所述双面开口的处理工艺,双面的开口错位布置。
进一步的,所述单面开口的处理工艺,开口面作为与其它板材或型材粘合的粘合面,另一面可进行各种造型或图案的美观化加工。
包含上述防开裂处理实木板的铝木复合护墙板,以中间铝型材作为基材,实木板覆盖在基材两侧面,基材一侧边设置有凸块,其相对侧的侧边设置有与凸台相扣合的凹槽。
在本发明中,所述凸块的侧面为平面,并与基材侧面相垂直,凸台的底面为向外凸起为圆弧形,连接时,凸块斜插入相邻基材的凹槽内后翻转,凸块的圆弧形面与凹槽的圆弧形面相对滑动,两块基材平齐时凸块与凹槽完全嵌合。
在本发明中,所述基材的两面均布微型燕尾槽,便于基材与实木板的粘连结合,使之连接更为紧密牢固。
进一步的,所述燕尾槽相互平行,燕尾槽内填充有粘结剂,基材与实木板通过粘接剂相结合,不仅能够减少粘结剂消耗,还能减少污染,环保节约。
在本发明中,所述基材内部中空,并通过加强筋均匀分隔为若干空腔,降低重量提高强度,并强化保温效果。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:
(1)铝型材基材和木板复合结构,能够同时体现铝型材与木质材料的优点,效果显著;
(2)相邻型材之间通过特定结构进行嵌合,连接稳定,不易变形错位,使用寿命长;
(3)基材上均布的微型燕尾槽能使其与实木板结合更为稳定牢固,还能够减少粘结剂消耗,减少污染,环保节约;
(4)中空带有空腔的铝基材,能够有效的降低重量提高强度,并强化保温效果;
(5)实木板的防开裂处理能有效的防止产品后期开裂,延长其使用寿命,且造型漂亮,外形美观。

具体实施方式
以下结合说明书附图和具体优选的实施例对本发明作进一步描述,但并不因此而限制本发明的保护范围。
参见图1、2所示的铝木复合护墙板,包括铝型材基材1和覆盖在基材1两面的实木板2,基材1的一侧边设置有凸块3,其相对侧的侧边设置有凹槽4,凸块3与相邻基材1的凹槽4相嵌合,凸块3的侧面平齐,并与基材1侧面垂直,其底面为向外凸起为圆弧形;所述基材1的两面均布相互平行的微型燕尾槽5,燕尾槽5内填充有粘结剂7,基材1与实木板2通过粘结剂7相结合,基材1内部中空,并通过加强筋均匀分隔为若干空腔。
本发明应用于护墙板铺设时,先将相邻的型材拼接,基材1的凸块3斜插入相邻基材1的凹槽4内后翻转,凸块的圆弧形面与凹槽的圆弧形面相对滑动,两块基材1平齐时凸块3与凹槽4完全嵌合,即完成一次拼接,依此拼接覆盖墙面。
所述铝木复合护墙板采用的实木板为采用了防开裂处理的实木板,防开裂处理工艺具体包括以下步骤:
①预处理:将选择好的实木切割为薄木板,清洁干净;
②造裂:对经过预处理的木板通过人工造裂或机械造裂制造出裂纹,破坏木板原有纤维结构;

经过上述处理的实木板,成品都不会再开裂,防开裂效果适用于各种木材,同时造型美观自然,效果好。
因此,本发明能够充分体现出铝型材与木质材料的优点,连接稳定,强度高,不易变形,使用寿命长,还能有效的起到保温效果。
Claims (10)
1.一种实木板的防开裂处理工艺,其特征在于,具体流程为:
①预处理:将选择好的实木切割为薄木板,清洁干净;
②造裂:对经过预处理的木板通过人工造裂或机械造裂制造出裂纹,破坏木板原有纤维结构;
③磨光:对上述木板及裂纹的边缘进行倒角磨光细化处理,使得木板存在凸凹不平及裂缝存在的基础上实现光滑无棱角和毛刺;
④着色:在木板表面上色,裂纹内颜色要比其它处色深,裂纹内先填充弹性胶合物;
⑤上漆:在木板表面喷涂油漆;
⑥后处理:将喷涂过油漆的木板静置干燥,即得产品防开裂实木板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的实木板的防开裂处理工艺,其特征在于,在预处理步骤,所述木板需要进行碳化处理,除去木板中的水份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的实木板的防开裂处理工艺,其特征在于,在造裂步骤,所述木板进行开口处理,在木板的单面或双面开出方槽或V型槽。
4.根据权利要求3所述的实木板的防开裂处理工艺,其特征在于,所述双面开口的处理工艺,双面的开口错位布置。
5.根据权利要求3所述的实木板的防开裂处理工艺,其特征在于,所述单面开口的处理工艺,开口面作为与其它板材或型材粘合的粘合面。
6.包含权利要求1~5所述防开裂处理实木板的铝木复合护墙板,其特征在于,以中间铝型材作为基材,基材两侧面覆盖实木板,基材一侧边设置有凸块,其相对侧的侧边设置有与凸台相扣合的凹槽。
7.根据权利要求6所述的铝木复合护墙板,其特征在于,所述凸块的侧面为平面,并与基材侧面相垂直,凸台的底面为向外凸起为圆弧形。
8.根据权利要求6所述的铝木复合护墙板,其特征在于,所述基材的两侧面均布微型燕尾槽。
9.根据权利要求6或8所述的铝木复合护墙板,其特征在于,所述燕尾槽相互平行,燕尾槽内填充有粘结剂,基材与实木板通过粘接剂相结合。
10.根据权利要求6所述的铝木复合护墙板,其特征在于,所述基材内部中空,并通过加强筋均匀分隔为若干空腔。
