背景技术
铝合金门窗及木门窗广泛应用于是各种建筑中，铝型材具有强度高、成型加工容易等特点，可以做成形状复杂的产品，但其隔热保温性能差，并且在使用过程中色彩单一、美观性不强，装饰效果较差。木材门窗历史悠久，装饰性好，美观大方，特别是木材在视觉、触觉和听觉上都给人温润感，还具有调湿功能，但使用中坚固性较差，外立面易受风吹日晒造成干裂、受潮变形，蛀虫等，导致传统的木材门窗使用寿命较短。因此，出现了木铝复合型材，即可保证结构强度和使用寿命，同时又具有装饰美观性，还可以达到绝热、隔音、环保节能的效果。
目前采用木铝复合型材制作的门窗，在门窗的边角处进行组装时，通常采用的方式是铝合金部分采用角码组角，木型材则使用简单的码钉连接或不作处理。采用此种连接方式时，木型材的连接处容易开裂错位，导致密封失效，影响门窗的结构强度，影响美观性。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题和提出的技术任务是对现有技术进行改进，提供一种型材连接结构，解决目前技术中的木型材连接处容易开裂错位，影响结构强度、美观性问题。
为解决以上技术问题，本实用新型的技术方案是：
一种型材连接结构，包括木型材，其特征在于，所述的木型材通过连接柱和连接块连接，在木型材的拼接面上开设有连接孔，连接孔内插入连接柱进行连接，连接块呈中间窄两头宽的结构，木型材拼接面的边缘处开设有与连接块匹配的连接槽。本实用新型所述的型材连接结构利用连接柱和连接孔配合使得连接后的木型材无法发生沿连接柱径向的错位，同时连接块卡合到连接槽中使得木型材拼接面贴合紧密并且无法分开，从而通过连接柱和连接块使得木型材连接后在任何方向上都被锁紧无法开裂错位，有效保证了型材连接处的结构强度，提高美观性。
进一步的，所述的木型材的拼接面上还涂覆有高强度防水结构胶，进一步提高型材连接处的粘合紧密性和密封性，使得门窗达到防水的效果。
进一步的，所述的连接柱呈圆柱状，并且其中部的宽度大于两端，与木型材拼接面上的连接孔形成过盈配合，圆柱形结构方便安装，卡合接触更均匀紧实。
进一步的，所述的连接块呈两个对接的梯形结构，中间窄两头宽，连接块安装到连接槽中后由于连接块的两头比较宽从而有效防止型材从连接面裂开。
进一步的，所述的连接块呈对接的T字形结构，可以同样达到防止型材从连接面裂开的目的。
进一步的，所述的连接块采用尼龙制作，尼龙结构强度高，防腐蚀性好，使用寿命长，从而可以长效保证型材连接处不会开裂。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型优点在于：
本实用新型所述的型材连接结构通过中间窄两头宽的连接块以及连接柱实现了木型材之间稳固紧实的连接，在任何方向上都可以有效防止木型材连接处开裂和错位，从而提高了型材连接的结构强度，提高型材连接的外表美观性；本实用新型结构简单，制作成本低，经济效益高。

如图1所示，一种型材连接结构，包括木型材1，木型材1通过连接柱2和连接块3连接，木型材1的拼接面上涂覆有高强度防水结构胶提高防水性。
连接柱2呈圆柱状，并且其中部的宽度大于两端，在木型材1的拼接面上开设有连接孔4，连接孔4内插入连接柱2进行连接形成过盈配合。
连接块3采用尼龙制作，呈中间窄两头宽的结构，如图2所示，连接块3可以呈两个对接的梯形结构，如图3所示，连接块3还可以呈对接的T字形结构，木型材1拼接面的边缘处开设有与连接块3匹配的连接槽5。
在采用本实用新型所述的型材连接结构进行连接时，首先在木型材1的拼接面上涂覆高强度防水结构胶，然后将连接柱2插入到连接孔4内，将木型材1沿连接柱2移动使拼接面粘合在一起，然后再在连接槽5内装置入连接块3，最终完成型材的连接，操作简单快捷，省时省力，连接结构强度高。
