桃皮绒是超细纤维织物一种新颖的薄型起绒织物,它是从人造麂皮中脱胎而来的,由于不经过聚氨酯湿法处理,所以质地更柔软,又因其绒更短,表面几乎看不出绒毛而皮肤却能感知,以至手感和外观更细腻而别致,桃皮绒光泽柔和高雅,与人造麂皮相比,给消费者一种新奇感,适合了人们好奇的消费心理,以致很快在国际市场上走红。
现有这种面料布面过于单调、色彩单一,已经不能满足人们对于产品多样性和个性化的追求。另一方面,相同的服装用不同的面料进行展示,给人的感官也不同,所以面料的创新与改进可以为服装行业带来新的动力。

本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种新型仿麻锦涤桃皮绒面料。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种新型仿麻锦涤桃皮绒面料,它是由经纱和纬纱相互交织而成,其中经纱和纬纱为平纹组织结构,经纱采用150D涤纶,纬纱采用由310D涤纶+200D锦纶+320D涤纶包缠而成的锦涤复合丝。面料染色时采用锦纶、涤纶分开上色的原理,面料有很好的双色仿麻效果。
在本发明的一个实施例中,所述新型仿麻锦涤桃皮绒面料的断裂强力为240-420N。
在本发明的一个实施例中,所述新型仿麻锦涤桃皮绒面料每平米克重为230-240g。

如图1所示,按照本实施例的新型仿麻锦涤桃皮绒面料,它是由经纱和纬纱相互交织而成,其中经纱和纬纱为平纹组织结构,经纱采用150D涤纶,纬纱采用由310D涤纶+200D锦纶+320D涤纶包缠而成的锦涤复合丝。面料染色时采用锦纶、涤纶分开上色的原理,面料有很好的双色仿麻效果。
本发明的断裂强力为240-420N,每平米克重为230-240g。面料强力高、耐磨、穿着舒适、手感柔软、保暖性好、去污能力强、使用寿命长,非常适合做夹克衫等时装。
