Abstract
本发明公开了一种铝木复合拼接板,包括:铝型材基体和木粉压缩层,所述木粉压缩层包括覆盖在铝型材基体上方的第一压缩板以及覆盖在铝型材基体下方的第二压缩板,所述铝型材基体的上部和下部分别设置有数个梯形槽,所述第一压缩板和第二压缩板分别覆盖在铝型材基体的上表面和下表面并部分延伸至梯形槽内,所述铝型材基体的一侧延伸设置有一个下弯板卡槽,另一侧设置有一个与下弯板卡槽相对应的上弯板卡槽。通过上述方式,本发明所述的铝木复合拼接板,下弯板卡槽和上弯板卡槽的配合,使得拼接准确而又高效,避免了结构的破坏,提高了施工的便利性,而且中空的设计,重量轻,隔音和隔热效果好。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及木料板材领域,特别是涉及一种铝木复合拼接板。
背景技术
传统的家具主要是由实木板制成的,结构牢固,但价格较贵,特别是随着森林资源的破坏,原木材料价格一路上涨,增加了加工企业的成本,推高了产品的价格。
为了降低生产成本,部分板材采用了木屑板作为芯板,然后在芯板表面贴覆木纹纸而形成仿木纹板,降低了生产的成本,但是这种板材的强度低,装配能力差,容易在施工过程中开裂损毁,不适合拼接。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种便于拼接的、铝木复合的拼接板,提高耐用性和施工效率。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种铝木复合拼接板,包括:铝型材基体和木粉压缩层,所述木粉压缩层包括覆盖在铝型材基体上方的第一压缩板以及覆盖在铝型材基体下方的第二压缩板,所述铝型材基体的上部和下部分别设置有数个梯形槽,所述第一压缩板和第二压缩板分别覆盖在铝型材基体的上表面和下表面并部分延伸至梯形槽内,所述铝型材基体的一侧延伸设置有一个下弯板卡槽,另一侧设置有一个与下弯板卡槽相对应的上弯板卡槽。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述第一压缩板延伸覆盖在下弯板卡槽的上方。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述第二压缩板延伸覆盖在上弯板卡槽的下方。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述铝型材基体中设置有数个通孔。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述第一压缩板的上表面设置有第一PVC保护贴膜,所述第二压缩板的下表面设置有第二PVC保护贴膜。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明指出的一种铝木复合拼接板,铝型材基体提高了整体的结构强度,下弯板卡槽和上弯板卡槽的配合,使得拼接准确而又高效,避免了结构的破坏,提高了施工的便利性,而且中空的设计,重量轻,隔音和隔热效果好。

具体实施方式
下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1至图2,本发明实施例包括:
一种铝木复合拼接板,包括:铝型材基体1和木粉压缩层,所述木粉压缩层包括覆盖在铝型材基体1上方的第一压缩板2以及覆盖在铝型材基体1下方的第二压缩板3,所述铝型材基体1的上部和下部分别设置有数个梯形槽12,所述第一压缩板2和第二压缩板3分别覆盖在铝型材基体1的上表面和下表面并部分延伸至梯形槽12内,连接牢固,施工时,在铝型材基体1的上部和下部分别涂布胶水,使得第一压缩板2和第二压缩板3牢牢固定在铝型材基体1上表面和下表面。
所述铝型材基体1的一侧延伸设置有一个下弯板卡槽13,另一侧设置有一个与下弯板卡槽13相对应的上弯板卡槽14。通过下弯板卡槽13和上弯板卡槽14的配合,使得铝木复合拼接板之间通过铝型材基体1进行卡接,定位精度高,施工速度快,而且对木粉压缩层没有破坏,提高了整体的耐用性。
所述第一压缩板2延伸覆盖在下弯板卡槽13的上方,所述第二压缩板3延伸覆盖在上弯板卡槽14的下方,如图2所示,拼接后,相卡接的下弯板卡槽13和上弯板卡槽14被第一压缩板2和第二压缩板3所覆盖,表面无法看到下弯板卡槽13和上弯板卡槽14,隐秘效果好,拼缝细小,便于处理。
所述铝型材基体1中设置有数个通孔11,中空的设计,既降低了成本和重量,又能提高隔音和隔热的性能,丰富铝木复合拼接板的功能性,适用范围更加广泛。
所述第一压缩板2的上表面设置有第一PVC保护贴膜5,所述第二压缩板3的下表面设置有第二PVC保护贴膜4。第一PVC保护贴膜5和第二PVC保护贴膜4提高了板材表面的光洁度,防水性好,对木粉压缩层进行保护,提高使用寿命。
综上所述,本发明指出的一种铝木复合拼接板,结构牢固,重量轻,拼接施工快捷,隔音和隔热的效果好,综合性能优良,适用范围广泛。

1.一种铝木复合拼接板,包括:铝型材基体和木粉压缩层,其特征在于,所述木粉压缩层包括覆盖在铝型材基体上方的第一压缩板以及覆盖在铝型材基体下方的第二压缩板,所述铝型材基体的上部和下部分别设置有数个梯形槽,所述第一压缩板和第二压缩板分别覆盖在铝型材基体的上表面和下表面并部分延伸至梯形槽内,所述铝型材基体的一侧延伸设置有一个下弯板卡槽,另一侧设置有一个与下弯板卡槽相对应的上弯板卡槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铝木复合拼接板,其特征在于,所述第一压缩板延伸覆盖在下弯板卡槽的上方。
3.根据权利要求1所述的铝木复合拼接板,其特征在于,所述第二压缩板延伸覆盖在上弯板卡槽的下方。
4.根据权利要求1所述的铝木复合拼接板,其特征在于,所述铝型材基体中设置有数个通孔。
5.根据权利要求1所述的铝木复合拼接板,其特征在于,所述第一压缩板的上表面设置有第一PVC保护贴膜,所述第二压缩板的下表面设置有第二PVC保护贴膜。
