本发明公开了一种纸板抗菌防潮剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将松脂溶于分散剂中,使其成为松脂溶液;改性醇酸树脂,微晶蜡,甲基硅油,凡士林混合后30~70℃加热搅拌获得混合物,将所述混合物、松脂溶液、乳化剂混合,搅拌后升温至120~170℃,再加入1N的氢氧化钠溶液,持续加温10~30min后搅拌乳化,待冷却至室温后,边搅拌边滴入茶树油,搅拌均匀即得。本发明所提供的一种纸板抗菌防潮剂的制备方法,制备方法简单、不需要特殊设备,具有较好的防潮、抗菌、防蛀性能,所制得的纸板抗菌防潮剂并且使用安全、对环境无污染,适合在纸箱包装中作为防潮剂使用,尤其作为食品类包装的纸箱防潮剂使用。

一种纸板抗菌防潮剂的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种纸板抗菌防潮剂的制备方法,属于纸箱包装技术领域。
背景技术
在工业产品的各类包装中,瓦楞纸箱已成为包装业的主流,由于它重量轻、可折叠,且成本低、绿色环保,规格容易变更,可进行高质量的印刷,回收后可作为可再生资源,因此,使用范围越来越广,但纸箱表面容易受潮,遇水后,各项物理性能指标都会急骤下降,当储运环节比较恶劣时,就需要瓦楞纸箱具备一定的防潮、防水功能。尤其在湿热带和亚湿热带地区使用纸箱储存运输物资时,纸箱易受潮的同时,极易被霉菌等微生物污染,进而污染纸箱内所储存的物品。因此,为了保护商品安全地通过贮存、流通、销售等各个环节,必须使纸箱具有防霉防潮性能。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种纸板抗菌防潮剂的制备方法,制备方法简单,所制得的抗菌防潮剂具有较好的防潮、抗菌、防蛀性能。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种纸板抗菌防潮剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将松脂溶于分散剂中,使其成为松脂溶液;改性醇酸树脂,微晶蜡,甲基硅油,凡士林混合后30~70℃加热搅拌获得混合物,将所述混合物、松脂溶液、乳化剂混合,搅拌后升温至120~170℃,再加入1N的氢氧化钠溶液,持续加温10~30min后搅拌乳化,待冷却至室温后,边搅拌边滴入茶树油,搅拌均匀即得。
各组分的重量份数为改性醇酸树脂4~6份,松脂5~10份,茶树油1~15份,微晶蜡15~20份,甲基硅油5~10份,凡士林8~15份,氢氧化钠2~8份,乳化剂1~5份,分散剂50~70份。
所述分散剂包括松节油,水,乙醇中的一种或几种。
所述乳化剂为曲拉通X-100。
所述改性醇酸树脂由松香、甘油、邻苯二甲酸酐、脂肪酸组成。
其中茶树油的重量份数为1~5份。
本发明所达到的有益效果:本发明步骤简单,不需要特殊设备;使用的原料由改性醇酸树脂,松脂,茶树油,微晶蜡,甲基硅油,凡士林,氢氧化钠,乳化剂,分散剂组成,其中所含改性醇酸树脂,松脂,茶树油,微晶蜡,甲基硅油,凡士林等成分混合后分散在分散剂中,将其涂布在纸板表面后可均匀覆盖在纸板外表面,防止纸板吸水受潮,其中松脂、茶树油均有杀菌、驱虫作用,混合使用后使纸板具有良好的防霉防蛀效果,且所使用成分较安全,对人体无毒,对环境无污染。
因此,本发明所提供的一种纸板抗菌防潮剂的制备方法,制备方法简单、不需要特殊设备,具有较好的防潮、抗菌、防蛀性能,所制得的纸板抗菌防潮剂并且使用安全、对环境无污染,适合在纸箱包装中作为防潮剂使用,尤其作为食品类包装的纸箱防潮剂使用。

下面对本发明作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
一种纸板抗菌防潮剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将松脂5份溶于分散剂50份中,使其成为松脂溶液;改性醇酸树脂4份,微晶蜡15份,甲基硅油5份,凡士林8份混合后30℃加热搅拌获得混合物,将所述混合物、松脂溶液、乳化剂1份混合,搅拌后升温至120℃,再加入1N的氢氧化钠溶液2份,持续加温10min后搅拌乳化,待冷却至室温后,边搅拌边滴入茶树油1份,搅拌均匀即得。
所述分散剂为松节油和水的混合物。
所述乳化剂为曲拉通X-100。
所述改性醇酸树脂由松香、甘油、邻苯二甲酸酐、脂肪酸组成。
实施例2
一种纸板抗菌防潮剂的制备方法,将松脂10份溶于分散剂70份中,使其成为松脂溶液;改性醇酸树脂6份,微晶蜡20份,甲基硅油10份,凡士林15份混合后70℃加热搅拌获得混合物,将所述混合物、松脂溶液、乳化剂5份混合,搅拌后升温至170℃,再加入1N的氢氧化钠溶液8份,持续加温30min后搅拌乳化,待冷却至室温后,边搅拌边滴入茶树油5份,搅拌均匀即得。
所述分散剂包括松节油,水和乙醇的混合物。
所述乳化剂为曲拉通X-100。
所述改性醇酸树脂由松香、甘油、邻苯二甲酸酐、脂肪酸组成。

1.一种纸板抗菌防潮剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:将松脂溶于分散剂中,使其成为松脂溶液;改性醇酸树脂,微晶蜡,甲基硅油,凡士林混合后30~70℃加热搅拌获得混合物,将所述混合物、松脂溶液、乳化剂混合,搅拌后升温至120~170℃,再加入1N的氢氧化钠溶液,持续加温10~30min后搅拌乳化,待冷却至室温后,边搅拌边滴入茶树油,搅拌均匀即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种纸板抗菌防潮剂的制备方法,其特征在于,各组分的重量份数为改性醇酸树脂4~6份,松脂5~10份,茶树油1~15份,微晶蜡15~20份,甲基硅油5~10份,凡士林8~15份,氢氧化钠2~8份,乳化剂1~5份,分散剂50~70份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种纸板抗菌防潮剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述分散剂包括松节油,水,乙醇中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种纸板抗菌防潮剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述乳化剂为曲拉通X-100。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种纸板抗菌防潮剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述改性醇酸树脂由松香、甘油、邻苯二甲酸酐、脂肪酸组成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种纸板抗菌防潮剂的制备方法,其特征在于,其中茶树油的重量份数为1~5份。
